Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a housing with an exterior material attached.Exterior wall structureAbout.
[0002]
[Background technology]
In recent years, the construction of houses has been industrialized. For example, there is a panel construction method in which components such as walls, floors, and roofs are made into panels in the factory in advance and these panels are assembled at the construction site to construct the house. Adopted in some areas.
As a panel used for such a panel method, for example, a wall panel as shown in FIG. 19 is known.
[0003]
A wall panel 100 shown in FIG. 19 includes a vertical frame member 101, 101 and a horizontal frame member 102, 102 assembled in a rectangular shape, and a reinforcing core member 103, which is assembled vertically and horizontally inside the rectangular frame. 104 is formed, and face materials 105 and 105 such as plywood are pasted on the front and back surfaces of the frame body 104 in a state in which the frame body 104 is filled with a heat insulating material such as glass wool (not shown). .
In the wall panel for the outer wall, a body edge is attached to the face members 105 and 105, and an exterior material is attached thereon.
However, although the trunk edge is a thin plate-like wood having a predetermined thickness, it has recently become difficult to obtain it at a low cost. In view of this, a method of attaching an exterior material with an attachment fitting without using a trunk edge is also known (for example, disclosed in JP-A-10-306509).
[0004]
As an attachment method of the exterior material using the attachment fitting, for example, there is an attachment method as shown in FIG.
20, after long joiners 111 are attached to the outer surface of the outer wall 110 in a vertical direction at a predetermined interval, the exterior material 112 is attached laterally from the bottom to the top. At this time, the mounting brackets 113 are arranged at a predetermined interval. The exterior material 112 is attached. That is, the mounting bracket 113 is formed by punching and bending an iron plate, for example, and includes a lower engagement portion (not shown) that engages with an end surface portion of the lower exterior material 112 and an upper exterior material 112. And an upper engaging portion (not shown) that is engaged with and supported by the end surface portion.
Then, the mounting bracket 113 is fixed to the outer wall 110 in a state where the lower engaging portion of the mounting bracket 113 is engaged with the engaged portion provided on the end surface portion of the lower exterior material 112, and the following The exterior material 112 is engaged with the engaged portion provided on the lower end surface portion of the exterior material 112 and the upper engagement portion of the mounting bracket 113. By repeating such a process, the exterior material 112 is attached to the upper end of the wall.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the method of attaching the exterior material to the outer wall by the above-mentioned conventional lateral bonding, it is difficult to make the width of the joint portion formed in the joiner portion uniform if the lateral dimension of the exterior material changes. In order to make the joint width uniform, there is a problem in that it takes time and effort to adjust a part of the exterior material at the site.
In that case, there is a problem that the yield is deteriorated.
In addition, in the conventional method of horizontal pasting, since the attachment is performed sequentially from the bottom to the top, it is not easy to replace the exterior material when the intermediate exterior material is damaged.
Furthermore, the conventional mounting bracket is for supporting the exterior material, and no consideration has been given to waterproofness. Therefore, this conventional mounting bracket cannot be applied to the case of vertical bonding.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is easy to make the joint width uniform using a mounting bracket, is excellent in waterproofness, and has a good yield.Exterior wall structureThe purpose is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
  To solve the above problem,
In the first aspect of the invention, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 15, an exterior material 4... In the outer wall structure,
Mounting brackets 3 are attached to the back surfaces of the left and right side edge portions 4a of the exterior material 4 at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction,
  The mounting bracket 3 is provided on the wall body mounting portion 3a (for example, a recess) to be mounted on the wall body 1 and the wall body mounting portion 3a, and is spaced apart from the wall body mounting portion 3a by a predetermined width. An exterior material mounting portion 3c (for example, a horizontal portion) for mounting 4;
The exterior material attachment portion 3c is attached to the back surface of the side edge portion 4a of the exterior material 4 so that at least a part of the wall body attachment portion 3a is located outside the side edge portion 4a of the exterior material 4. ,
The exterior material 4 is attached to the wall body 1 while the side edges 4a of the exterior materials 4 have predetermined gaps 4b (for example, joints),
A joint material 10 filling the gap 4b is attached in contact with the end surface portion 4c of the exterior material 4.,
A waterproof intermediate member 9 (for example, a collar) is provided on the wall body attaching portion 3a,
Protruding pieces 9b, 9b are provided on both side surface portions 9a, 9a of the intermediate member 9 so as to protrude horizontally outward from the tips thereof. The protruding pieces 9b, 9b are formed by the exterior material 4 and the exterior material mounting portion 3c. Sandwiched betweenIt is characterized by that.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting brackets 3 are attached to the back surfaces of the left and right side edge portions 4a and 4a of the exterior material 4 at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction, and the wall body mounting portion 3a of the mounting bracket 3 is provided. The exterior material attaching portion 3c is attached to the back surface of the side edge portion 4a of the exterior material 4 so that at least a part of the exterior material 4 is located outside the side edge portion 4a. Since the joint material 10 that is attached to the wall body 1 and fills the gap 4b is attached in contact with the end surface portion 4a of the exterior material 4 while the portion 4a has a predetermined clearance, one exterior material 4 is provided. One sheet can be attached to the wall 1 independently, and the vertical and horizontal error adjustments can be made and the joint width can be made uniform.
