Description

【0001】

[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-16913 (2nd page, Fig. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the narrow joint width W1 shown in FIG. 18 (a), the joint material 51 is attached in a just right state, but the same joint material 51 is connected to the joint groove having the wide joint width W2 (> W1) shown in FIG. 18 (b). When attached to 54, the tip of the fin portion 52 located on the outermost side comes into contact with the inner wall 54a at a low position. For this reason, a part of the inner side wall 54a of the joint groove 54 is exposed to the outside, the door is visible, the appearance is deteriorated, and the water stoppage due to the joint material 51 is adversely affected.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object thereof is to obtain a good appearance even when the same parts are used for grooves having different widths and to ensure sufficient water-stopping. It is to provide joint materials.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the invention according to claim 1, in the joint material having a core member and an elastically deformable fin portion, and being fitted in the groove portion, the joint material is provided on the bottom surface of the joint material body. Rutotomoni is formed body and detachable seat, and the seat and the joint member main body is integrally connected via the connecting portion, the pedestal, and the bar portion in the center in the width direction And a first support part located above the pillar part and supporting the joint material body, and a second support part located below the pillar part and supporting the whole joint material. None, the plurality of connecting portions are formed to be narrower than the column portion, and extend in the longitudinal direction of the joint material main body, and the pedestal, the first support portion and the second support portion support the column portion. As one side is inclined with respect to the other and the front The width of the second support section and summarized in that is larger than the width of the core material. According to this invention, when the groove width is large, the joint material is used with the pedestal attached, and when the groove width is small, the joint material is used by separating the pedestal, so that the same joint is formed in the groove portions having different widths. Even if the material is used, the joint material is attached in a state where the wall surface of the groove portion is not exposed. Therefore, even if the same parts are used for the groove portions having different widths, the appearance is not deteriorated and sufficient water stoppage can be ensured.
[0007]
Further, since the width of the second support portion is made larger than the width of the core material, the second support portion can easily come into contact with the inner surface of the groove portion when the joint material is fitted into the groove portion, and the second support portion can be brought into contact with the second support portion. Is pushed back in a direction away from the inner surface of the groove. Therefore, the joint material is hardly attached in an inclined state, and is attached in an almost standing state, so that the sealing force due to the fin portion is less likely to vary, and high water stoppage can be secured.
[0008]
Moreover, since the said base and the said joint material main body are integrally connected via the narrow connection part , a base can be easily separated from a joint material main body.
[0009]
Further , since the plurality of connecting portions are formed and extend in the longitudinal direction of the joint material body , the joint material can be easily manufactured by extrusion molding, and the joint material can be manufactured at low cost.
[0010]
Further, the joint material main body can be tilted with respect to the pedestal using the column portion as a fulcrum. For example, even if the bottom surface of the groove portion is tilted, the mounting posture of the joint material is maintained in a suitable state by the tilting action.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 2 is summarized in that, in the invention according to claim 1 , at least a part of the column part is formed thin. According to this invention, in addition to the action of the invention according to claim 1 , since the height of the joint material can be changed by cutting the pedestal at this thin portion, it is possible to flexibly cope with the width of the groove. Become.
[0012]
The gist of the invention described in claim 3 is that, in the invention described in claim 1 or 2 , the pedestal is formed with a fin portion that can be elastically deformed and contact the inner surface of the groove portion. According to this invention, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1 or 2 , since the fin portion is also formed on the pedestal, the portion to be sealed is increased, and the water stoppage is improved.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 4 is the gist of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , wherein the pedestal is formed in a hollow shape. According to this invention, in addition to the action of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , the pedestal itself can be greatly deformed in the vertical direction or the like. It is possible to flexibly adjust the position and posture of the joint material.
The invention according to claim 5 is the gist of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the second support portion has a flat bottom surface.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a joint material inserted into a joint (joint) between outer wall panels for a house will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a jointed joint material (hereinafter simply referred to as joint material) 1 is made of an elastomer such as EPDM rubber, and has a continuous shape in the longitudinal direction and a cross section. It has a symmetrical shape. This joint material 1 is cut into an appropriate length and used for construction. In addition, the left-right direction of this example shall mean the up-down and left-right in FIG. In the joint material 1, a joint material main body 2 and a pedestal 3 positioned on the bottom surface of the joint material main body 2 are integrally formed.
