Can be easily and economically increased.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, it is assumed that the present invention is mainly applied to a steel plate assembly column (panzer mast) that forms a single column by joining components formed into a trapezoidal cylindrical shape using a galvanized steel plate as a material. However, the steel pipe column to which the present invention is applied is not limited thereto, and a normal steel pipe column formed of a galvanized steel plate in a cylindrical shape, a galvanized steel column or a surface weather-resistant coated steel column on a concrete base. Needless to say, it includes a composite pillar having an attached structure.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a processing flow of a steel pipe column reinforcing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, by using an electric sander or the like, an opening is formed in each of two regions having different positions in the vertical direction on the side surface of the steel pipe column 1 (step S1).

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing a state when two openings 11 and 13 are provided in the steel pipe column 1 to which the reinforcing method according to the present embodiment is applied. As shown in the figure, the steel pipe column 1 has a tapered shape, and the thickness of the steel pipe constituting the steel pipe column 1 is about 3 mm (more specifically, about 2.1 to 2.8 mm). .

The two openings 11 and 13 are provided on the side surface of the steel pipe column 1 so that both are positioned vertically above and below each other. The two openings have a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially oval shape, and the ends are finished smoothly (smooth curve) by an electric drill or a router. Among these, the opening 11 (first opening) located on the lower side has a horizontal diameter of about 4 to 5 cm and a vertical diameter of about 50 cm. On the other hand, the opening 13 (second opening) located on the upper side has a horizontal diameter substantially the same as the opening 11, but the vertical diameter is slightly smaller than the opening 11 and is about 40 cm. Is preferable.

When the total length of the steel pipe column 1 in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction when standing) is about 22 m (more specifically, 22.36 m), the penetration length is about 2.5 m, and the lower end of the opening 11 is the ground. It is provided so as to be located about 2.5m above the distance. Moreover, the lower end of the opening part 13 is provided so that it may become about 6.0 m from the ground.

Next, a process of inserting and arranging a reinforcing material in the hollow portion of the steel pipe column 1 using the openings 11 and 13 formed in step S1 will be described.

First, a plurality of rod-shaped members as reinforcing materials are inserted into the hollow portion using the two openings 11 and 13 (step S2).

In this embodiment, each rod-shaped member forming a part of the reinforcing member has one or two deformed reinforcing bars 91 having substantially the same diameter as the aramid rod 81 at the lower end portion of the aramid rod 81 having a diameter of about 15 to 17 mm. After arranging one end, the central axes are arranged so as to be aligned in a straight line in the short direction, and they are bound using a binding member such as a tie wrap. Incidentally, when applied to the steel pipe column 1 having a total length of about 22 m, the total length of the aramid rod 81 is about 8.0 to 9.0 m, more preferably about 8.5 m. The total length of the deformed reinforcing bars is about 0.7 to 0.8 m. In the case of steel pipe columns having other overall lengths, the ratio of the aramid rod 81 to the total length of the steel pipe columns is substantially the same.

In this embodiment, since the aramid rod 81 that is long enough to reach the vicinity of the opening 13 when the hollow portion is inserted is used, first, the end serving as the upper end of the aramid rod 81 is opened from the opening 11 located on the lower side to the hollow portion. Inserted upward, the end is once extracted from the opening 13 to the outside of the steel pipe column 1, and the end (lower end) to which the deformed reinforcing bar 91 is bound is inserted into the hollow part via the opening 11. Pull up further until it enters. If a lower end enters a hollow part, the upper end which had come out of the steel pipe pillar 1 from the opening part 13 will be returned in a hollow part again. If all the rod-like members are inserted in this manner, even if the rod-like member is composed of the aramid rod 81 having a long overall length, it is not necessary to lift it to a very high position, so a large apparatus such as a crane has to be used. That's it.

In addition, in order to pull and operate the aramid rod 81 from the outside, in this embodiment, the wire 5 is fastened to the end (upper end) where the deformed reinforcing bar 91 is not bound, and this wire 5 is connected to the steel pipe column 1. Tow from outside. When the wire is fastened to the aramid rod 81, a wire fastening portion 87 made of aluminum or the like is attached and the wire 5 is fastened to the wire fastening portion 87, but the wire fastening method is not necessarily limited to this.