In addition, even when repair is necessary after the exterior material 4 is attached, the exterior material 4 can be replaced without being affected by the adjacent exterior material 4, so that the exterior material 4 can be easily replaced. .
Further, since the mounting bracket 3 is attached to the exterior material 4 so that at least a part of the wall body attachment portion 3a is located outside the side edge 4a of the exterior material 4, the wall body 1 is attached to the wall body 1. It is easy to fix the mounting portion 3a.
Furthermore, since the joint material 10 which fills the gap between the exterior materials 4 is attached, the waterproof of the gap 4b can be achieved.
In addition, if the mounting bracket 3 is used, the exterior material 4 and the wall body 1 are separated from each other, so that a trunk edge is not necessary.
Moreover, since the waterproof intermediate member 9 is provided in the wall attachment part 3a, even if water penetrates into the inside from between the joint material 10 and the exterior material 4, the intermediate member 9 leads to the wall body 1. Water can be prevented from entering, and the waterproofness of the joint 4b can be further improved.
Furthermore, since the projecting pieces 9b and 9b provided on both side surface portions 9a and 9a of the intermediate member 9 so as to protrude horizontally outward from the tip end are sandwiched between the exterior material 4 and the exterior material mounting portion 3c. The displacement of the intermediate member 9 can be prevented, and the waterproof property is further improved since the gap between the exterior material attaching portion 3c and the intermediate member 9 is difficult to be formed.
[0009]
Here, the attachment of the attachment fitting 3 to the exterior material 4 may be carried out in advance at the factory or on-site.
The wall body 1 to which the present invention is applied may be, for example, a wall constructed by a conventional construction method or a wall constructed by a 2 × 4 construction method or a panel construction method.
The mounting member 3 may be attached to the exterior material 4 and the wall body 1 by using screws, nailing, or an adhesive.
The joint material 10 may be a dry type or a wet type.
The intermediate member 9 may be made of a waterproof material, for example, resin or the like, but is not limited thereto. In addition, when the material is made of a fire-proof material (for example, stainless steel), the joint material does not need to be fire-proof.

【The invention's effect】
Claim1According to the described invention, the mounting bracket is attached to the back surfaces of the left and right side edge portions of the exterior material at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and at least a part of the wall mounting portion of the mounting bracket is outside the side edge portion. The exterior material attachment part is attached to the back surface of the side edge part of the exterior material so that the exterior material is attached to the wall body while the side edge part of the exterior material has a predetermined gap. The joint material that fills the wall is attached in contact with the end face of the exterior material, so that the exterior material can be individually attached to the wall body one by one, and the vertical, left, and right error adjustments can be made. The joint width can be made uniform.
Moreover, even if repair is necessary after the exterior material is attached, the exterior material can be replaced without being affected by the adjacent exterior material, and the exterior material can be easily replaced.
Moreover, since the mounting bracket is attached to the exterior material so that at least a part of the wall body attachment portion is located outside the side edge of the exterior material, the wall body attachment portion is fixed to the wall body. Is easily done.
Furthermore, since the joint material which fills the clearance gap between exterior materials is attached to a wall body attaching part, waterproofing of a joint part can be aimed at.
In addition, if this mounting bracket is used, the exterior material and the wall body are separated from each other, so that the trunk edge is not necessary.
In addition, since the waterproof intermediate member is provided in the wall attachment portion, even if water enters the interior from between the joint material and the exterior material, the intermediate member can prevent water from entering the wall. It can prevent, and the waterproofness of a joint part can be improved further.
Furthermore, on both side surfaces of the intermediate member, since the protruding pieces provided to protrude outward from the front end are sandwiched between the exterior material and the exterior material mounting portion, the intermediate member can be prevented from being displaced, It becomes a structure in which a gap between the exterior material mounting portion and the intermediate member is hardly formed, and the waterproofness is further improved.
[0053]
According to invention of Claim 2,The exterior fittings are attached to the back surfaces of the left and right side edge portions of the exterior material at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction, and at least a part of the wall body attachment portion of the attachment bracket is located outside the side edge portion. The material attachment portion is attached to the back surface of the side edge portion of the exterior material, and the exterior material is attached to the wall body while the side edge portion between the exterior materials has a predetermined gap, and the joint material filling the gap is the exterior Since it is attached in contact with the end face part of the material, it is possible to attach the exterior material to the wall body individually one by one, and it is possible to adjust the vertical and horizontal errors and make the joint width uniform. I can do it.
In addition, the wall mounting portion of the mounting bracket has a concave portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the exterior material mounting portion is a horizontal projection that projects horizontally outward from the tip of one of the two side surface portions forming the concave portion. The top surface of the horizontal portion is attached to the back surface of the side edge portion of the exterior material so that at least a part of the recess is located outside the side edge portion of the exterior material, and the bottom surface portion of the recess is the wall Since it is attached to the body, the shape of the mounting bracket is easy to manufacture, and the manufacturing cost of the mounting bracket can be reduced.
More specifically, since the mounting bracket used for the outer wall structure of the present invention is made of, for example, a shape as shown in FIG. 2, it can be manufactured by bending a single metal plate. This can reduce the cost of the mounting bracket itself.
In addition, the mounting bracket used in the outer wall structure of the present invention does not differ structurally between the left and right side edges, so it can be used for both left and right, and only one type of mounting bracket is required. This is preferable in terms of cost and inventory management.