[0016]
The joint material main body 2 includes a core member 4 that is positioned at the center and formed to have a predetermined thickness, and fins 5 to 7 that protrude from the core member 4 in the left-right direction and are lined up in the vertical direction. . Between the upper fin portion 5 and the intermediate fin portion 6, bent portions 8 having a square cross section are formed on both sides of the core material 4. In addition, a design layer 9 is formed on the upper surface of the upper fin portion 5 by two-color simultaneous molding. In this example, the design layer 9 and other portions have different colors.
[0017]
The pedestal 3 is formed in a substantially E-shaped cross section, and has a column portion 10 extending in the vertical direction at the center thereof. A first support portion 11 that supports the joint material body 2 is formed at the upper portion of the column portion 10, and a second support portion 12 that supports the entire joint material 1 is formed at the lower portion of the column portion 10. The width L1 of the second support portion 12 is set to be larger than the width L2 of the core material 4.
[0018]
Between the joint material main body 2 and the pedestal 3, a plurality (three in this example) of connecting portions 13 that partially protrude from the upper surface of the pedestal 3 are formed in order to connect them together. Each connecting portion 13 is set to have a width smaller than that of the core material 4 and the column portion 10, and extends along the entire longitudinal direction of the joint material 1. Further, the joint material main body 2 and the pedestal 3 can be separated by a relatively small force at the connecting portion 13.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the joint material 1 is used by being inserted into a joint groove (groove portion) 15 formed between outer wall panels (building boards) 14 and 14 for a house, and the water-stopping property of the joint portion is used. And the design of the opening part of the joint groove 15 is maintained. In the mounting state in which the pedestal 3 is in contact with the bottom surface 16 of the joint groove 15, the fin portions 5 to 7 are curved and are in elastic contact with the inner side wall (inner surface) 17 of the joint groove 15, and water-stopping is ensured. Become.
[0020]
Now, as shown in FIG. 6, when the joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 15a having the relatively wide joint width W2, the base 3 is left attached. At this time, the fin portions 5 to 7 are curved and elastically contact the inner wall 17 in the curved state. However, in this attached state, the tip of the upper fin portion 5 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the outer wall panel 14. Since the inner wall 17 of the ditches 15 is hardly exposed, it is in an attached state with high water-stopping and good appearance.
[0021]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the joint material 1 may be inserted in a state of being inclined with respect to the joint groove 15 (state indicated by a solid line in FIG. 7) at the time of attachment. Is set to be larger than the width L2 of the core material, the second support portion 12 is in a curved state with the tip of one side (left side in the figure) contacting the inner wall 17. At this time, a force that tends to be straight acts on the tip of the second support portion 12, and the joint material 1 moves in the direction of the arrow in FIG. A state indicated by a chain line). Therefore, the joint material 1 does not need to be attached to the joint groove 15 while being tilted, and it is difficult for the seal portion by the fin portions 5 to 7 to be biased, and a high water-stopping property is ensured.
[0022]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when the joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 15 b having a relatively narrow joint width W <b> 1, the base 3 is separated from the joint material body 2 at the connection portion 13. And in the fitting state of the joint material 1 with respect to the joint groove 15b, since the fin parts 5-7 are largely curved, the height dimension of the joint material main body 2 becomes large. For this reason, the tip of the upper fin portion 5 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the outer wall panel 14, and water-stopping and appearance are ensured even with a narrow joint width W1.
[0023]
Therefore, in this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) A structure in which a base 3 is provided on the joint material 1, and when the joint width is wide, the base 3 is fitted into the joint groove 15 and when the joint width is narrow, the base 3 is separated from the joint material body 2 and used. did. Therefore, even if the same joint material 1 is commonly used for joint grooves 15a and 15b having different joint widths, the inner wall 17 of the joint grooves 15a and 15b is hardly exposed in the attached state, and water is not exposed to the joint grooves 15a. , 15b becomes difficult to enter and water stoppage can be secured. In this attached state, the tip of the upper fin portion 5 and the upper surface of the outer wall panel 14 are substantially flush with each other, so that the appearance is good.
[0024]
(2) Since the width L1 of the second support portion 12 is set to be larger than the width L2 of the core material, even if the joint material 1 is inserted into the joint groove 15 in a tilted state, the second support portion 12 is curved and the joint groove 15 The joint material 1 is almost standing in the joint groove 15 by the deformation action of the second support portion 12 contacting the inner wall 17 returning to the original straight state. Therefore, the joint material 1 does not need to be attached to the joint groove 15 while being tilted, and it is difficult for the seal portion by the fin portions 5 to 7 to be biased, and a high water-stopping property can be secured.
