【0001】

[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The electromagnetic clutch device according to
[0016]
In this electromagnetic clutch device, when the armature is moved by the magnetic force of the electromagnetic magnet, the multi-plate clutch is fastened. In this case, since the oil flow path is formed in the existing member around the clutch, when the clutch is engaged, the oil is quickly removed from between the clutch plates via the oil flow path. Oil is quickly supplied between the clutch plates via the. Accordingly, since the clutch plate is easily moved when the clutch is engaged, the rise of the transmission torque when the clutch is engaged is quickened, and the fall of the transmission torque when releasing the engagement is quickened, thereby improving the response.
[0017]
Also, when the clutch is engaged, the oil quickly escapes from between the clutch plates when the clutch is engaged, and when the engagement is released, the oil enters between the clutch plates from the relief portion. Since it is easy to move, the rise of the transmission torque when the clutch is engaged is quickened, the fall of the transmission torque when the engagement is released is quickened, and the response is improved.
[0018]
Since the armature is provided with a plurality of through holes, when the pilot clutch is engaged, the oil is drained from between the clutch plates through these through holes. When oil is supplied between the clutch plates, the resistance of the oil applied to the clutch plates is reduced and the clutch plates are easily moved. Therefore, when the clutch is engaged, the response when releasing the engagement is improved.
[0019]
Furthermore, by forming the armature through-holes at positions opposed to the oil holes provided in the clutch plate of the clutch, the amount of oil coming out of the clutch plate and the amount of oil supplied to the clutch plate are greatly increased. Therefore, when the clutch is engaged, the response when releasing the engagement is improved.

The cam may be a cam using a rolling element other than a ball such as a roller, or may be a cam not using a rolling element.
[0100]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the missing tooth portion may be provided on a spline tooth of a member that splines the inner clutch plate, or in order to further promote the movement of oil, A missing tooth portion may be provided on both the spline teeth and the spline teeth of the member that splines connect the inner clutch plate.
[0101]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the electromagnetic clutch device of the first aspect, since the oil passage is formed in the existing member around the clutch, when the clutch is fastened, the oil is passed through the oil passage from between the clutch plates. When quickly coming out and releasing the engagement, oil is quickly supplied between the clutch plates via the oil passage. Accordingly, since the clutch plate is easily moved when the clutch is engaged, the transmission torque rises quickly when the clutch is engaged, and the transmission torque falls quickly when the engagement is released, thereby improving the response.
[0102]
In addition, since the armature is provided with a relief portion, the oil quickly escapes from between the clutch plates when the clutch is engaged, and when releasing the engagement, the oil enters between the clutch plates from the relief portion. Since the clutch plate is easily moved when the clutch is engaged, the transmission torque rises quickly when the clutch is engaged, and the transmission torque falls earlier when the engagement is released, thereby improving the response.
[0103]
Furthermore, the armature through hole is provided in the clutch plate of the clutch.
Since the oil amount coming out of the clutch plate and the amount of oil supplied to the clutch plate are greatly increased, the response of clutch engagement / disengagement is further improved.
