Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat transfer element in a rotary regenerative heat exchanger.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in this type of rotary regenerative heat exchanger, as shown in FIG. 5, a rotor R is rotatably mounted in a housing H, and a heat transfer element E as a heat storage element is loaded in the rotor R. The heat transfer element E is configured to transmit heat of the high-temperature fluid to the low-temperature fluid by alternately contacting a high-temperature fluid (exhaust gas or the like) and a low-temperature fluid (combustion air or the like). As shown in FIG. 6, the heat transfer element E is stored in a basket B in a stacked state, and is easy to handle and maintain.
[0003]
The heat transfer element E has, for example, a wave shape including an undulation (small wave) E1 and a notch (large wave) E2, as shown in FIG. In the undulation (small wave) E1, the direction of the peaks and valleys of the waveform is oriented obliquely (Au = 10 to 40 °) with respect to the fluid flow direction F so as to improve the heat transfer effect. It has become. On the other hand, the notch (large wave) E2 is oriented in the fluid flow direction F, and its peaks and valleys are larger than those of the undulation (small wave). The tops of the peaks and valleys of these notches (large waves) E2 come into contact with the tops of the undulation (small waves) peaks and valleys, and as a result, the distance between adjacent heat transfer elements E is kept constant. . The interval (pitch) between the notches (large waves) E2 is set to be several times (about 4 times in the illustrated example) larger than that of the undulations (small waves). The wave shape composed of the undulation (small wave) E1 and the notch (large wave) E2 disturbs the flow of the fluid and improves the heat exchange efficiency. The heat transfer elements E are stacked so that the directions of undulation (small waves) E1 between adjacent heat transfer elements E intersect each other. That is, the lower heat transfer element E shown in FIG. 7 is in a state where the upper heat transfer element E is turned over.
[0004]
By the way, conventionally, when manufacturing the wave-shaped heat transfer element E composed of the undulation (small wave) E1 and the notch (large wave) E2, the shapes and forming angles of the undulation E1 and the notch E2 are different. As shown in FIG. 8A, first, the undulation (small wave) E1 is formed by the first crimping roll (thin plate forming roll) K1, and then, as shown in FIG. The notching (large wave) E2 is formed by the second crimping roll K2, and the forming process is divided into two stages.
[0005]
As described above, since the heat transfer element is configured to form the notch E2 after the undulation E1, the undulation E1 must be crushed and then re-molded when the notch E2 is formed. . In particular, when the drawing depth is deep, the notch E2 is inclined so that an accurate profile cannot be formed. In addition, such two-stage forming takes time, and the front and rear crimping operations are performed. There are problems such as requiring a mechanism for tuning and adjustment.
[0006]
Further, since the shapes of the undulation E1 and the notch E2 are different and the shrinkage rate after the formation is also different, the peripheral speeds of the rolls K1 and K2 are also different, and thus the rotational speeds must be synchronized with each other. . As the tuning mechanism, first, the forming plate is supplied to the undulation roll at a certain speed (for example, 10 m / min) to form the undulation E1, and then the notch roll is supplied with about 1 / of the initial plate speed. Sent in 1.15. Furthermore, since the plate coming out from the notch roll is further reduced in speed to be about 1 / 1.3 of the initial plate speed, each roll can adjust the rotation speed of both rolls to the plate speed with a tuning mechanism, It was necessary to adjust the plate speed by a mechanism that adjusts the planetary movement by bending the plate between both rolls.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described conventional problems. The object of the present invention is to accurately eliminate undulations and notches (large waves) without crushing the undulation (small wave) forming portion as much as possible. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a heat transfer element in a rotary regenerative heat exchanger that can be formed into a profile and can reduce clipping time with a simple equipment that does not require a roll synchronization mechanism. .
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the method for manufacturing a heat transfer element of the present invention, a rotor is rotated in a housing, and the heat transfer element housed in the rotor is heated by a high-temperature fluid such as exhaust gas to store heat, and heat is stored in the heat transfer element. In a rotary regenerative heat exchanger that heats a low-temperature fluid such as combustion air by heat, a cleansing formed on the surface with an undulation wave shape and a notch wave shape formed on the heat transfer element A method of manufacturing a heat transfer element in which a steel sheet is continuously drawn by a ping roll, and a groove is cut in parallel to the rotational axis direction of the surface of the crimping roll with the undulation corrugation. insert wave notch is embedded, and characterized in that in the circumferential direction of both ends of the insert wave for the notch, stopper wave is formed That. Further, the undulation corrugation is formed with a torsion angle of 10 to 40 degrees with respect to the rotation axis direction of the crimping roll.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Stopper wave types S for crushing and stopping undulation (small waves) are formed at both ends in the circumferential direction of the notch (large wave) insert waveform 1b. Accordingly, each molding can be performed at once (with a pair of crimping rolls) without being affected by two types of shapes having different molding shapes, and the heat transfer efficiency is not affected. The top portions of the pair of upper and lower stopper corrugations S are formed so as to come into contact with each other in order to adjust the meshing, and are formed so as not to perform undulation.
[0012]
In this state, when the steel plate P to be processed is supplied, an undulation (small wave) E1 is formed between the undulation wavelets 1a and 1a of the upper and

[0014]
At both ends in the circumferential direction of the notch (large wave) insert wave pattern 2b, stopper wave patterns S for crushing and stopping the undulation (small wave) are formed. The tops of the pair of upper and lower stopper corrugations S are formed so as to be shifted from each other in order to adjust the meshing, and are formed so that the undulation is not performed with the side surfaces in contact with each other.
[0015]
FIG. 4A shows a DNF (double undulation notched and flat) type heat transfer element E ′. By forming a plane E3 on a part of the undulation (small wave) E1, FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (B), when this is laminated, the top of the notch (large wave) E2 comes into contact with the plane E3. When the DNF type heat transfer element E ′ of this embodiment is molded, a crimping roll (not shown) in which a part of the undulation (small wave) wave form is a flat surface is used.