Subsequently, the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 that penetrates the wire 5 fastened to each aramid rod 81 at the penetration portion is inserted from the opening portion 13 into the hollow portion, and the inside of the hollow portion is lowered to a predetermined position (step S3). ).

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a detailed configuration of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60. This reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is made of iron or the like, and a U-shaped penetrating portion 61 capable of penetrating the aramid rod 81 is formed in a hollow portion on the outer periphery of a frame portion 63 having a low circular tube shape. The number of rod-shaped members to be inserted is provided. The angle formed in the horizontal direction in FIG. 3 with respect to the center of a circle in which the tips of the adjacent through portions 61 form a circular cross section of the frame portion 63 is 45 degrees. 3 is merely an example, and other numbers (4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12, etc.) can be penetrated. Of course, it is possible to configure the reinforcing material arranging aid in the same manner.

By the way, the circular frame portion 63 is provided with a hole portion 65 that can be suspended using the wire 7 in order to insert and remove the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 into and from the hollow portion. FIG. 3 shows a case where the number of the hole portions 65 is three, but the number of the hole portions 65 is not necessarily limited to three, and may be four or five depending on the weight of the jig. You can also In the case of a steel pipe column having a total length of 22 m, the outer diameter of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is about 0.40 m.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 in the hollow portion when step S3 is completed. As shown in the figure, the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is suspended by the wire 7, and an aramid rod 81 is penetrated through each through portion 61.

Next, the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 is inserted into the hollow portion from the opening portion 13, the aramid rod is passed through each through portion, and lowered to a predetermined position in the hollow portion (step S <b> 4).

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 (a reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool with a rod) used in this step. The reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 shown in the figure has a position in the hollow portion of the auxiliary tool itself with respect to the frame portion 73 of the auxiliary tool portion having the same diameter and configuration as the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 described above. A position fixing portion 77 to be fixed is configured by being attached via an attachment portion 79.

In the position fixing portion 77, an equilateral triangular prism-shaped arm support portion 771 is arranged at the center of a circle forming a cross section of the frame portion 73, and three arm portions 772 having the same length are parallel to the circle formed by the frame portion 73. It has a three-pronged shape that spreads radially and isotropically on the surface. Here, “isotropically spreading” means a state in which adjacent arm portions form an angle of 120 degrees and spread outward by the same length. In other words, it is provided in a 120-degree rotational symmetry with a straight line passing through the center of the circle formed by the frame portion 73 and pointing in a direction perpendicular to the surface formed by the circle as a symmetry axis. A rod 774 is built in each arm portion 772, and the vicinity of the tip portion protrudes in the outer peripheral direction of the frame portion 73 through a covering portion by a bellows 775.

In FIG. 5, a circular tube is attached to the tip of the rod 774, but this circular tube does not necessarily have to be attached. The rod 774 is configured to be movable like a piston inside the arm portion 772 by air pressure applied from the outside by a pressurizing means (not shown) such as a compressor through a pressurizing portion 773 provided on the arm portion 772. That is, it has a configuration that can expand and contract in the radial direction of the circle formed by the frame portion 73. For this reason, the rod 774 protrudes further by pressurization from the outside, and reaches a state as shown in FIG. At this time, the three rods 774 move at substantially the same speed.

In step S4, as shown in FIG. 5, the rods 774 are placed in a contracted state (a state in which the diameter of a circle passing through the tip of each rod 774 is minimized) and arranged.

Thereafter, each aramid rod 81 is suspended using the reinforcing material suspension jigs 20 and 30 (step S5). More specifically, by hanging the aramid rod 81 using the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30, while appropriately moving the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 in the hollow portion using the wire 7, Eight rod-shaped members are evenly arranged in the hollow portion. Here, the position of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is moved to the vicinity of the middle portion of the aramid rod 81.

FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show a reinforcing material suspension jig 20 that is used to suspend these rod-shaped members when the eight rod-shaped members are inserted and to fix the positions inside the hollow portion, and It is a perspective view which shows the structure of 30 each.

