従来、図5の断面拡大図で示すように、洗い場床面1には、凹凸状に多数本の凹溝4が排水升2側に向かって形成されており、排水升2は、立ち面2aと、目皿載置部2bを有し、目皿載置部2b上に目皿3が載置されるように構成されており、従来においては、排水升2の外周部分に縁取り状に縁取り平面部51が形成されている。

このような従来の洗い場床面の排水構造においては、縁取り平面部51上の水が先に排水升2内に流れ込んでしまうために、凹溝4に導かれて排水升2側へ流れてくる水が、縁取り平面部51上の水と連続せず、凹溝4内の水の流れが切断されて、洗い場床面1上で水溜りを作ってしまうという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、洗い場に滞留した水を効率良く排水升まで導くことができ、残り水が少なくなる洗い場床面の排水構造を提供せんことを目的とし、その要旨は、洗い場床面全体は排水升側へ水勾配が形成されて、目皿載置部の外周に立ち面を有する排水升に向かって、排水を導く多数本の凹溝が形成されてなる洗い場床面において、前記各凹溝は、前記排水升の立ち面に連続するように形成され、前記各凹溝の下流端は、前記排水升の立ち面上端に対し、アール状または傾斜状に連続されて形成され、凹溝を流れる水が切れることなく排水升に連続して流れ込むように構成され、前記目皿載置部上に目皿が載置されていることである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、洗い場床面の平面構成図であり、洗い場床面1の浴槽(図示しない)側には、凹み状に排水升2が一体形成されており、この排水升2には目皿3が覆設され、洗い場床面1全体は排水升2側へ水勾配が形成されて、洗い場床面1には、凹凸格子状に多数本の凹溝4,4,4が前記排水升2に向かって形成されている。

排水升2は、外周側にほぼ垂直な立ち面2aを有し、その内側に、略水平状をなす目皿3載置用の目皿載置部2bが形成されており、目皿載置部2bから更に下方側に深く凹ませて、排水升2の底面側には排水口2cが開口されている。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、洗い場床面全体は排水升側へ水勾配が形成されて、目皿載置部の外周に立ち面を有する排水升に向かって、排水を導く多数本の凹溝が形成されてなる洗い場床面において、前記各凹溝は、前記排水升の立ち面に連続するように形成され、前記各凹溝の下流端は、前記排水升の立ち面上端に対し、アール状または傾斜状に連続されて形成され、凹溝を流れる水が切れることなく排水升に連続して流れ込むように構成され、前記目皿載置部上に目皿が載置されていることにより、排水升の立ち面上端に対し、凹溝の下流端をアール状または傾斜状に良好に連続形成させることができ、多数本の凹溝が排水升の立ち面に連続形成されているため、凹溝を流れる水の流れが切れることなく良好に排水升内に連続して流れ込むことができて、洗い場の滞留水を効率良く排水升まで導き排水することができ、洗い場床面上の水残りを極めて少なくできる効果がある。
