Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device fixture used for mounting various devices such as a speaker device, a monitoring camera device, and a projector to a ceiling, a wall surface, a pillar, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, a speaker device fixture as shown in FIG. 10 is known as the above-described device fixture. This fixture is based on the premise that, for example, a box-type speaker device (not shown) is attached to a ceiling or the like. As shown in the figure, a substantially flat plate-like ceiling-side fixing portion 101 fixed to the ceiling side, and a speaker. And a substantially flat speaker-side fixing portion 102 fixed to the apparatus side.
[0003]
A substantially columnar arm portion 103 extending from the central portion in a substantially vertical direction is coupled to one surface of the ceiling-side fixing portion 101 (a surface on the lower side in the figure). Then, a substantially disk-shaped connecting portion 104 is coupled to the tip of the arm portion 103 in a state in which the plane portion is along the extending direction of the arm portion 103. On the other hand, a substantially columnar arm portion 105 extending from the central portion in a substantially vertical direction is also coupled to one surface (upper surface in the figure) of the speaker side fixing portion 102. Further, a substantially disk-shaped connecting portion 106 is also coupled to the tip of the arm portion 105 in a state where the planar portion is along the extending direction of the arm portion 105.
[0004]
Each of the connecting portions 104 and 106 is coupled by an angle adjusting screw 107 with one surface thereof facing each other. As a result, the fixture including the fixing portions 101 and 102, the arm portions 103 and 105, the connecting portions 104 and 106, and the angle adjusting screw 107 has an integrated structure as a whole. When the angle adjusting screw 107 is slightly loosened, as shown by an arrow 108 in the figure, the connecting angle of the arm portions 103 and 105 can be adjusted in the circumferential direction with the angle adjusting screw 107 as the central axis. . When the angle adjusting screw 107 is firmly tightened, the connection angles of the arm portions 103 and 105 after the adjustment can be maintained. Note that the angle adjusting screw 107 is used to adjust the angle until it gets tired, and is not based on the assumption that it is arbitrarily removed. Therefore, this fixture is basically used in an always integrated state.
[0005]
In order to attach the speaker device to, for example, the ceiling using the fixture configured as described above, the following procedure is used. First, the other surface side of the ceiling side fixing portion 101 (the surface on which the arm portion 103 is not coupled) is opposed to the ceiling that is the installation target location, and in this state, one surface of the ceiling side fixing portion 101 A fixing screw (not shown) is screwed into the ceiling through screw insertion through holes 109, 109,... Drilled in the ceiling side fixing portion 101 itself from the side. To the ceiling. Next, the housing mounting surface of the speaker device to be mounted is opposed to the other surface side of the speaker side fixing portion 102 (the surface on which the arm portion 105 is not coupled), and in this state, the speaker A speaker mounting screw (not shown) is screwed into a screw hole provided in the housing of the speaker device through the screw insertion through holes 110 and 110 formed in the speaker side fixing portion 102 from one side of the side fixing portion 102. Screw it on. As a result, the speaker device is fixed to the speaker-side fixing unit 102. Then, the angle adjusting screw 107 is slightly loosened to adjust the connection angle of the arm portions 103 and 105, that is, the mounting angle of the speaker device with respect to the ceiling to a desired angle. After this adjustment, the angle adjusting screw 107 is firmly tightened to complete a series of mounting operations.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional fixture, the ceiling-side fixing portion 101 fixed to the ceiling side and the speaker-side fixing portion 102 fixed to the speaker device side are integrated. There's a problem. That is, when the speaker device is attached to the fixture fixed to the ceiling, the speaker mounting screw is screwed into a screw hole provided in the speaker device while supporting the speaker device at a so-called high position near the ceiling. There is a problem that this work is extremely difficult. In particular, since the speaker device has a relatively large weight due to its structure, this problem becomes more prominent.
[0007]
On the contrary, it is also possible to first fix the speaker device to the fixture first, and then fix the speaker device and the fixture integrated to the ceiling. However, in this case, it is necessary to lift the heavier one by integrating the speaker device and the fixture to the ceiling position, as compared with the case where only the fixture is fixed to the ceiling first as described above. It takes a lot of labor. In addition, the above problem becomes even more pronounced because the fixing screw must be screwed onto the ceiling while supporting the heavier one at a high place. Further, when the fixing screw is screwed, the speaker device itself (housing) that is already fixed to the fixture (speaker side fixing portion 102) becomes an obstacle to the screwing operation. Problems also arise.
[0008]
Furthermore, according to the conventional fixture, the mounting angle of the speaker device with respect to the ceiling can be adjusted in the direction indicated by the arrow 108, but the mounting angle cannot be adjusted in other directions. Therefore, there is also a problem that sufficient measures cannot be taken in applications that require more flexible adjustment of the mounting angle of the speaker device.