The reinforcing material hanging jig 20 (first reinforcing material hanging jig) shown in FIG. 8 is made of a deformed reinforcing bar, and supports the wire 5 and fixes the position of the reinforcing material in the hollow portion. The reinforcing material fixing portion 22 and an arc-shaped abutting portion 23 that is welded at a predetermined location along the outer periphery of the reinforcing material fixing portion 22 and abuts against the inner wall surface of the steel pipe column 1 when disposed in the hollow portion. A support member 21 connected to the contact portion 23 and supporting the reinforcing material fixing portion 22 and the contact portion 23 is provided.

The reinforcing material fixing portion 22 has an opening surface (through hole) for suspending and supporting the wire 5 fastened to the upper end of the aramid rod 81, and when the wire 7 is tensioned by the tension applied from the outside of the steel pipe column 1 In addition, a plurality of suspension portions 24 for fixing the positions of the respective rod-shaped members constituting the reinforcing material in the hollow portion are provided by welding or the like so that the distances between the adjacent suspension portions are equal. Although FIG. 8 shows a case where four suspension parts 24 are provided, this is only an example, and the number of suspension parts 24 is, for example, five, six, etc. depending on conditions such as the diameter of the steel pipe column 1. It can also be set to 7 pieces. In FIG. 8, the opening surface of the suspension portion 24 is circular, but this is only an example, and other shapes such as an ellipse or a rectangle may be used. Furthermore, it is possible to increase the strength of the suspension part 24 itself by coating the inner surface of the suspension part 24 with a cemented carbide or the like by shrinkage.

The contact portion 23 is provided to secure a space between the inner wall surface of the steel pipe column 1 having a thin wall thickness and a relatively steep upper and lower taper, and is hollow when the rod-like member is suspended. It becomes possible to arrange | position a rod-shaped member equally in the vicinity of a part lower end part. Further, by forming a double arc shape together with the reinforcing material fixing portion 22, the diameter of the reinforcing bar constituting the portion inserted into the hollow portion can be reduced, and the jig itself can be reduced in weight.

The support portion 21 can be inserted into the hollow portion by making the through hole 25 and the reinforcing material suspension jig 20 easy to apply the tension from the outside through the wire 5 exposed from the suspension portion 24 to the outside. A jig operating part 26 having a function for facilitating and placing parts 27a and 27b for placing a reinforcing material hanging jig 30 described later on the upper part when the rod-like member is suspended are provided. As shown in FIG. 8, the number of mounting portions does not need to be two (27a, 27b). It is also possible to provide a plurality of pieces, four pieces, five pieces,.

Here, the diameter of the reinforcing bar constituting the support portion 21 and the thickness of the through hole 25 (length in a direction perpendicular to the plane through which the arc of the reinforcing material fixing portion 22 passes) are set so as to be inserted from the opening portion 13. Specifically, when the diameter of the opening 13 in the short direction is 4 to 5 cm, it is preferable that the diameter of the reinforcing bar of the support portion 21 is about 15 to 20 mm and the thickness of the through hole 25 is about 20 to 24 mm.

As is clear from FIG. 8, the support portion 21 is joined to a position slightly deviated from the midpoint of the arc of the contact portion 23. The reason why the reinforcing material suspension jig 20 has an asymmetric shape with respect to the support portion 21 is that the opening portion 11 starts with the arc portion having the longer arc length from the support portion 21 as a boundary. This is because the entire arc can be easily inserted because the arc length of the remaining arc portion is short.

The reinforcing material hanging jig 30 (second reinforcing material hanging jig) shown in FIG. 9 is also made of a different type of reinforcing bar, and supports and reinforces the wire 5 like the reinforcing material hanging jig 20. A reinforcing material fixing portion 32 that fixes a plurality of rod-shaped members that are members, a contact portion 33, and a support portion 31 that supports the reinforcing material fixing portion 32 are provided.

A plurality of suspension portions 34 having an opening surface through which the wire 5 passes are provided to the arc-shaped reinforcing material fixing portion 32. The number of the suspending portions 34 is not necessarily four as shown in FIG. 9, the shape of the opening surface is not limited to a circle, and the inner surface of the opening portion of the suspending portion 34 is made of carbide. The point which can improve an intensity | strength using an alloy is the same as that of the case of the jig | tool 20 for reinforcing material suspension.

