Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing concrete, and more particularly to a method for producing concrete in which an air entraining agent is blended and kneaded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is known that hardened concrete deteriorates by freezing and thawing action. Therefore, conventionally, air-entraining agent (AE agent) is blended and kneaded to obtain fresh concrete having independent fine air bubbles (entreined air), and by curing the fresh concrete, entrained air is contained in the hardened concrete. And the deterioration due to the freeze-thaw action of the hardened concrete is prevented by the entrained air. In other words, since the entrained air present in the hardened concrete serves to relieve the expansion pressure and osmotic pressure due to the formation of ice that occurs in the hardened concrete, it is hardened by freezing and thawing by introducing the entrained air. Prevents deterioration of concrete.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the introduction of entrained air in hardened concrete has a problem that the strength of hardened concrete is reduced.
In particular, when manufacturing high-strength concrete (design standard strength of 36 N / mm 2 or more by Architectural Institute of Japan JASS 5), the strength of hardened concrete is required, so the above-mentioned strength reduction becomes a more serious problem. ing.
[0004]
In addition, when producing high-strength concrete, the flowability deteriorates due to the low water cement ratio. Therefore, the viewpoint of improving the flowability, and further due to the heat of hydration that causes cracks during hardening Low heat Portland cement is often used from the viewpoint of suppressing an increase in internal temperature. However, when low heat Portland cement is used, the freeze-thaw resistance (resistance to deterioration due to freezing and thawing action) of the resulting hardened concrete is slightly inferior to that of ordinary Portland cement. When the freeze-thaw resistance is improved, there arises a problem that a hardened concrete having a required sufficient strength cannot be obtained.
[0005]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the manufacturing method of the concrete which can obtain the hardening concrete by which the strength fall was suppressed, having the outstanding freeze-thaw resistance in view of the said conventional problem.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies in view of the above problems, the present inventor was introduced when the alkali metal ion concentration (total of sodium and potassium) in the liquid phase of fresh concrete was 0.30 mol / L or more. It has been found that the bubble distribution of entrained air is improved and the strength of hardened concrete is suppressed from decreasing, and the present invention has been completed. That is, the present invention is a method for producing concrete in which cement, water and an air entraining agent are mixed and kneaded, and further, by blending and kneading at least one of sodium and potassium as an alkali metal, Provided is a method for producing concrete, characterized in that the total ion concentration of liquid phase sodium and potassium is adjusted to 0.30 mol / L or more and 0.40 mol / L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L ) .
[0007]
By adjusting the alkali metal ion concentration in the liquid phase of the fresh concrete to 0.30 mol / L or more, the bubble distribution of the entrained air in the fresh concrete is improved. Is improved to a finer and more dispersed state, so that the bubble distribution of entrained air in the hardened concrete obtained from the fresh concrete is also improved. Therefore, the hardened concrete obtained by the entrained air having the improved air bubble distribution in this way is more effectively relieved of the internal expansion pressure and osmotic pressure, and has excellent freeze-thaw resistance. Moreover, since the bubbles larger than necessary are reduced by improving the bubble distribution of the entrained air, it is possible to obtain a hardened concrete in which a decrease in strength is suppressed.
[0008]
In the concrete production method of the present invention, the total ion concentration of sodium and potassium is adjusted to 0.40 mol / L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L) . By adjusting the alkali metal ion concentration to 0.40 mol / L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L) , good workability is ensured without deteriorating the fluidity of fresh concrete, and alkali Hardened concrete with a low possibility of deterioration due to aggregate reaction or the like can be obtained.
[0009]
Furthermore, the concrete production method of the present invention is suitable when the cement is a low heat Portland cement.
Conventionally, when low heat Portland cement is used, the alkali metal ion concentration in the liquid phase is lower than that of ordinary Portland cement, and the resulting hardened concrete has low freeze-thaw resistance or low strength. However, according to such a method, even if a low heat Portland cement is used, a hardened concrete having excellent freeze-thaw resistance can be surely obtained while suppressing a decrease in strength.
[0010]
Further, the present invention is a cement, blended with water and air-entraining agent A method of manufacturing a concrete kneading, measures the total ion concentration of sodium and potassium of fresh concrete in the liquid phase, and the sodium based on the measured value Provided is a method for producing concrete, wherein the total ion concentration of potassium is adjusted to 0.30 mol / L or more and 0.40 mol / L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L ) . According to such a concrete manufacturing method, since the total ion concentration of sodium and potassium is adjusted based on the measured value, the total ion concentration of sodium and potassium is precisely 0.30 mol / L or more and 0.40 mol / L. It is easy to adjust to L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L) , has an advantage that hardened concrete having excellent freeze-thaw resistance and reduced strength reduction can be obtained more reliably. In this method, when the measured value is less than 0.30 mol / L, the alkali metal ion concentration may be adjusted to 0.30 mol / L or more by further mixing and kneading the alkali metal. In addition, what is necessary is just to use as fresh concrete as it is, when a measured value is 0.30 mol / L or more and 0.40 mol / L or less (however, except 0.40 mol / L ) .