[0009]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a device mounting tool that allows a mounting operation of a device such as a speaker device to be extremely easy and that allows the mounting angle of the device to be adjusted more freely. It is also an object of the present invention to realize such a device attachment with a relatively simple structure.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides an installation object side mounting member that is attached to an installation target site such as a ceiling, a wall surface, or a pillar, and the installation object side mounting member that is provided separately as an installation object. A device-side attachment member attached to the device. At least one of each of the mounting members has a coupling means for coupling to the other mounting member. The coupling means releases the coupling state of each mounting member and releases the coupling state to each of the mounting members. Can be arbitrarily formed in a non-bonded state in which each can be separated. In addition, as said apparatus said here, there exist various apparatuses, such as a speaker apparatus, a surveillance camera apparatus, or a projector, for example.
[0011]
In other words, according to the present invention, there are provided two independent attachment members, that is, an installation object side attachment member and an equipment side attachment member. Each of these attachment members is arbitrarily coupled or uncoupled by a predetermined coupling means. In the coupled state, the mounting members are integrated. On the other hand, in the non-bonded state, each attachment member is separable.
[0012]
In order to attach an arbitrary device, for example, a speaker device, to an arbitrary installation target location, for example, a ceiling, using the device fixture of the present invention configured as described above, the following procedure is used. That is, first, each attachment member is brought into a non-coupled state. In this state, only the installation target side attachment member is attached to the ceiling by a predetermined fixing means such as the fixing screw. At the same time, only the device attachment member is attached to the speaker device (specifically, the housing attachment surface of the speaker device) by a predetermined fixing means such as the speaker attachment screw. And the apparatus side attachment member in which the speaker apparatus was attached to the installation object side attachment member attached to the ceiling is couple | bonded by the said coupling | bonding means. Thereby, a series of attachment work is completed.
[0013]
Thus, according to the present invention, the installation work of the installation target side mounting member to the ceiling and the installation work of the device side mounting member to the speaker device can be performed separately. And a series of attachment work is realizable only by couple | bonding each of these attachment members with a predetermined | prescribed coupling means. Therefore, unlike the above-described conventional technique in which the speaker mounting screw must be screwed in a high place near the ceiling, the troublesome screwing operation can be performed in advance in a low place such as on the floor. This is the same when a device other than a speaker device such as a monitoring camera device or a projector is mounted on the ceiling. The same applies when various devices are attached to a wall surface or a pillar.
[0014]
The other mounting member, particularly the installation target side mounting member, may be configured such that the one mounting member, that is, the device side mounting member, has a plurality of connectable portions. If comprised in this way, the coupling | bonding state of the apparatus side attachment member with respect to the installation object side attachment member, ie, the coupling position of the apparatus with respect to the installation object side attachment member, a coupling angle, etc. can be changed arbitrarily. In addition, a plurality of device-side mounting members, that is, a plurality of devices, can be coupled to one installation target-side mounting member.
[0015]
The other mounting member has a rod-shaped portion, and the one mounting member is configured to be coupled to an arbitrary position in the length direction of the rod-shaped portion by the coupling means. Also good. If comprised in this way, the coupling | bonding position of one attachment member can be changed arbitrarily in the length direction of a rod-shaped part. In addition, a plurality of one attachment members can be coupled to the rod-shaped portion. For example, when one attachment member is a device attachment member, a plurality of devices can be attached to the rod-shaped portion. .
[0016]
Further, the rod-shaped portion may have a portion formed in a curved shape in the length direction, and the one attachment member may be connectable to the curved portion of the rod-shaped portion. If comprised in this way, the coupling | bonding position of one attachment member can be changed arbitrarily along the part formed in the said curve shape of a rod-shaped part, and the attachment angle of the apparatus with respect to an installation object location can also be changed arbitrarily.
[0017]
Moreover, one attachment member is good also as coupling | bonding to the arbitrary positions of the said rod-shaped part in the circumferential direction centering on the said rod-shaped part. In this way, in the circumferential direction with the rod-shaped portion as the central axis, the coupling position of one mounting member with respect to the rod-shaped portion, that is, the coupling angle can be arbitrarily changed, and thus the device mounting angle with respect to the installation target location can be arbitrarily varied. Can be changed.
[0018]
And one attachment member has the 1st penetration hole in which the above-mentioned rod-like part can penetrate from at least the end, and couples to the rod-like part in the state where the rod-like part was inserted in this 1st penetration hole You may comprise. In this way, one attachment member can be more reliably coupled to the rod-shaped portion. Further, when one attachment member is coupled to the rod-like portion, the rod-like portion is inserted into the first through-hole so that the first through-hole acts as a kind of guide means. One attachment member can be easily joined.