As is clear from FIG. 9, the support portion 31 is joined at a position slightly deviated from the midpoint of the arc forming the contact portion 33, which is also supported by the reinforcing material suspension jig 20. For the same reason as described for the portion 21, that is, if the longer arc length is inserted into the hollow portion first from the opening portion 13, the arc length of the remaining arc portion is short, so that it is easy to insert. It is.

Furthermore, it goes without saying that the corresponding portions (the same as the last one digit) of the through hole 35, the jig operating portion 36, and the above-described reinforcing material suspension jig 30 have the same functions. In addition, since the support part 31 will be mounted in the mounting parts 27a and 27b of the reinforcing material hanging jig 20 within the hollow part, the reinforcing material hanging jig 30 itself has a mounting part. Not done.

When the reinforcing material suspension jigs 20 and 30 described above are used, a total of eight rod-shaped members are inserted, so that the suspension portions 24 and 34 have an angle of 45 degrees between adjacent suspension portions. As formed, the reinforcing material fixing portions 22 and 32 are provided at equal intervals by welding or the like. The through holes 25 and 35 are each provided with holes corresponding to the number of the suspension portions 24 and 34, that is, four through holes in this case. The through holes 25 and 35 are provided above the aramid rod 81 and include the aramid rod 81. The wire 5 fastened to the wire fastening portion 87 that fastens the wire 5 that suspends the rod-like member to the aramid rod 81 extends outside the steel pipe column 1 by passing through different openings of each through hole. It is possible to prevent the wires 5 from being entangled with each other.

Incidentally, the diameter of the reinforcing bars constituting the reinforcing material fixing portions 22 and 32 is about 16 mm, and the diameter of the reinforcing bars constituting the contact portions 23 and 33 is about 10 mm. Moreover, when applying to the steel pipe pillar 1 which has the full length mentioned above (about 22 m in total length), it is desirable that the diameter of the circular arc of the contact parts 23 and 33 is about 40 cm.

By the way, the total length in the axial direction of the support portions 21 and 31 of the reinforcing material suspension jigs 20 and 30 is an optimum length within the above range by appropriately adjusting the length of the support portions 21 and 31. The jig | tool which has can be comprised. For example, the reinforcing material hanging jig 20 is about 650 to 1020 mm, and the reinforcing material hanging jig 30 is about 850 to 1220 mm.

In addition, in the reinforcing material suspension jigs 20 and 30 inserted into the hollow part, it is of course possible to make the parts inserted into the hollow part detachable from the support parts 21 and 31, respectively.

Next, a specific method for inserting the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30 having the above-described configuration from the opening 11 into the hollow portion will be described.

First, the reinforcing material suspension jig 20 is inserted into the hollow portion. At this time, the surface (arc surface) including the arc formed by the reinforcing material fixing portion 22 and the contact portion 23 is parallel to the vertical surface. Thus, of the arcs forming the abutting portion 23, the longer arc length is set downward with the support portion 21 as a boundary. At this stage, the axial direction of the support portion 21 is oriented in a direction slightly inclined from the horizontal direction. After that, the lower arc portion, that is, the arc portion having the longer arc length with respect to the support portion 21 is first inserted into the hollow portion, and then the axis of the support portion 21 is oriented in the horizontal direction. And insert the remaining part (arc part with a short arc length). After inserting the hollow portion up to the through hole 25, the orientation direction (horizontal direction) of the support portion 21 is fixed, and the arc surface is rotated 90 degrees with the direction as a rotation axis (in this case, the jig operation portion 26 is moved to the lever). Used as). As a result, the arc surface becomes parallel to the horizontal direction. When the support part 21 is pulled outside the steel pipe column 1 in this state, the contact part 23 comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the steel pipe. After that, positioning is performed by lowering the reinforcing material suspension jig 20 as it is vertically downward until it comes into contact with the lower end of the opening 11.

