従来、折り畳んだ状態の大きさがB4サイズであって、観音開きにより左右方向に大きく広げることができ、広げた状態でB2サイズ程度の大きさを有する印刷物に関する特許は見当たらない。折り畳まれた状態の大きさがB4サイズの大きさを有するチラシ等に利用できる印刷物としては、印刷されたB2サイズの大きさの紙片を長手方向に2つ折りし更に長手方向に2つ折りした、4つ折りした構成のものが一般的であるが、B2サイズの大きさの紙片を直角方向に2回折りした4つ折り構成の印刷物は、あまりにもありふれた形態であり顧客に対する訴求効果に乏しく,手に取られずして捨てられることが多く、顧客に対して訴求効果の有る形態の印刷物が望まれている。

本発明は、汎用の輪転機を使用して効率的に製造することができる顧客に対して高い訴求効果を有する印刷物であり、特に観音開きにより左右方向に大きく広げて見ることが可能な新聞折り込み用チラシとしての利用に好適な印刷物及びその製造方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
矩形状の印刷紙片を左右方向の中央部にて2つ折りし、折り曲げた印刷紙片の両端縁部間を接着し、2つ折りした印刷紙片の一方の左右方向の中央部に上下方向に切目を形成し、切目が形成された一方の紙片を内側にして上下方向に2つ折りした構成の印刷物とすることにより、観音開きにより左右方向に大きく広げて見ることができるので、顧客に対する訴求効果がきわめて大きい新聞折り込み用チラシ等として使用することができる。また、例えば、外面に昼景を印刷し内面に夜景を印刷しておくことにより左右方向に開くことにより昼夜の景色を見ることができるし、また外面に外観を印刷し内面に内部構造を印刷しておくことにより左右方向に開くことにより外観と内部構造を見ることができる効果を奏するものである。
