【0001】
【0033】
FPGFF=燃料量×1/燃料密度×1/燃料噴射弁サイズ×1/60 ……(4)
【0037】
tFG←(1−FAFAV)/(PGR・a) ……(5)
FGPG←FGPG+tFG ……(6)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel injection amount control device for an internal combustion engine that controls fuel injection amount in consideration of introduction of fuel and air from a canister into an intake system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an internal combustion engine equipped with a fuel injection device, by correcting the basic fuel injection amount determined based on the engine speed and the engine load with an air-fuel ratio correction coefficient calculated based on an actual air-fuel ratio value, The air-fuel ratio is controlled to a predetermined target range. However, an automobile is equipped with a canister that adsorbs and holds the evaporated fuel (vapor) from the fuel tank. If the fuel injection amount is determined without considering the fuel and air taken into the intake system from the canister, the air-fuel ratio is May fall outside the target range.
[0003]
Therefore, various control devices for correcting the fuel injection amount in consideration of the introduction of fuel and air from the canister have been proposed. A typical example is that when purging (meaning a process of introducing fuel and air from the canister to the intake system) is executed, the air-fuel ratio changes to the rich side, and the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient changes to eliminate it. Attention is focused on a fuel injection amount control device that estimates the purge gas concentration in the intake air based on the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient and reduces the fuel injection amount in accordance with the estimation result (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-19631). Gazette, JP-A-8-121264). However, correction of the fuel injection amount corresponding to the change in the air-fuel ratio is feedback control, and basically it is impossible to avoid fluctuations in the air-fuel ratio due to purge, and the air-fuel ratio becomes unstable due to a delay in response of the control system. There is also a risk.
[0004]
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-248312, the relationship between the amount of fuel adsorbed by the canister and the purge gas concentration is obtained in advance and stored as a map, and the initial amount of fuel adsorbed is calculated using the change in the air-fuel ratio at the start of purge. After that, the fuel desorption amount is calculated every predetermined calculation cycle, the fuel adsorption amount of the canister is gradually decreased from the initial adsorption amount by the desorption amount, and the purge gas concentration corresponding to the adsorption amount in each calculation cycle is calculated in the map. There has been proposed a fuel injection amount control device that determines the amount of fuel introduced by purging from the specified purge gas concentration and reduces the fuel injection amount by that amount. Since this fuel injection amount control apparatus performs feedforward control of the correction amount of the fuel injection amount in consideration of the influence of purge, it is possible to suppress the disturbance of the air-fuel ratio.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the purge gas concentration is specified based on the canister desorption characteristics examined in advance, the evaporated fuel introduced into the intake system from the fuel tank without being adsorbed by the canister adsorbent is not considered. There is a possibility that the error of concentration expands and the accuracy of air-fuel ratio control deteriorates instead.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection amount control device capable of appropriately controlling the correction amount of the fuel injection amount corresponding to the purge in consideration of the influence of the evaporated fuel from the fuel tank. To do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a fuel injection amount control device that calculates a basic fuel injection amount in accordance with a predetermined condition and corrects the basic fuel injection amount in accordance with a purge correction amount that takes into account the influence of purge from the canister, and is connected to the internal combustion engine. A first correction unit that specifies an air flow rate and a fuel flow rate corresponding to a purge flow rate from the canister according to the desorption characteristics of the canister, and feedforward controls the purge correction amount based on the specification result; Based on a change in the exhaust air-fuel ratio, a second correction unit that feedback-controls the purge correction amount; and on the basis of a fuel tank pressure, when the pressure is higher than a predetermined allowable range, the first correction unit Execution of feedforward control is prohibited, and when the pressure is within the allowable range, feed by the first correction means is performed. And execution control means for executing the Owado control, by providing, for solving the above problems (claim 1).
[0008]
According to the present invention, when the fuel tank pressure is low, the purge correction amount is feedforward controlled. Therefore, the correction is not started after the influence of the purge appears in the air-fuel ratio, but the purge is set to the air-fuel ratio. The purge correction amount is increased or decreased in anticipation of the effect. For this reason, disturbance of the air-fuel ratio is suppressed. Even if an error due to feedforward control occurs and the air-fuel ratio shifts, the shift can be resolved by the Fordback correction of the purge correction amount. In this case, the feedback control of the purge correction amount only needs to be performed so as to eliminate the disturbance of the air-fuel ratio caused by the error of the feedforward control. Therefore, compared with the case where the purge correction amount is controlled only by the Ford back control. The amount of control by feedback is small, and therefore, there is no possibility that adverse effects such as a response delay in feedback control will become apparent. On the other hand, when the pressure in the fuel tank is high, the purge correction amount is not feed-forward controlled, so that an increase in error due to the influence of vapor from the fuel tank can be prevented and air-fuel ratio disturbance can be prevented.
[0009]
In the present invention, the first correction means refers to the storage means for storing data that associates the integrated value of the purge gas flow rate from the start of purge with the purge gas concentration supplied from the canister, and the data stored in the storage means is referred to Then, it may comprise a purge gas concentration corresponding to the integrated value, and an air flow rate calculation means and a fuel flow rate calculation means for separately calculating the air flow rate and the fuel flow rate from the specified purge gas concentration. 2). In this case, by acquiring the integrated value of the purge gas flow rate, the purge gas concentration can be specified according to the data in the storage means, and the air flow rate and the fuel flow rate can be specified from the purge gas concentration. The purge gas flow rate can be specified based on, for example, the opening degree (duty ratio) of a purge control valve provided in the flow path for introducing the purge gas from the canister to the intake system.
[0010]
An air-fuel ratio feedback correction amount calculating means for calculating a correction amount of the basic fuel injection amount necessary for maintaining the air-fuel ratio at a predetermined target value based on a change in the exhaust air-fuel ratio; An initial vapor concentration specifying means for specifying an initial value of the vapor concentration in the purge gas discharged from the canister at the start of the purge using a change in the air-fuel ratio feedback correction amount when the purge of the gas is started. The means stores a plurality of types of data for associating the integrated value with the purge gas concentration in association with the initial value of the vapor concentration at the start of the purge. The first correction means is specified by the initial vapor concentration specifying means. Based on the initial value of the vapor concentration, the storage means stores data to be used for specifying the purge gas concentration corresponding to the integrated value. Select from the data to be 憶 may also identify the purge gas concentration corresponding to the integrated value based on the selected data (claim 3). In this case, since the purge gas concentration can be specified using appropriate data according to the initial value of the vapor concentration, the air flow rate and the air flow rate and the canister desorption characteristics differ depending on the initial value of the vapor concentration. The fuel flow rate can be specified accurately.
[0011]
In the fuel injection amount control apparatus of the present invention, the basic fuel injection amount may be calculated by adding the air flow rate specified by the first correction means to the intake air amount. In this case, since not only the amount of fuel introduced into the intake system by the purge but also the amount of air is reflected in the control of the air-fuel ratio, the air-fuel ratio can be controlled more accurately.
[0012]
Further, when the pressure of the fuel tank is higher than the allowable range, the basic fuel injection amount may be calculated without considering the air flow rate specified by the first correction means (Claim 5). In this way, when the fuel tank pressure is high and the reliability of the air flow rate determined from the desorption characteristics of the canister is reduced, this is not considered in the calculation of the basic fuel injection amount. It is possible to prevent the error itself from expanding.