Thereafter, the reinforcing material suspension jig 30 is inserted into the hollow portion. Also in this case, the plane including the arc formed by the reinforcing material fixing portion 32 and the abutting portion 33 (arc surface) is made parallel to the vertical surface, and as in the case of the reinforcing material suspension jig 20, The arc portion having the longer arc length is inserted with the support portion 31 as a boundary, and the remaining arc portion is inserted into the hollow portion while rotating so that the axial center of the support portion 31 is oriented in the horizontal direction. After 35 is inserted into the hollow portion, the arc surface is rotated 90 degrees with the direction in which the support portion 31 is directed as the rotation axis (again, the jig operation portion 36 is used as appropriate). When the support portion 31 is pushed out into the hollow portion in this state, the reinforcing material fixing portion 32 comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the outer peripheral portion facing the opening portion 11 of the hollow portion. Then, the reinforcing material fixing portion 32 is lowered vertically while being in contact with the inner wall surface, and the support portion 31 is placed on the placement portions 27 a and 27 b of the reinforcing material hanging jig 20.

FIG. 10 shows that the reinforcing member suspension jigs 20 and 30 are used to pull and tension the wire 5 to the outside, and then each reinforcing member suspension jig is fixed to the steel pipe column 1 as described above. And it is a perspective view which shows the state in the hollow part of the opening part 13 vicinity when the aramid rod 81 is suspended in a hollow part. As shown in the figure, the four wires 5 that respectively penetrate the suspension portions 24 of the reinforcing material suspension jig 20 pass through the through holes 25. And the tension | tensile_strength state of the wire 5 is maintained by adhering the wire 5 to the protrusion part etc. which are suitably provided in the support part 21 using metal fittings. Similarly, the wire 5 that suspends the aramid rod 81 through the reinforcing material suspending jig 30 passes through the through hole 35 and is fixed to the support portion 31 as appropriate. At this time, the mounting portions 27a and 27b are provided with openings for penetrating the wires 5 extending from the hollow portions to the outside through the through holes 25 or 35 (open in the vertical direction as with the through holes 25 or 35). The function of bundling the wires 5 is added (see also FIGS. 8 and 9).

It is more preferable that the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30 are also fixed to each other using a connecting member that connects both the support portions 21 and 31.

As described above, after step S5 described in detail, by operating the position fixing portion 77 of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70, each rod 774 extends until it comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the hollow portion, and the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary device The position of the tool 70 is fixed in the hollow portion (step S6). At this time, the wire 5 fastened to each rod-like member is pulled from the outside to slightly raise the rod-like member to be “suspended in the air”. By doing so, the operation of the rod 774 becomes smoother.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the situation when the rod 774 comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the steel pipe column 1 by lowering the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 to a predetermined height in the hollow portion and then applying pressure as described above. FIG. Also in the figure, the pressurizing means is omitted. Each rod 774 extends at almost the same speed by applying air pressure from the pressurizing portion 773 closer to the arm support portion 771, so that the tip of the rod 774 reaches the inner wall surface of the hollow portion. When contacted, when the inside of the hollow portion is viewed from the vicinity of the opening 13, the arm support portion 771 comes to the center of a circle forming the hollow portion horizontal plane. Accordingly, the aramid rods 81 penetrating through the penetration part 71 are arranged so that the distances between the adjacent aramid rods 81 (spacing between the axial centers) are all equal, that is, “evenly” arranged in the hollow part. Become.

After this step S6 is completed, each rod-like member is again placed on the lowermost surface of the hollow portion using the wire 5 (step S7). In FIG. 11, the schematic structure in the hollow part of the steel pipe pillar 1 after this step construction is shown.

Thereafter, the non-shrink mortar 100 is injected until it reaches the vicinity of the lower end of the opening 11, and the opening 11 is closed with an iron plate or the like (step S8). In this step, it is assumed that the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is left in the hollow portion, but the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is gradually raised while injecting the non-shrinkable mortar 100 so that the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60 is opened from the opening 13. It is of course possible to extract it.

When the non-shrink mortar 100 is solidified to some extent, the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30 are extracted from the opening (step S9). At this time, by inserting the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30 and fixing the wire 5 respectively, the operation reverse to the operation is performed, so that the portion inserted in the hollow portion is brought to the outside. Extract. Thereafter, the wire 5 exposed to the outside is cut, and the remaining part is left by inserting it into the hollow part.