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the total ion concentration of sodium and potassium (hereinafter also simply referred to as “alkali metal”) in the liquid phase of fresh concrete is 0.30 mol / L or more and 0.40 mol / L or less ( However, it is adjusted to 0.40 mol / L) . If the alkali metal ion concentration in the liquid phase is less than 0.30 mol / L, the effect of improving the bubble distribution of the entrained air introduced by kneading is insufficient, and the freeze-thaw resistance of the resulting hardened concrete is sufficiently improved. Can not.
[0012]
Moreover, when the alkali metal ion concentration is adjusted to 0.40 mol / L or less (excluding 0.40 mol / L) , the amount of alkali present in the hardened concrete can be suppressed, so the fluidity of fresh concrete is deteriorated. Therefore, good workability can be ensured. Furthermore, the possibility of deterioration of the hardened concrete due to alkali, for example, deterioration of the hardened concrete due to alkali aggregate reaction or the like can be reduced. A particularly preferable alkali metal ion concentration is 0.35 to 0.40 mol / L (excluding 0.40 mol / L) .
[0013]
Here, the alkali metal ion concentration value in the liquid phase of fresh concrete is a value measured using an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP).
The alkali metal ion concentration in the liquid phase of fresh concrete preferably means the alkali metal ion concentration of fresh concrete at the time of kneading or immediately after kneading. The alkali metal ion concentration means the concentration of each alkali metal ion. The total amount of concentration, usually the total amount of sodium ion concentration and potassium ion concentration, and when lithium is included, means the total amount of lithium ion concentration added.
[0014]
The liquid phase of the fresh concrete to be measured is separated from the fresh concrete at the time of kneading or immediately after kneading by wet screening, and separated and collected from the obtained mortar content by a centrifuge (10000 rpm, 10 minutes). The
[0015]
In the present invention, the alkali metal to be blended are sodium, potassium. In the present invention, these alkali metals may be blended in the state of an alkali metal alone or in the state of an alkali metal compound such as an alkali metal salt. Furthermore, these alkali metals (including alkali metal compounds) may be blended in the form of an aqueous solution or in the form of a powder. Examples of the alkali metal compound, potassium sulfate, potassium carbonate, potassium phosphate, potassium hydroxide, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, may be mentioned sodium hydroxide.
[0016]
As the cement used in the present invention, various portland cements such as normal, early strength, ultra-early strength, white color, hydrated salt, medium heat, low heat, etc., blast furnace slag and fly ash were mixed with the Portland cement. Special cements such as mixed cement, jet cement, and alumina cement can be used. In particular, when a low heat Portland cement having a relatively low alkali metal ion concentration in the liquid phase is used, the effect of the present invention is remarkable.
[0017]
In the present invention, an air entraining agent (AE agent) is an admixture (JIS A 0203) used to distribute air bubbles in concrete and improve workability and frost resistance (freeze-thaw resistance). The air entraining agent is distinguished from other admixtures such as AE water reducing agents, high performance AE water reducing agents.
As this air entraining agent, anionic agents such as resin-based and alkylbenzenesulfonic acid-based are preferably used.
[0018]
In the present invention, an aggregate may be further blended.
The aggregate to be blended is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include fine aggregates and coarse aggregates that are usually used as aggregates for concrete. Specifically, river sand, sea sand and crushed sand can be exemplified as the fine aggregate, and river gravel, crushed stone and the like can be exemplified as the coarse aggregate.
[0019]

[0021]
Examples 1-4, Comparative Examples 1-3
The mixture shown in Table 1 was kneaded to obtain fresh concrete, and the fresh concrete was cured to obtain high-strength concrete (hardened concrete) having a water cement ratio of 30%. In Table 1, low heat Portland cement (density 3.23 g / cm 3 , Blaine specific surface area 3300 cm 2 / g, belite content 58%) as cement, Yasukawa river sand (density 2.60 g / cm 3 , coarse grain ratio 3.03, water absorption rate 1.17%), high aggregate crushed stone as coarse aggregate (density 2.70 g / cm 3 , coarse grain rate 6.87, water absorption rate 0.62%, actual rate 58.6%), Pozoris micro air 775 s diluted 50 times with water as an air entraining agent, Pozoris SP8SX2 as a high performance AE water reducing agent, various alkali metal compounds at concentrations shown in Table 1 as water What dissolved (primary reagent) was used.
[0022]
[Table 1]
[0023]
Using the fresh concrete in each of the examples and comparative examples, a slump flow test, an air amount test, and a liquid phase alkali metal ion concentration measurement were performed on the concrete. Further, using the hardened concrete in each of the examples and comparative examples, the durability index was measured and the compressive strength test at the start of the test was performed. Table 2 shows the measurement results.
[0024]
[Table 2]
[0025]
As is apparent from Table 2, the hardened concrete obtained in each example has a higher durability index than that of Comparative Examples 1 and 3 and excellent freeze-thaw resistance, although the amount of air is almost the same. In addition, the strength was sufficient. That is, by increasing the concentration of alkali metal ions such as sodium ions and potassium ions to 0.30 mol / L or more, the obtained hardened concrete has high strength and excellent freeze-thaw resistance. Was recognized. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 3, although potassium sulfate was added, since the alkali metal ion concentration was less than 0.30 mol / L, satisfactory freeze-thaw resistance was not obtained.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a hardened concrete having excellent freeze-thaw resistance and reduced strength reduction can be obtained.
