Claims (5)
- 複数の回転子磁極を内周側に備えた筒状部及び前記筒状部の一端を塞ぐ底壁部を備えたカップ状部材と、前記筒状部の外側に設けられた複数枚のブレードとからなるインペラを備えたファンモータであって、
前記カップ状部材の前記底壁部には、前記カップ状部材の内部に空気を流入させる1以上の通気孔が形成されており、
前記通気孔は入口、出口、及び前記入口と前記出口との間に形成された通路を備え、
前記入口は前記出口に対して前記インペラの回転方向の前方側に位置しており、
前記通路は前記入口と前記出口との間に横断面積が一番小さくなる部分を有しており、
前記入口の開口面積が前記出口の開口面積よりも広くなっており、
前記底壁部の内面部には、前記出口から流出した空気を前記巻線部に向けるように、周方向に間隔を開けて配置されてそれぞれ径方向に延びるリブが一体に設けられており、
前記リブの前記回転方向側の側面には、前記前方側から前記後方側に向かって傾斜する傾斜面が形成されており、
前記傾斜面の角度は、前記出口から流出した空気が前記巻線部に向くように定められていることを特徴とするファンモータ。 - 複数の突極部を有する固定子鉄心と、
前記固定子鉄心に装着された電気的絶縁材料からなるインシュレータと、
前記インシュレータを介して前記複数の突極部にそれぞれ設けられた複数の巻線部と、
前記複数の巻線部に供給する電流を制御するための制御回路が実装された回路基板と、
永久磁石からなる複数の回転子磁極を内周側に備えた筒状部及び前記筒状部の一端を塞ぐ底壁部を備えたカップ状部材及び前記筒状部の外側に設けられた複数枚のブレードからなるインペラと、
一端に前記カップ状部材の前記底壁部が固定された回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転自在に支持する1以上の軸受と、
前記底壁部側に一端を有し、前記1以上の軸受を内部に保持し且つ外周部に前記固定子鉄心が装着される軸受保持用筒部と、
前記軸受保持用筒部の他端側に位置して前記回路基板を収納する基板収納部と、
前記複数枚のブレードの外周を囲むハウジング部と、
前記基板収納部と前記ハウジング部とを連結する複数本のウエブとを備えたファンモータであって、
前記カップ状部材の前記底壁部には、前記カップ状部材の内部に空気を流入させる複数の通気孔が形成されており、
前記通気孔は入口、出口、及び前記入口と前記出口との間に形成された通路を備え、
前記入口は前記出口に対して前記インペラの回転方向の前方側に位置しており、
前記通路は前記入口と前記出口との間に横断面積が一番小さくなる部分を有しており、
前記入口の開口面積が前記出口の開口面積よりも広くなっており、
前記底壁部の内面部には、前記出口から流出した空気を前記巻線部に向けるように、周方向に間隔を開けて配置されてそれぞれ径方向に延びるリブが一体に設けられており、
前記リブの前記回転方向側の側面には、前記前方側から前記後方側に向かって傾斜する傾斜面が形成されており、
前記傾斜面の角度は、前記出口から流出した空気が前記巻線部に向くように定められていることを特徴とするファンモータ。 - 前記底壁部の内面部には、前記リブとは別に、前記カップ状部材の内部の空気を撹拌する複数の撹拌用リブが設けられている請求項1または2に記載のファンモータ。
- 前記カップ状部材の前記底壁部の前記内面部には、前記複数の出口よりも径方向内側の位置に第1の円筒部が一体に形成され、
前記インシュレータには、前記第1の円筒部の外周面または内周面との間に僅かな間隙を形成するように第2の円筒部が一体に設けられている請求項2に記載のファンモータ。 - 前記第2の円筒部の端部は、前記回転軸が軸線方向に変位したときに、前記底壁部の内面と当接して、前記回転軸の変位量を規制するストッパ部を構成している請求項4に記載のファンモータ。
