【従来の技術】
従来技術の一例として、図１０に示すようなベルト付きの手帳・本類カバーが知られている。カバー１０１が二つ折りの閉じた状態で、係止用ベルト１０２がベルト止め部（図示せず）から外され、ベルト１０２が外方に延びた状態が示されている。図示しないが、二つ折りしたカバー１０１の内側には手帳または小型の本などがセッテイングされている。カバー１０１の表側はカバー表部１０３とカバー折り返し部１０４よりなり、カバー表部１０３の端部１０５に前記係止用ベルト１０２が縫製により固着取り付けされている。尚、カバー表部１０３の二つ折りの向こう側端部にはベルト止め部が配設されている（図示しない）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術にあっては、ベルト付きの手帳・本類カバーを二つ折りの状態より開いて把持し、手帳に記載を行なおうとする時、または本類を見ようとする時、係止用ベルトが外方に延びた状態になっているため、把持の邪魔になり、使用時、取り扱いに不便であるという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
カバー部材を二つ折りにし、閉じた際にその状態を係止するためのベルトと、ベルト止め部を有するベルト付き手帳・本類カバーにおいて、前記ベルトの基端部は、止着部材を軸として回動可能に、前記カバー部材に取り付けられ、また、前記カバー部材には、カバー部を開いているときに、係止用ベルトの終端部を収納する袋部を設け、更に、カバー部材を二つ折りにし、二つ折りした状態を保つ係止用ベルトを係止するためのベルト止め部を備えた収納式ベルト付き手帳・本類カバーを提案するものである。

【実施例】
図１乃至図５に第１例を示し説明する。図１および図２において、内側に手帳Ａまたは小型の本Ｂなどをセッテイングしたカバー１は、二つ折りされ、係止用ベルト２により閉じた状態に係止されている。カバー１の表面側は皮革、合成皮革、布などよりなるカバー表部３とカバー折り返し部４より構成され、カバー表部３とカバー折り返し部４にはカバー１の内作り部品（図示せず）とともに接着・縫製処理が施されている。前記係止用ベルト２はベルト終端部２ａが前記カバー表部３の端部５に接着あるいは縫製などの方法で取り付けられたベルト止め部６に挿し込まれている。図３は前記係止用ベルト２をベルト止め部６より抜いて係止を解いた状態を示すもので、ベルト終端部２ａがカバー１の外方に向かって延びた状態になっている。

図４は、図３のカバー１の二つ折り向こう側面を示すものである。前述の係止用ベルト２は、前記カバー表部３の端部５ａに打着したリベット部材７を軸にし、カバー表部３に沿って回動せしめることができるよう、基端部２ａがリベット天板部７ａとの間に僅かの間隙を保った状態で前記リベット部材７に止着されている。
また、前記カバー折り返し部４は、その周縁がカバー表部３に縫合されているが、縫合ラインＬを一部方向変えして形成した袋部８を有している。この袋部８は前記係止用ベルト２の方向に開口端８ａを有している。尚、袋部８の開口幅は、係止用ベルト２の厚みを考慮して、ベルト終端部２ａよりもやや幅広に形成されている。

次に作用について説明する。
図４の状態より、リベット部材７に止着された係止用ベルト２を、リベット部材７を軸にし、カバー表部３の表面に沿って時計回り（または反時計回り）に回動せしめる。次いでカバー折り返し部４に形成した前記袋部８へ開口端８ａよりベルト終端部２ａを挿入し、収納せしめる（図５参照）。

図６乃至図９に変形例を示し説明する。前記例と同じ部分については説明を省略する。図６はカバー１を開展した状態の表側を示している。カバー表部３の図中右端部に設けられたベルト止め部６と同じ形態の第２のベルト止め部９がカバー表部３の左側に形成され、その第２のベルト止め部９の左方に係止用ベルト２が回動可能に止着されている。また、カバー１の左方内側にはサイドカバー１０が設けられている。このサイドカバー１０は本例に限らず前述の第１例にも同様に付設されてよい。
図７および図８は開展したカバー１の内側を示している。図中左方にポケット部１１が、また、右方に帯部１２が設けられ、このポケット部１１と帯部１２に手帳Ａまたは小型の本Ｂなどの表紙を差し込んで固定するようになっている。図８に示すように前記サイドカバー１０は、左方に折り返すことができるよう、薄手の皮革や布などの柔軟な材料で形成されている。

次に作用について説明する。図６の状態より、リベット部材７に止着された係止用ベルト２を、リベット部材７を軸にし、カバー表部３の表面に沿って時計回り（または反時計回り）に回動せしめる。次いでカバー表部３に形成した前記第２のベルト止め部９へ係止用ベルト２を挿入し、収納せしめる（図９参照）。
尚、前記サイドカバー１０は、カバー部材１を二つ折りし閉じる際に、内側にセッテイングされた手帳Ａまたは本Ｂなどの外方側端を覆えば中身を汚れなどから保護することができるし、また、特に、本Ｂなどの場合には、側端より所要ページにサイドカバー１０を折り込んでおけば読みかけのしおりとすることができる
本例によれば、カバー折り返し部４に袋部を形成する必要がなく、縫製を簡略化することができる。

前述の第１例および変形例においては、基端部２ｂがカバー表部３に止着された係止用ベルト２を、カバー１の外方よりカバー折り返し部４の方へ回動せしめ、カバー折り返し部４に形成した袋部８またはカバー表部３に設けた第２のベルト止め部９に係止用ベルトを収納するものについて説明したが、係止用ベルト２の基端部はカバー１の内側に回動自在に止着することもできる。この場合は、前述の袋部８または第２のベルト止め部９をカバー１の内側に形成してもよい。
尚、係止用ベルト２がカバー折り返し部４の方向へ回動せしめられてカバー１の外方に係止用ベルト２が突出していない状態になれば、必ずしも係止用ベルト２を前記袋部８または第２のベルト止め部９に収納しなくとも、目的の一端は達成されるものである。
また、前述の例においては、リベット部材７を軸にし、係止用ベルト２がカバー表部３の表面に沿って回動して収納せしめられるものを説明したが、係止用ベルト２がリベット部材などによって固定取り付けされている場合であっても、係止用ベルト２を袋部８または第２のベルト止め部９の方向へ向けて反転（裏返し）せしめて挿入し、係止収納することもできる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、カバー部材を二つ折りし閉じた際にその状態を係止するためのベルトとベルト止め部を有するベルト付きの手帳・本類カバーにおいて、前記ベルトの基端部が止着部を軸として回動可能に前記カバー部材に取り付けられてなり、あるいは、カバー部材を二つ折りし閉じた際にその状態を係止するためのベルトとベルト止め部を有するベルト付きの手帳・本類カバーにおいて、前記ベルトの基端部は止着部材を軸として回動可能に前記カバー部材に取り付けられ、また、前記カバー部材は、前記ベルトの他端部を収納するベルト収納部を設けてなるので、手帳・本類カバーを二つ折りの状態より開いて把持し、手帳に記載を行なおうとする時、または本類を見ようとする時、係止用ベルトが把持の邪魔になることもなく、また、使用時、取り扱いに不便であるという問題も生じないという効果を奏する。
