制御部202は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などの制御手段と、RAM(Random Access Memory)やROM(Read Only Memory)などの記憶手段を備え、検査装置200の各部の動作を制御する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inspection method for inspecting a vibration state of a piezoelectric actuator, an adjustment method for adjusting the vibration state of a piezoelectric actuator in accordance with the inspection result, and an inspection apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since the piezoelectric element is excellent in conversion efficiency from electric energy to mechanical energy and responsiveness, various piezoelectric actuators utilizing the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric element have been developed. As this piezoelectric actuator, one that longitudinally vibrates only in the longitudinal direction is generally known. However, in recent years, a piezoelectric actuator that vibrates by combining this longitudinal vibration and a bending vibration in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is known. Has been developed. This piezoelectric actuator performs longitudinal vibration and bending vibration when an AC voltage having a frequency that is intermediate between the natural frequency of longitudinal vibration and the natural frequency of bending vibration is applied. As described above, in order for the piezoelectric actuator to simultaneously perform the longitudinal vibration and the bending vibration, the respective natural frequencies need to be within the standard.
Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the piezoelectric actuator, it has been manufactured by measuring each of the natural frequency of the longitudinal vibration and the natural frequency of the bending vibration and judging whether each measured value is within the standard. Inspections are performed to determine whether the piezoelectric actuator vibrates normally.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is a problem that it is technically difficult to measure the natural frequency of the longitudinal vibration and the natural frequency of the bending vibration. Further, in the conventional inspection, there is a problem that even if each natural frequency of the piezoelectric actuator is within the standard, it cannot be guaranteed until the piezoelectric actuator vibrates normally when it is attached to the apparatus. .
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and a piezoelectric actuator inspection method capable of simply and accurately inspecting the vibration of the piezoelectric actuator, and a piezoelectric device that adjusts the vibration of the piezoelectric actuator according to the inspection result. An object of the present invention is to provide an actuator adjustment method and a piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first process of acquiring a vibration locus as a normal vibration locus when a piezoelectric actuator that operates as a non-defective product drives an object by vibration, and a piezoelectric actuator that is an inspection object vibrates. The second process of acquiring the vibration trajectory when driving the object by comparing the normal vibration trajectory acquired in the first process with the vibration trajectory acquired in the second process, There is provided a method for inspecting a piezoelectric actuator comprising a third step of causing the operation of the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected to malfunction when the deviation of the vibration trajectory is outside a certain range.
[0006]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first acquisition means for acquiring, as a normal vibration locus, a vibration locus when a non-defective piezoelectric actuator drives an object by vibration, and a piezoelectric object to be inspected. A second acquisition means for acquiring a vibration locus when the actuator drives the object by vibration, a normal vibration locus acquired in the first process, and a vibration locus acquired in the second process are compared. And a piezoelectric actuator inspection device comprising: output means for outputting information indicating that the operation of the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected is defective when the deviation between the vibration trajectories of the both is out of a certain range. .
[0007]
According to the piezoelectric actuator inspection method and the piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus according to the present invention, a vibration locus when a non-defective piezoelectric actuator drives an object by vibration is acquired as a normal vibration locus. In addition, a vibration trajectory when the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected drives the object by vibration is acquired. Then, the normal vibration trajectory is compared with the vibration trajectory of the piezoelectric actuator that is the inspection target, and when the deviation between the vibration trajectories is outside a certain range, the operation of the piezoelectric actuator that is the inspection target is defective. Is done.
[0008]
Therefore, according to the piezoelectric actuator inspection method and the piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus according to the present invention, it is not necessary to measure the natural frequency of each of the longitudinal vibration and the bending vibration, and the vibration locus of one end of the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected is determined. The operation can be easily inspected simply by acquiring and comparing this with a normal vibration trajectory. Further, in the piezoelectric actuator inspection method and the piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus according to the present invention, a non-contact method such as a laser Doppler vibrometer can be used to acquire the vibration trajectory, and the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected is used for inspection. There is no need to provide the electrodes, and the piezoelectric actuator already attached to the apparatus can be easily inspected.
[0009]
By the way, the natural frequency of each of the longitudinal vibration and the bending vibration of the piezoelectric actuator varies depending on the load applied to the piezoelectric actuator. That is, even when each natural frequency is within the standard when the piezoelectric actuator is manufactured, when this piezoelectric actuator drives the driving target, a repulsive force (load) from the driving target is applied to the piezoelectric actuator. Each natural frequency will fluctuate. For this reason, in the conventional method for inspecting a piezoelectric actuator, the operation when the piezoelectric actuator attached to the apparatus drives the object to be driven has not been guaranteed.
[0010]
On the other hand, according to the piezoelectric actuator inspection method and the piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus according to the present invention, the vibration trajectory when the piezoelectric actuator is driven as the drive target of the apparatus to be attached, that is, in accordance with the actual usage mode. The vibration trajectory obtained is acquired, and from this vibration trajectory, it is determined whether the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected is a non-defective product, that is, whether it is operating normally. The operation when the piezoelectric actuator is attached to the apparatus to drive the driven object is guaranteed.