[0019]
Here, when the other mounting member is, for example, an installation target side mounting member, the mounting target side mounting member is inserted into the first through hole of the rod-shaped portion when the installation target side mounting member is mounted to the installation target location. It is desirable that one end on the side to be used is configured to face upward with respect to the horizontal direction. If it does in this way, even if the coupling | bonding state of each attachment member by the said coupling | bonding means eases, the said rod-shaped part will be in the state penetrated by the said 1st through-hole, without escaping from the 1st through-hole. Therefore, the apparatus side attachment member including an apparatus does not fall. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the device-side mounting portion from dropping when the coupling state of the mounting members by the coupling means is relaxed for some reason.
[0020]
On the contrary, when one attachment member is an installation object side attachment member, it is desirable to do as follows. That is, the installation target side mounting member is attached to the installation target location, and the mounting members are coupled in a state where the rod-shaped portion of the device side mounting member is inserted into the first through hole of the installation target side mounting member. When it does, it comprises so that the end of the side penetrated in the 1st through-hole of the said rod-shaped part may face a lower side rather than a horizontal direction. If comprised in this way, even if the coupling | bonding state of each attachment member by a coupling | bonding means eases, the state which was inserted in the said 1st through-hole without the rod-shaped part coming out of the 1st through-hole similarly to the above Therefore, it is possible to prevent the device-side mounting member including the device from falling.
[0021]
The coupling means in the present invention can be constituted by, for example, so-called clamping means for coupling one mounting member to the rod-shaped portion by clamping the rod-shaped portion. If comprised in this way, compared with the case where each attachment member is couple | bonded by screwing means, such as a screw, for example, each attachment member can be couple | bonded easily.
[0022]
Further, the other mounting member may be provided with a supporting means for supporting the rod-shaped portion. In this case, it is desirable that the supporting means can support the rod-like portion at an arbitrary position in the length direction. If comprised in this way, the coupling | bonding position of the other attachment member can also be changed arbitrarily in the length direction of a rod-shaped part, and by extension, the coupling | bonding position of each attachment member can be changed more freely.
[0023]
Here, in the case where the rod-shaped portion has a curved portion in the length direction, the support means can support the rod-shaped portion even in the curved portion of the rod-shaped portion. It is desirable to configure. If comprised in this way, the support position of the said rod-shaped part by the other attachment member (support means) can be changed arbitrarily along the part formed in the said curve shape of a rod-shaped part, and by extension, the apparatus with respect to the installation object location The mounting angle can be changed arbitrarily.
[0024]
Further, the support means may be configured to support an arbitrary position of the rod-shaped portion in the circumferential direction with the rod-shaped portion as the central axis. If it does in this way, the support position of the said rod-shaped part by the other attachment member can be changed arbitrarily in the circumferential direction which makes a rod-shaped part a central axis, and the attachment angle of the apparatus with respect to an installation object location can also be changed arbitrarily.
[0025]
The other mounting member has a second through-hole through which the rod-shaped portion can be inserted from at least one end thereof, and the rod-shaped portion is inserted into the second through-hole by the support means. You may comprise so that a part may be supported. If it does in this way, a rod-shaped part can be more reliably supported by a support means. Further, when the rod-shaped portion is supported by the support means, the second through-hole acts as a kind of guide means by inserting the rod-shaped portion through the second through-hole. Therefore, the operation | work at the time of supporting a rod-shaped part with a support means becomes easy.
[0026]
In addition, the said support means can be comprised by what is called a clamping means which supports the said rod-shaped part by clamping the said rod-shaped part, for example. If comprised in this way, the support operation | work of the rod-shaped part by the said support means will become very easy.
[0027]
Further, when the first and second through holes are provided as described above, the other end side of the rod-shaped portion is inserted into the other end side of the rod-shaped portion so as to prevent the other end side of the rod-shaped portion from being inserted through each through hole. It is desirable to provide a prevention means. In this way, even if the coupling state of each mounting member by the coupling means or the support state of the rod-shaped part by the support means is relieved for some reason, the rod-shaped part is removed from the first and second through holes. It is possible to prevent the device from being detached, and in turn, to prevent the device-side mounting portion including the device from falling.
[0028]
Furthermore, it is desirable that the rod-shaped portion has a hollow portion capable of accommodating an electric wire connected to the device along its length direction. If the electric wire is wired through the inside of the rod-like portion in this way, it can be prevented that the aesthetic appearance of the entire fixture of the present invention is impaired by the electric wire, and the fixture of the present invention is actually attached to the installation target location. The appearance of the entire fixture can be ensured.
