【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air-conditioning seat device for an automobile or the like that eliminates the feeling of sweating caused by blowing dehumidified air from a hot skin in the summer and warms the skin in the winter to always maintain a comfortable seating environment. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of air-conditioning seat device, there has been one as described in JP-T-9-505497. FIG. 13 shows a conventional air-conditioning seat device described in the publication.
[0003]
In FIG. 13, the air-conditioning seat device is connected to an

[0006]
The waste heat air flow cooled by the waste
[0007]
In this way, the passenger's back and buttocks are cooled or heated to air-condition the seat.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional configuration, when a car is parked in the summer, the seat temperature rises to about 60 ° C. due to solar radiation. Therefore, when driving, the Peltier
[0009]
Further, when the system is operated in winter, the Peltier
[0010]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and even when driving in the summer when the temperature of the seat cover is increased by solar radiation, the dehumidified air is blown out to the area in contact with the human body on the seat surface. To provide an air-conditioning seating device that can comfortably sit by eliminating the feeling of sweating, etc. over time, and can comfortably sit in the winter by heating the surface area of the seat cover that touches the human body. It is in.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the air-conditioning seat device of the present invention includes a blower, and a dehumidifying means using an action of dehumidifying the air blown by the blower with an adsorbent,Heating means for regenerating the adsorbent whose dehumidifying performance has fallen below a predetermined value, and dehumidified airA ventilation path provided between the introduction of the pad portion of the seat and the exit of the pad portion; and the dehumidifying means branching out of the blower in parallel and merging with the ventilation path; Air path switching means for switching the air discharged from the blower so as to pass either the dehumidifying means or the air path for the air blowing operation, and an ejection hole for covering the pad portion and ejecting the dehumidified air from the ventilation path are provided. TheAnd a regenerating step in which the adsorbent is regenerated by operating the heating unit, the air path switching unit diverts a part of the air from the blower to the dehumidifying unit, and the rest is an air path for the air blowing operation To passIs.
[0012]
Thus, during operation, when the air path switching means switches so that the air emitted from the blower passes through the dehumidifying means, the blown air is dehumidified by the dehumidifying means, enters the pad portion through the ventilation path, and branches. It passes through the ventilation path and erupts from the spout hole of the epidermis.
[0013]
Since an occupant is seated on the seat, dehumidified air blows from the occupant's back to the buttocks and further to the lower limbs.
[0014]
In addition, when the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifying means is reduced during the dehumidifying operation, or when the dehumidifying means is not ready to be dehumidified, the air path switching means blows air without flowing into the dehumidifying means. Switch to pass the driving airway.
[0015]
Therefore, when there is sweat immediately after the start of operation, it evaporates and dries, removes the heat of vaporization from the skin surface, feels the cooling feeling, eliminates the sweaty feeling, and when the dehumidifying air is no longer needed, the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifying means It is possible to drive to lower and switch to only blowing.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a dehumidifying means using an air blower and an action of dehumidifying the air blown by the air blower with an adsorbent,Heating means for regenerating the adsorbent whose dehumidifying performance has fallen below a predetermined value, and dehumidified airA ventilation path provided between the introduction of the pad portion of the seat and the exit of the pad portion; and the dehumidifying means branching out of the blower in parallel and merging with the ventilation path; Air path switching means for switching the air discharged from the blower so as to pass either the dehumidifying means or the air path for the air blowing operation, and an ejection hole for covering the pad portion and ejecting the dehumidified air from the ventilation path are provided. TheAnd a regenerating step in which the adsorbent is regenerated by operating the heating unit, the air path switching unit diverts a part of the air from the blower to the dehumidifying unit, and the rest is an air path for the air blowing operation To passIs.
[0017]
In this way, during operation, when the air path switching means switches so that the air emitted from the blower passes through the dehumidification means, the blown air is dehumidified by the dehumidification means, enters the pad portion through the ventilation path, It passes through the branched air passage and erupts from the spout hole in the epidermis.
[0018]
Since an occupant is seated on the seat, dehumidified air blows from the occupant's back to the buttocks and further to the lower limbs. In addition, when the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifying means is reduced during the dehumidifying operation, or when the dehumidifying means is not ready to be dehumidified, the air path switching means blows air without flowing into the dehumidifying means. Switch to pass the driving airway.
[0019]
Therefore, when there is sweat immediately after the start of operation, it evaporates and dries, removes the heat of vaporization from the skin surface, feels the cooling feeling, eliminates the sweaty feeling, and when the dehumidifying air is no longer needed, the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifying means It is possible to drive to lower and switch to only blowing.
[0020]
When the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifying means is reduced to a predetermined value or less, the air discharged from the blower blows out from the skin through the air passage for air blowing operation.
[0021]
Therefore, when there is sweat immediately after the start of operation, the sweat can be evaporated and dried with a dehumidifying performance equal to or higher than a predetermined value, thereby eliminating the sweaty feeling.
[0022]
Further, in the regeneration process of the dehumidifying means, the adsorbent is heated by the regeneration heater, but the air that has been shunted by the diversion means becomes warm air, and the entire area of the adsorbent is efficiently heated. By appropriately selecting the amount of heat of the regeneration heater and the amount of air to be shunted, the temperature of the air to be blown becomes the temperature at which the adsorbent releases moisture and moisture.
[0023]
In the regeneration process, the adsorbent is heated by the heat of the regeneration heater and the adsorbed moisture is released. However, the heat of the regeneration heater is conveyed to every corner of the adsorbent by the diverted wind. As compared with the case where there is no wind, the reproduction efficiency is improved.
[0024]
After the regeneration process of the dehumidifying means is completed, the shunting air flow to the dehumidifying means is stopped for the time until the temperature of the dehumidifying means having increased in temperature decreases to a predetermined value, and the air discharged from the blower passes through the air passage for the blowing operation. It is desirable to continue the state, and preferably, during the time period until the dehumidifying means drops to a predetermined value and the dehumidifying operation is performed again, the air flow system including the dehumidifying means is used as an airtight atmosphere, and moisture moisture is reduced. Prevent intrusion.
