[I]
【0011】
[III]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the combine, since the auger is relatively long and heavy, in the structure of
[0006]
The present invention is a combine auger structure in which the lower part of the auger is swingably supported on the lower part of the glen tank, and the upper part of the auger can be bent with respect to the lower part of the auger in the middle part of the auger The structure of the swing drive to the storage and use state of the upper part of the auger by the actuator, and the swing drive to the storage and use state of the auger (upper and lower part) by the actuator are simply configured. It is aimed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[I]
According to the feature of claim 1, in the auger for discharging the grain of the grain tank, the lower part of the auger extends over the storage state standing along the grain tank and the use state coming out of the machine body. The upper part of the auger can be bent with respect to the lower part of the auger at the middle part of the auger, and the upper part of the auger can be placed on the upper part of the aircraft. The storage state along the upper portion of the auger can be switched to a use state that is linear with respect to the lower portion of the auger. An actuator that can be extended and contracted is connected across the upper part of the auger and the fixed part on the machine body, and the upper part of the auger is driven to swing in the retracted and used state by the expansion and contraction drive of the actuator. Yes. Connecting machine that can connect upper and lower parts of auger in use Structure The auger is configured to be swingably driven by the actuator while the upper part and the lower part of the auger are connected to the use state by the coupling mechanism. .
[0008]
Thus, according to the feature of the first aspect, in the retracted state of the upper part of the auger, the upper part of the auger can be driven to swing to the use state by the actuator. Next, when the upper part of the auger is in use, the connection mechanism is in the connected state (the upper part of the auger is connected to the lower part of the auger, and the upper and lower parts of the auger are connected. State), when the upper part of the auger is driven to swing by the actuator described above, the lower part of the auger is also driven to swing together, and the auger (upper and lower parts) is stored and used by the actuator described above. Is driven to swing. On the contrary, if the upper part of the auger is in use and the coupling mechanism is released, the upper part of the auger can be driven to swing into the retracted state by the actuator described above with the lower part of the auger remaining. .
As described above, according to the features of claim 1, the common actuator is used to drive the swinging of the upper part of the auger into the storage and use state, and the swinging of the auger (upper and lower part) into the storage and use state. Dynamic driving can be performed.
[0009]
[0010]
[II]
According to the feature of
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the operation unit that is operated artificially by operating the connection mechanism in the connected and released states is provided in the driving unit or in the vicinity of the driving unit.
Thus, according to the feature of
[0011]
[III]
According to the feature of claim 3, as in the case of
According to the feature of claim 3, since the lower part of the auger is provided with a fixing mechanism that can be fixed in the retracted state, when the upper part of the auger is driven to swing in the retracted state by the actuator, the lower part of the auger is By fixing by the fixing mechanism in the retracted state, the upper and lower portions of the auger can be stably maintained in the retracted state.
[0012]
In the retracted state of the lower part of the auger and the used state of the upper part of the auger, in order to swing the auger (upper and lower parts) into the retracted and used state by the actuator, The upper part of the auger cannot be bent with respect to the lower part), and the fixing mechanism needs to be operated in a released state (the lower part of the auger can swing).
On the contrary, in the retracted state of the lower part of the auger and the used state of the upper part of the auger, the coupling mechanism is released (lower side of the auger) in order to swing the upper part of the auger into the stored and used state by the actuator. The upper part of the auger can be bent with respect to the part), and the fixing mechanism needs to be operated in a fixed state (the lower part of the auger is fixed in the retracted state).
[0013]
According to the feature of claim 3, when the coupling mechanism is operated in the connected state in the retracted state of the lower part of the auger, the fixing mechanism is operated in the released state in conjunction with this, and when the connecting mechanism is operated in the released state, In conjunction with this, the fixing mechanism and the coupling mechanism are linked so that the fixing mechanism is operated in a fixed state.
This Request According to the feature of claim 3, when the connecting mechanism is operated to the connected state in the retracted state of the lower part of the auger, the fixing mechanism is automatically operated to the released state, and automatically when the connecting mechanism is operated to the released state. Since the fixing mechanism is operated in the fixed state, it is not necessary for the operator to operate the fixing mechanism in the connected and released states separately from the operation of the connecting mechanism in the connected and released states.

【The invention's effect】
According to the feature of claim 1, in the combine auger structure, the lower part of the auger is supported swingably at the lower part of the glen tank, and the upper part of the auger is bent with respect to the lower part of the auger in the middle part of the auger. When freely configured, the common actuator can be used to drive the upper part of the auger to swing and swing to the use state, and to drive the auger (upper and lower parts) to swing and move to the use state. Thus, it is no longer necessary to provide two sets of actuators, and the structure can be simplified and the production cost can be reduced.
[0050]
[0051]
According to the feature of
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the operation mechanism is operated in a connected state and a released state, and the operation mechanism that is artificially operated is provided near the driving unit or the driving unit, so that the connecting mechanism is connected and released. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for the operator to leave the driving section, and the operability can be improved.
[0052]
According to the feature of claim 3, the “effect of the invention” of
According to the feature of claim 3, when the upper part of the auger is driven to swing in the retracted state by the actuator, the lower part of the auger is fixed by the fixing mechanism in the retracted state, and the upper and lower parts of the auger are retracted. Therefore, the auger is less likely to shake when the combine is moved.
[0053]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the retracted state of the lower part of the auger, when the connecting mechanism is operated to the connected state, the fixing mechanism is automatically operated to the released state, and when the connecting mechanism is operated to the released state, it is automatically fixed.