[0029]
And when the said hollow part is provided, it is desirable to provide suitably the hole or groove | channel which can insert the said electric wire in the state which connects the inside and this exterior of this hollow part in the surrounding wall of a rod-shaped part. If it does in this way, the electric wire wired via the inside of the above-mentioned hollow part can be pulled out outside in a required part, and an extra wiring route can be excluded.
[0030]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to, for example, an attachment for a speaker device will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0031]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the present embodiment includes an installation target side mounting member 1 having a curved rod-shaped portion 11, a speaker-side mounting member 2 having through holes 21 and 21 through which the rod-shaped portion 11 can be inserted, It consists of In addition, although mentioned later, the installation object side attachment member 1 is fixed to installation object locations, such as a ceiling and a wall surface which are not shown in the same figure, and the speaker side attachment member 2 is a speaker apparatus (details are not shown in the figure). And fixed to the housing mounting surface of the speaker device.
[0032]
In FIG. 2, the structure of the installation object side attachment member 1 is shown in detail. As shown in the figure, the rod-like portion 11 is curved only at one end side and is substantially linear at the other end side, and is formed in a so-called substantially fishhook shape. And, on the other end side of the rod-shaped portion 11 and on the opposite side of the outer peripheral wall on the other end side from the curved side, a substantially flat fixing portion 12 has its one surface, They are joined together along the outer peripheral wall. In addition, these rod-shaped part 11 and the fixing | fixed part 12 are formed, for example with metals, such as iron and stainless steel, The coupling | bonding of these both is implement | achieved by the welding process etc., for example. Of course, besides this, for example, the rod-like portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 are formed of a non-metallic material such as resin or wood material, and these are joined or integrally formed by a joining means other than welding such as a screw or an adhesive. May be.
[0033]
A plurality of, for example, four screw insertion through holes 13, 13,... Are formed in the fixing portion 12 so as to penetrate from the one surface side to the other surface side. These through holes for screw insertion 13, 13,... Are used when fixing the installation target side mounting member 1 including the fixing portion 12 to a ceiling or the like, for example, fixing screws 3, 3, It is for inserting ... That is, when fixing the installation target side mounting member 1 to the ceiling or the like, the other surface side of the fixing portion 12 (the surface opposite to the side where the rod-shaped portion 11 is coupled) is opposed to the ceiling or the like. In this state, the fixing screws 3, 3,... Are screwed onto the ceiling from the one surface side of the fixing part 12 through the screw insertion through holes 13, 13,.
[0034]
The rod-shaped portion 11 is a pipe-shaped portion having a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape and cross-sectional area that crosses the length direction from one end to the other end, and is used for wiring to the speaker device via the hollow portion 14. An electric wire such as a signal line (not shown) can be inserted. Further, a groove 15 is provided in the curved peripheral wall of the rod-shaped portion 11 so as to communicate the inside and the outside of the hollow portion 14 along the length direction of the rod-shaped portion 11. . And it is comprised so that the said electric wire can be arbitrarily inserted between the inside of the hollow part 14, and the exterior via this groove | channel 15. FIG. Instead of the groove 15, a plurality of through-holes through which the electric wire can be inserted may be formed along the length direction of the rod-shaped portion 11.
[0035]
Furthermore, one end side of the rod-like portion 11 is bent relatively large to about 2/3 to 3/4 of the circumference formed by the curve. Thereby, the extension line on the one end side is configured to intersect with the other end side of the rod-like portion or the extension line on the other end side.
[0036]
On the other hand, the speaker side mounting member 2 has a structure as shown in FIG. The speaker-side mounting member 2 has a structure that is viewed from the front and a structure that is viewed from the back, and the structure that is viewed from the left side and the structure that is viewed from the right side. It is considered equivalent.
[0037]
As shown in the figure, the speaker-side mounting member 2 has a substantially rectangular main body 22 having a hollow interior. And one set of the two opposing side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24 constituting the main body portion 22, for example, the side walls 23, 23 positioned on the front side and the back side, respectively, the through holes 21, 21 are drilled so as to face each other. The lower edge of each of the other pair of side walls 24, 24 is perpendicular to the side walls 24, 24 and outward from the side walls 24, 24. The substantially flat fixing parts 25, 25 are joined in a state of extending toward the front.