Here, the size of the purge control valve is expressed by how many liters of gas can pass per second, and its unit is liter / second. It is a dimensionless number given by any value from 0 to 1.0, and the flow rate correction coefficient is also a dimensionless number. Therefore, the instantaneous flow rate is given as a flow rate (liter) per unit second.

[0026]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5A, the desorption characteristic map experimentally shows the relationship between the accumulated purge amount (unit: liters) and the desorption amount of evaporated fuel from the canister 11 (unit: g) in advance. This is obtained by conducting an approximate differential transformation on a function (curve in FIG. 5A) for converting the integrated purge amount into the desorption amount. The purge gas concentration on the vertical axis in FIG. 5 (b) is a dimensionless number (liter / liter). That is, the desorption characteristic value is a dimensionless purge gas concentration obtained from the integrated purge amount.
[0027]
The desorption characteristic value varies depending on the initial value (initial vapor concentration) of the vapor concentration contained in the purge gas at the start of the purge. Therefore, in the desorption characteristic map, a diagram showing the relationship between the integrated purge amount and the purge gas concentration is prepared for each initial vapor concentration. As is clear from FIG. 3, the initial vapor concentration is provided from the

Expression (4) is to obtain a correction coefficient FPGFF necessary for reducing the fuel injection time by an amount corresponding to the FF correction amount as the FF correction amount.

FIG. 6 shows the relationship among the purge rate PGR, the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF, the vapor concentration FGPG per unit purge rate, and the FB correction amount FPGFB. The FB correction amount FPGFB is obtained by multiplying FGPG by the purge rate PGR. The vapor concentration FGPG per unit purge rate is calculated based on the following equation every time the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF is skipped by the predetermined amount S shown in FIG.
[0037]
[Formula 6]
tFG ← (1-FAFAV) / (PGR · a) (5)
FGPG ← FGPG + tFG (6)
Here, tFG indicates the update amount of FGPG performed every time FAF is skipped, and FAFAV indicates the average value of the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF (= (FAFL + FAFR) / 2). The constant a is set to 2, for example.
[0038]
When the purge is started, the air-fuel ratio becomes rich, and the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF decreases to correct this to the target value. When it is determined from the output signal of the air-
[0039]
When the time t1 is reached, the air-fuel ratio is maintained at the target value, and then the vapor concentration FGPG per unit purge rate is set to return the average value FAFAV of the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient to 1.0 so that the air-fuel ratio does not deviate from the target value. Is gradually updated every time the predetermined amount S of the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF is skipped. At this time, the renewal amount tFG per FGPG is half of the deviation amount of the average value FAFAV of the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient with respect to 1.0. Therefore, the renewal amount tFG is tFG = (1-FAFAV) as described above. / (PGR · 2).
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the FGPG updating action is repeated several times, the average value FAFAV of the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient returns to 1.0, and thereafter the vapor concentration FGPG per unit purge rate becomes constant. The constant vapor concentration FGPG accurately represents the vapor concentration per unit purge rate, and therefore the learning of the vapor concentration is completed when the vapor concentration FGPG becomes constant.
[0041]
As described above, the vapor concentration is simply a value obtained by multiplying the vapor concentration FGPG per purge rate by the purge rate PGR. Accordingly, the FB correction amount FPGFB (= FGPG × PGR) corresponding to the actual vapor concentration gradually increases as the purge rate PGR increases. Even after learning of the vapor concentration after the start of the purge is completed, if the vapor concentration changes, the air-fuel ratio correction coefficient FAF deviates from 1.0. Also at this time, the vapor concentration per unit purge rate is updated using the update amount tPG (= (1−FAFAV) / (PGR · a)), and the FB correction amount is updated based on the updated value.