[0025]
(3) Since the connection part 13 which is a connection part of the joint material main body 2 and the pedestal 3 is formed narrower than other parts so as to be easily separated, the pedestal 3 can be easily separated. .
[0026]
(4) Since the connection part 13 is the structure extended along the longitudinal direction whole region of the joint material 1, it can manufacture easily by extrusion molding and can reduce manufacturing cost.
[0027]
(5) Since the pedestal 3 is formed in a substantially E-shaped cross section, each of the support portions 11 and 12 can be inclined with respect to the other with the column portion 10 as a fulcrum. Therefore, even if the bottom surface 16 of the joint groove 15 is inclined as shown in FIG. 9, the lower second support portion 12 is inclined in accordance with the inclination, and the joint material body 2 is formed of the joint groove 15. A suitable posture is maintained with respect to the inner wall 17. For this reason, it becomes difficult to produce variation in the sealing force by the fin parts 5-7, and a high water-stopping property can be ensured. Even if the bottom surface 16 is inclined, the tip of the fin portion 5 can be positioned substantially the same as the outer surface of the outer wall panel 14, so that a good appearance can be maintained.
[0028]
In addition, embodiment is not limited to the above, For example, you may change to the following aspect shown in FIGS. Here, since the basic structure of the aspect shown below is the same as the said embodiment, only a different part is demonstrated. Moreover, although each example of FIGS. 10-16 showed only the side view, suppose that another surface appears with the form similar to the said embodiment.
[0029]
-As shown in FIG. 10, you may make thickness of the pillar part 10 of the base 3 thinner than the said embodiment. In this case, the pedestal 3 can be easily cut by the column part 10, whereby the pedestal 3 can be divided into two. Therefore, the overall height of the joint material 1 can be adjusted more flexibly, and it is possible to cope with joint grooves having many joint widths.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 11, the pedestal 3 may be a solid cross-sectional trapezoidal shape. In this case, since the joint material 1 is difficult to tilt in the left-right direction, for example, when the bottom surface 16 of the joint groove 15 is horizontal and it is desired to stand the joint material 1 straight along it, the joint material 1 shown in FIG. Good.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 12, the fin portion 21 may be formed by further protruding the tip of the support portion 12 on the lower side of the base 3. In this case, when the number of fin parts increases as the joint material 1 as a whole, the part to be sealed is increased and the water-stopping property is further improved.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 13, notches 22 may be formed on both sides of the column part 10 of the pedestal 3 to make a part of the column part 10 thin. In this case, the pedestal 3 can be easily cut by the notch 22, and a large number of joint widths can be handled with one component. Further, the number of connecting portions 13 is not limited to three, but may be two as shown in the figure, or may be one or four or more.
[0033]
-As shown in FIG. 14, the upper fin part 5 of the joint material main body 2 is good also as a substantially flat plate shape. Further, the bent portion 8 that connects the upper fin portion 5 and the intermediate fin portion 6 may be omitted.
[0034]
-As shown in FIG. 15, you may make the base 3 hollow and may form the space part 23 inside. In this case, since the pedestal 3 can be easily deformed in the vertical and horizontal directions, the height and inclination angle in the vertical direction can be easily changed by the deformation action of the pedestal 3 even when the joint material 1 remains attached. To do. Therefore, it becomes possible to cope with the change in joint width and the inclination of the joint groove 15 by this change, and versatility increases.
[0035]
-As shown in FIG. 16, you may provide the fin part 24 in the both right and left sides of the 1st support part 11. As shown in FIG. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which provides the fin part 25 in the 2nd support part 12 with the 1st support part 11, and both the 1st support part 11 and the 2nd support part 12 have a fin part.
[0036]
-You may combine the characteristic structure of the joint material 1 of embodiment and FIGS. For example, you may combine the structure (refer FIG. 10) which made the pillar part 10 thin, and the structure (refer FIG. 12) which provides the fin part 21 in the base 3. FIG. Similarly, the configuration shown in FIG. 12 may be combined with the configuration in which the space portion 23 is provided in the base 3 (see FIG. 15).
[0037]
The design layer 9 of the joint material 1 may have a shape having a textured surface on the surface 9a as shown in FIG.
-The material of the joint material is not limited to rubber, and synthetic resin or metal may be used.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, by separating and using the pedestal according to the groove width of the groove portion of the attachment destination, it is possible to maintain a good design property for the groove portions having different widths and to provide sufficient stoppage. Can secure water.