[0038]
In each of the fixing portions 25, 25, screw insertion through holes 26, 26 are formed so as to penetrate from the one surface side to the other surface side. These screw insertion through-holes 26 and 26 are used for inserting speaker mounting screws 4 and 4, for example, bolt configurations used when fixing the speaker side mounting member 2 including the fixing portions 25 and 25 to the speaker device. Is. That is, when the speaker side mounting member 2 is fixed to the speaker device, one surface side of each fixing portion 25, 25 (opposite to the side where the side walls 24, 24 are connected) to the housing mounting surface of the speaker device. In this state, the speaker mounting screws 4, 4 are connected from the other surface side of the fixing portions 25, 25 via the screw insertion through holes 26, 26. And screwed into the screw hole provided in. Each of the screw insertion through holes 26 and 26 is a long hole extending along a direction in which the fixing portions 25 and 25 face each other. Therefore, even if the spacing (pitch) of the screw holes is slightly different due to the difference in the model of the speaker device fixed to each of the fixing portions 25, 25, it can be handled to some extent.
[0039]
A portion surrounded by each lower side edge of each of the side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24, a so-called bottom portion of the main body portion 22 is an opening. On the other hand, the upper surface side of the main body portion 22 is closed by a plate-like upper wall portion 27, and the upper side edges of the side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24 are formed on the peripheral edges of the upper wall portion 27. , Each is coupled. Furthermore, a female screw portion 28 is formed in a substantially central portion of the upper wall portion 27 so as to penetrate from the top surface to the bottom surface. In addition, the part which consists of the main-body part 22 which consists of each of these side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24 and the upper wall part 27, and each fixing | fixed part 25, 25, for example by carrying out sheet metal processing of one metal plate, Can be formed integrally. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and these portions can be configured by, for example, a hard resin.
[0040]
A male screw 29 is inserted into the female screw portion 28 so as to be screwed therewith. A generally disc-shaped knob portion 30 is coupled to the upper end portion of the male screw 29. On the other hand, on the side where the lower end portion of the male screw 29 is located, a pressing portion 31 having portions 31a and 31a formed in a sawtooth shape toward the lower side is provided inside the main body portion 22. ing. The pressing portion 31 includes four flat plate portions 31b, 31b and 31c, 31c along the inner side surfaces of the side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24 constituting the main body portion 22, and the flat plate portions 31b, 31b and 31c, 31c, and the upper side flat plate part 31d which couple | bonds each upper side edge respectively, For example, it forms integrally by carrying out sheet-metal processing of one metal plate. And among these flat plate portions 31b, 31b and 31c, 31c, on the lower side edge of each flat plate portion 31b, 31b along the inner surface of the side walls 23, 23 provided with the respective through holes 21, 21, The serrated portions 31a and 31a are formed in a slightly concave curved state. In addition, screws 32, 32 are screwed onto the other flat plate portions 31c, 31c from the outer side surface toward the inner side surface. Further, the side walls 24 and 24 along the flat plate portions 31c and 31c to which the screws 32 and 32 are screwed are vertically moved so that the heads of the screws 32 and 32 are gently interposed. Long through holes, so-called long holes 33, 33 are provided.
[0041]
That is, the pressing portion 31 is in a state in which the flat plate portions 31b, 31b and 31c, 31c are along the inner side surfaces of the side walls 23, 23 and 24, 24 constituting the main body portion 22, respectively. The inside of 22 can be slid along the up-down direction. Then, in order to guide the sliding of the pressing portion 31 and prevent the pressing portion 31 from coming out of the main body portion 22, the screws 32, 32 are inserted into the long holes 33, 33 as described above. Each head is interposed. As is clear from the above configuration, as shown by an arrow 34 in FIG. 3 (a), when the knob portion 30 is rotated in the circumferential direction around the male screw 29 as a central axis, the arrow in FIG. As indicated by 35, the male screw 29 is displaced in the vertical direction. Then, when the male screw 29 is displaced downward by rotating the knob portion 30 in the clockwise direction, the lower end of the male screw 29 is arranged so that the tip of the pressing portion 31 is not shown in the drawing. It will contact | abut to the upper surface of 31 d of upper side flat plate parts, and will be in the state which presses the said press part 31 below.
[0042]
In order to attach the speaker device to the ceiling, for example, using the fixture of the present embodiment comprising the installation target side mounting member 1 and the speaker side mounting member 2 configured as described above, the following procedure is used. That is, first, the installation target side mounting member 1 and the speaker side mounting member 2 are separated from each other (that is, the rod-like portion 11 of the installation target side mounting member 1 is pulled out from the through holes 21 and 21 of the speaker side mounting member 2. In this state, only the installation target side mounting member 1 is fixed to the ceiling with the fixing screws 3, 3,. At the same time, only the speaker side mounting member 2 is fixed to the housing mounting surface of the speaker device by the speaker mounting screws 4 and 4. And the speaker side mounting member 2 to which the speaker device is fixed is lifted up to the installation location of the installation target side mounting member 1 fixed to the ceiling, and in the through holes 21 and 21 of the speaker side mounting member 2, The rod-shaped part 11 of the installation target side mounting member 1 is inserted.