[0011]
Here, in the piezoelectric actuator inspection method and the piezoelectric actuator inspection apparatus according to the present invention, the normal vibration trajectory has a width so as to include each of the vibration trajectories of the plurality of piezoelectric actuators operating as good products. When a certain vibration trajectory is not included in the normal vibration trajectory, it is desirable that the operation of the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected be defective.
[0012]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a longitudinal vibration that is a combination of a longitudinal vibration that vibrates in the longitudinal direction and a bending vibration that bends in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In a piezoelectric actuator adjustment method for adjusting the natural frequency of the bending vibration of a generated piezoelectric actuator, a first process of acquiring a vibration locus when a non-defective piezoelectric actuator drives an object by vibration as a normal vibration locus And a second process of acquiring a vibration locus when the piezoelectric actuator to be adjusted drives the object by vibration, a normal vibration locus acquired in the first process, and acquired in the second process. If the deviation between the two vibration trajectories is outside a certain range, the longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric actuator to be adjusted is compared. It provides a preparation method of a piezoelectric actuator and a fourth step of adjusting the weight balance that.
[0013]
In the fourth process, when the natural frequency of the bending vibration is increased, the weight balance bias is reduced, while when the natural frequency of the bending vibration is decreased, the weight balance bias is increased. To do. The adjustment of the weight balance deviation is preferably performed by laser trimming, and the weight balance adjustment is also preferably performed by mechanical trimming. Furthermore, it is preferable that the piezoelectric actuator to be inspected includes a member to be trimmed by an amount corresponding to the result of comparison in the process of 3.
According to this method for adjusting a piezoelectric actuator, in the third process, the piezoelectric actuator that is malfunctioning is adjusted so as to draw a normal vibration locus.
[0014]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention generates a vibration having a longitudinal direction and a combination of a longitudinal vibration that vibrates in the longitudinal direction and a bending vibration that is bent with respect to the longitudinal direction. In a piezoelectric actuator adjustment method for adjusting the natural frequency of the bending vibration of a piezoelectric actuator attached to a calendar mechanism of a portable timepiece by a support member having a longitudinal direction, the piezoelectric actuator operating as a non-defective product drives an object by vibration. A first process of acquiring a vibration trajectory as a normal vibration trajectory, a second process of acquiring a vibration trajectory when a piezoelectric actuator as an inspection target drives the object by vibration, and the first process The normal vibration trajectory acquired in step 2 is compared with the vibration trajectory acquired in the second process. When that provides a preparation method of a piezoelectric actuator and a fourth step for trimming the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the support member. As described above, when the width direction of the support member is cut, the restraining force of the piezoelectric actuator by the support member becomes weak, and the natural frequency of the bending vibration decreases. Thereby, the natural frequency of the bending vibration can be brought close to the natural frequency of the longitudinal vibration.
[0015]

As shown in FIG. 10, the vibration locus of the normally operating piezoelectric actuator A1 is an elliptical locus. In the present embodiment, the normal elliptical locus is provided with a predetermined width (indicated by hatching in the figure). This width is set so as to include a vibration locus that can be considered to drive the
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 11, the normal vibration locus data table TBL1 records the correspondence between the X coordinate and the Y coordinate of the normal vibration locus. Here, since the normal vibration locus draws an ellipse, there may be two Y coordinate ranges corresponding to one X coordinate (indicated by Xa in the figure). For example, as shown in FIG. 9, when two coordinates of the X coordinate Xa and the X coordinate Xb are defined as the X coordinate, two Y coordinate ranges of Y1a to Y1a ′ and Y2a to Y2a ′ correspond to the X coordinate Xa. To do. On the other hand, the Y coordinate corresponding to the X coordinate Xb is one Y coordinate range of Y1b to Y1b ′. In the following description, this Y coordinate range is referred to as a “normal Y coordinate range”.
The normal vibration trajectory shown in FIG. 10 is merely an example when the piezoelectric actuator A1 is incorporated in a calendar mechanism. That is, the normal vibration trajectory may be set to be different for each device in which the piezoelectric actuator A1 is incorporated.

If the natural frequency fa of the longitudinal vibration of the piezoelectric actuator A1 and the natural frequency fb of the bending vibration are close, the vibration locus of the piezoelectric actuator A1 is close to an ellipse. However, if the natural frequencies are different from each other, the vibration trajectory of the piezoelectric actuator A1 deviates from the elliptical trajectory, and the piezoelectric actuator A1 does not perform normal vibration. Therefore, when the vibration trajectory of the piezoelectric actuator A1 specified in step S2 described above is away from the elliptical trajectory, the piezoelectric actuator A1 can be obtained by bringing the natural frequency fb of the bending vibration close to the natural frequency fa of the longitudinal vibration. Can be adjusted for normal vibration.