Subsequently, the air pressure applied to the rod 774 of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 is released, the rod 774 is returned to the state when the hollow portion is inserted (see FIG. 5), and is extracted from the opening 13 (step S10). At the time of release here, there is a method in which air is sent to the pressurizing part 773 far from the arm support part 771 and air is extracted from the pressurization part 773 closer to the arm support part 771. It is not necessarily limited to this.

After step S <b> 10, the non-shrink mortar 100 is injected from the opening 13. In this step, the injection is performed until the vicinity of the lower end of the opening 13 is reached (step S11).

In the above steps S8 to S11, for example, it is possible to perform the processes of steps S9 and S10 in parallel while injecting the non-shrink mortar 100 in step S8. In particular, when the thickness of the frame portion 63 is increased to increase the weight of the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 60, it is preferable to perform the construction in this manner because the construction time can be shortened.

Further, in the above description, it is assumed that the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 is taken out. However, if the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool 70 is left in the hollow portion, the opening 11 is closed with an iron plate and then opened. The portion 11 is closed with an iron plate or the like, and non-shrinkable mortar 100 that does not shrink after solidifying from the opening 13 is injected until it reaches the vicinity of the lower end of the opening 13. After that, when the non-shrink mortar 100 is solidified to some extent, the reinforcing material suspension jigs 20 and 30 are extracted to the outside of the steel pipe column 1. In view of the fact that the non-shrink mortar 100 has a certain degree of viscosity, it is possible to extract the reinforcing material hanging jigs 20 and 30 immediately after the non-shrink mortar 100 is injected.

Thereafter, after about 1 day, an aramid fiber sheet is stuck on the outer periphery of the steel pipe column 1 passing through the openings 11 and 13 (step S12). More specifically, first, an aramid fiber sheet having a width of about 30 cm and a yield strength of 120 tf / m (1176 kN / m) in the vicinity of the openings 11 and 13 is set to 2 so that the yield strength becomes a yield strength in a substantially vertical direction. Aramid fiber sheet having a width of about 10 cm and a proof stress of 90 tf / m (882 kN / m) is applied to the openings 11 and so that the proof stress is approximately horizontal. Wrap around 13 in a bandage. As a result, in the vicinity of the openings 11 and 13, an aramid fiber sheet composed of three layers having a predetermined yield strength is attached in a substantially vertical and substantially horizontal direction.

As the last step, a galvanized iron plate is further wound or a fluorine paint is applied to the outer periphery of the region where the aramid fiber sheet is wound (step S13). FIG. 13 is a view showing the appearance of the steel pipe column 1 at the end of this step, and regions indicated by reference numerals 15 and 17 are regions where a galvanized iron plate is wound or a fluorine paint is applied. By performing this step, it is possible to protect the reinforcing portion of the steel pipe column 1 and to prevent ultraviolet deterioration of the reinforcing portion. That is, the iron plate wound in step S13 or the applied fluorine paint has a function as a protective part. In the case of the steel pipe column 1 having a total length of about 22 m, the regions 15 and 17 have a width of about 1.10 m in the vertical direction.

According to one embodiment of the present invention described above, an existing steel pipe is obtained by evenly arranging the reinforcing material in the hollow portion of the steel pipe column using the reinforcing material hanging jig and the reinforcing material arranging auxiliary tool as appropriate. It is possible to increase the strength of the column easily and economically. More specifically, according to the method for reinforcing a steel pipe column according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain a strength about 1.5 times that of the state before reinforcement.

In the above description, as described above, the steel plate assembly column is given as a specific example, but in addition to that, on a normal steel tube column formed of a galvanized steel plate in a cylindrical shape or on a concrete stand Of course, the present invention can be applied to a galvanized steel column or a composite column having a structure provided with a surface weather-resistant coated steel column.

Moreover, as a steel pipe pillar, not only a cylindrical form but a square-shaped steel pipe pillar may be sufficient.

As described above, the present invention can include various embodiments and the like without departing from the specific matters described in the claims.