[0043]
In this state, when the knob portion 30 of the speaker-side mounting member 2 is rotated, for example, clockwise, the sawtooth portions 31 a and 31 a of the pressing portion 31 abut against the outer peripheral wall of the rod-like portion 1. Further, when the knob portion 30 is further rotated in the same direction, the rod-like portion 1 becomes the sawtooth portion 31a of the pressing portion 31 and the serrated portion 31a of the inner peripheral walls of the through holes 21 and 21. , 31a and the part on the opposite side, is in a state of being sandwiched. As a result, the installation target side attachment member 1 and the speaker side attachment member 2 are coupled, that is, the speaker device is attached to the ceiling via the attachment of the present embodiment comprising the attachment members 1 and 2. In addition, when canceling | releasing the connection state of these each attachment members 1 and 2, the said knob part 30 is rotated counterclockwise, and the clamping state of the said rod-shaped part 11 is fully relieve | moderated. In this state, the rod-like portion 11 may be pulled out from the through holes 21 and 21.
[0044]
Thus, according to this Embodiment, the attachment operation | work of the installation object side attachment member 1 to a ceiling and the attachment operation | work of the speaker side attachment member 2 to a speaker apparatus can each be implemented separately. And a series of attachment work is realizable only by inserting the rod-shaped part 11 of the installation object side attachment member 1 in the through-hole 21 of the speaker side attachment member 2, and rotating the said knob part 30. FIG. Therefore, unlike the above-described conventional technique in which the speaker mounting screw must be screwed in a high place near the ceiling, the troublesome screwing operation can be performed in advance in a low place such as on the floor. Therefore, the mounting operation of the speaker device can be carried out very easily as compared with the prior art. The same applies to the case where the speaker device is attached to a wall surface, a pillar, or the like using the fixture of the present embodiment.
[0045]
In addition, as above-mentioned, the cross-sectional shape and cross-sectional area which cross the length direction of the rod-shaped part 11 are substantially constant. Therefore, in a state where the rod-shaped portion 11 is inserted into the through-holes 21 and 21, for example, as shown by arrows 5 and 5 in FIG. The speaker side mounting member 2 including the device can be arbitrarily moved (slided). Then, by rotating the knob portion 30 clockwise at an arbitrary position in the length direction of the rod-like portion 11, the speaker side mounting member 2 can be placed at an arbitrary position including the curved portion of the rod-like portion 11. Can be fixed.
[0046]
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape crossing the length direction of the rod-shaped portion 11 is a so-called circle, in the state where the rod-shaped portion 11 is inserted into the through holes 21, 21, for example, arrows 6 and 6 in FIG. 6, the speaker-side mounting member 2 including the speaker device can be arbitrarily rotated in the circumferential direction with the rod-shaped portion 11 as the central axis. And the speaker side attachment member 2 can be fixed in the said arbitrary position by rotating the said knob part 30 clockwise at the arbitrary positions in the circumferential direction of this rod-shaped part 11. FIG.
[0047]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, it is assumed that the fixture of the present embodiment is attached to the ceiling 10 now. In this case, as shown by an arrow 50 in the figure, if the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 including the speaker device 7 with respect to the rod-like part 11 is changed along the length direction of the rod-like part 11, for example, FIG. As indicated by the dotted line 7 a, the mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the ceiling 10 can be arbitrarily adjusted in the direction indicated by the arrow 50. Then, as shown by an arrow 60 in the figure, if the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 with respect to the rod-shaped portion 11 is changed in the circumferential direction around the rod-shaped portion 11, the direction indicated by the arrow 60, that is, The mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the ceiling 10 can be arbitrarily adjusted in a direction that is spatially orthogonal to the direction indicated by the arrow 50. Therefore, unlike the above-described conventional technique in which the adjustment of the mounting angle of the speaker device is limited to only one direction, the mounting angle can be arbitrarily adjusted in various directions.
[0048]
Moreover, when the fixture of this Embodiment is attached to the ceiling 10 like the said FIG. 4, the end of the rod-shaped part 11 will be in the state which faced the upper side at least rather than the horizontal direction. As described above, this is because one end side of the rod-like portion 11 is such that the line extending from one end of the rod-like portion 11 intersects the other end side of the rod-like portion 11 or the line extending the other end side. This is because is greatly curved. Therefore, even if the knob portion 30 is relaxed for some reason (more specifically, the clamping state of the rod-like portion 11 by the serrated portions 31a and 31a of the pressing portion 31 and the inner peripheral walls of the through holes 21 and 21 is relaxed. However, the rod-shaped part 11 does not come out of the through holes 21 and 21. Therefore, the fall accident of the speaker apparatus 7 by the said knob part 30 loosening can be prevented.
[0049]
Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, as described above, an electric wire such as a signal line connected to the speaker device 7 is wired through the hollow portion 14 in the rod-like portion 11. And this electric wire can be pulled out from the arbitrary places through the groove | channel 15 provided in the surrounding wall of the rod-shaped part 11. FIG. Therefore, even if the speaker side attachment member 2 (speaker device 7) is attached to any position of the rod-like portion 11, the portion where the electric wire is exposed to the outside can be suppressed as much as possible. Therefore, it can prevent that the beauty | look of the whole fixture of this Embodiment is impaired by the said electric wire exposing outside.
[0050]
And the installation object side attachment member 1 which comprises this Embodiment is a thing of the very simple structure of couple | bonding the substantially flat fixing part 12 with the rod-shaped part 11 made from what is called a metal pipe. On the other hand, the speaker-side mounting member 2 includes a main body portion 22, a fixed portion 26, 26 and a pressing portion 31, which are so-called sheet metal products, a male screw 29 with a knob portion 30, and two screws 32, 32. This structure is also very simple. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, there is also an effect that the fixture having the great effects as described above can be realized extremely simply and inexpensively.
[0051]
FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the fixture of the present embodiment is attached to the wall surface 20. In addition, the figure is a figure at the time of attaching the installation object side attachment member 1 to the wall surface 20 in the state which put the rod-shaped part 11 along the substantially vertical direction. Also in this case, as in the case of FIG. 4, the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 with respect to the rod-shaped portion 11 is changed along the length direction of the rod-shaped portion 11, for example, as indicated by an arrow 51 in FIG. 5. For example, the mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the wall surface 20 can be arbitrarily adjusted in the direction indicated by the arrow 51 as indicated by a dotted line 7b in FIG. Then, as shown by an arrow 61 in the same figure, if the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 with respect to the rod-shaped portion 11 is changed in the circumferential direction with the rod-shaped portion 11 as the central axis, The mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the wall surface 20 can be arbitrarily adjusted. Also in this case, since one end of the rod-shaped portion 11 is directed upward from the horizontal direction, it is possible to prevent the speaker device 7 from being accidentally dropped due to loosening of the knob portion 30.
[0052]
FIG. 6 is a view when the installation target side attachment member 1 is attached to the wall surface 20 in a state in which the rod-like portion 11 is substantially horizontal. Also in this case, as shown by an arrow 52 in the figure, if the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 with respect to the rod-like portion 11 is changed along the length direction of the rod-like portion 11, the wall surface in the direction shown by the arrow 52 is changed. The mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to 20 can be arbitrarily adjusted. Then, as indicated by an arrow 62 in the figure, if the fixing position of the speaker side mounting member 2 with respect to the rod-shaped portion 11 is changed in the circumferential direction with the rod-shaped portion 11 as the central axis, as indicated by the dotted line 7c in the same figure. In addition, in the direction indicated by the arrow 62, the mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the wall surface 20 can be arbitrarily adjusted.
[0053]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7A, instead of the fixing portion 12 constituting the installation target side mounting member 1, an mounting member 2a having the same structure as the speaker side mounting member 2 is used. You may comprise so that the said rod-shaped part 11 may be clamped in the state which inserted the rod-shaped part 11 in the through-holes 21a and 21a provided in this attachment member 2a. If it does in this way, as shown by the arrow 70 in the figure (a), the clamping position of the rod-shaped part 11 by the attachment member 2a, in other words, fixation of the rod-shaped part 11 with respect to the ceiling 10 etc. via this attachment member 2a The position can be arbitrarily changed in the length direction of the rod-like portion 11. Further, the rod-like portion 11 can be arbitrarily rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow 80 in FIG. 5B with the line passing through the centers of the through holes 21a and 21a as the central axis. Accordingly, the mounting angle of the speaker device 7 with respect to the installation target location such as the ceiling 10 can be arbitrarily adjusted in the direction indicated by the arrow 80 as indicated by dotted lines 7b and 7b in FIG.
[0054]
In addition, when using the attachment member 2a as described above, it is desirable to provide, for example, a disk-shaped stopper 16 having a diameter larger than that of each of the through holes 21a and 21a on the other end side of the rod-like portion 11. If the stopper 16 is provided in this way, even if the clamping state of the rod-shaped portion 11 by the mounting member 2a is eased for some reason, the rod-shaped portion 11 does not pass through the through holes 21a, 21a. 7 fall accidents can be prevented. The stopper 16 only needs to have a structure incapable of being inserted through the through holes 21a and 21a, and is not limited to the disk-shaped structure.
[0055]
Moreover, when using the said attachment member 2a, as shown in FIG. 8, as the rod-shaped part 11, you may use what was curved as a whole. If it does in this way, the attachment angle of the speaker apparatus 7 with respect to the ceiling 10 grade | etc., Can be adjusted also by changing the clamping position by the said attachment member 2a of the said rod-shaped part 11 along the length direction of the rod-shaped part 11. FIG. Therefore, the angle adjustment can be realized in more detail.
[0056]
Furthermore, a plurality of speaker side mounting members 2 including the speaker device 7 can be coupled to the rod-shaped portion 11. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the other end side of the rod-like portion 11 is made to have the same structure as that of the one end side, thereby making it more possible to make one rod-like portion 11 (installation target side mounting member 1). Many speaker devices 7, 7 can also be attached.
[0057]
In the present embodiment, the case where the speaker device is an attachment target has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can also be applied when various devices other than a speaker device such as a monitoring camera device and a projector are mounted on a ceiling or the like.
[0058]
Moreover, in FIG. 1, the speaker side attachment member 2 may be attached to the installation target side such as a ceiling, and the installation target side attachment member 1 may be attached to the speaker device side. In this case, when the speaker side mounting member 2 is mounted on the ceiling or the like, and the rod-like portion 11 of the installation target side mounting member 1 is inserted into each of the through holes 21 and 21 of the speaker side mounting member 2, the installation target side mounting is performed. Obviously, from the structure of the member 1, it can be expected that one end side of the rod-shaped portion 11 faces the lower side than the horizontal direction. Therefore, even if the holding state of the rod-shaped portion 11 by the knob portion 30 is alleviated for some reason, the rod-shaped portion 11 does not come out of the through holes 21 and 21, and an accidental fall of the speaker device can be prevented.
[0059]
And the shape of the rod-shaped part 11 is not restricted to a fishhook shape. For example, a plurality of curved portions or a more complicated curved portion may be provided along the length direction of the rod-shaped portion 11. Further, by sandwiching the rod-shaped portion 11 between the serrated portions 31a, 31a of the pressing portion 31 constituting the speaker-side mounting member 2 and the inner peripheral edges of the through holes 21, 21, the speaker-side mounting member 2 is shaped like a rod. Although it couple | bonded with the part 11, you may couple | bond both these by methods other than this. Then, instead of the saw-toothed portions 31a and 31a of the pressing portion 31, the coupling may be ensured by providing a buffering material such as rubber in this portion.
[0060]
Furthermore, it replaces with each through-holes 21 and 21 of the said speaker side attachment member 2, and it may comprise so that the said rod-shaped part 11 may be clamped in the state which provided the annular part and inserted the rod-shaped part 11 in this annular part. Good. Further, the rod-like portion 11 is not limited to a pipe-like shape, and may be, for example, a square-rod-like shape. In other words, the structure described in this embodiment is merely an example of the present invention, and the present invention is structured by a structure different from that of this embodiment as long as the same operations and effects as those of this embodiment are achieved. It may be realized.
[0061]
In the present embodiment, the through holes 21 and 21 formed in the speaker side mounting member 2 correspond to the first through holes described in the claims. And in each of these through-holes 21 and 21, the structure which clamps the rod-shaped part 11 between the serrated parts 31a and 31a of the said press part 31 respond | corresponds to the coupling means as described in a claim.
[0062]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the structure in which the rod-like portion 11 is sandwiched by the attachment member 2a similar to the speaker-side attachment member 2 corresponds to the support means described in the claims. And the through-holes 21a and 21a drilled in this attachment member 2a respond | correspond to the 2nd through-hole as described in a claim.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the installation target side mounting member attached to the ceiling side and the equipment side mounting member attached to the equipment side such as the speaker device are independent from each other. Accordingly, for example, the device can be mounted on the device-side mounting member in a low place such as on the floor, so that the speaker device or the like can be mounted in a so-called high place near the ceiling (specifically, a screwing operation of a speaker mounting screw). Compared with the above-described prior art that must be performed, there is an effect that the mounting operation of the apparatus such as the speaker device can be performed very easily. Moreover, since it can also comprise so that the attachment angle of an apparatus can be adjusted in various directions, it can respond | correspond more flexibly than the said prior art in the use etc. in which a free adjustment is required about the attachment angle of the said apparatus.
