Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for assembling segments that are assembled in combination with each other when lining a tunnel, and a segment used therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the shield construction method uses a cutter device provided at the front of a shield excavator having an outer cylindrical skin plate to excavate a natural ground, and the tubular body is formed with a predetermined thickness and a predetermined angle in the skin plate. This is a method of assembling a segment in the ground, and further building a tunnel in the ground by taking a reaction force at the front end of this segment and extending the propulsion jack inside the shield excavator.
[0003]
Conventionally, in such a shield method or the like, when assembling the segments in the excavated mine, an alignment pin is used for the purpose of surely aligning the segments.

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and assembling segments that can ensure the same workability as conventional handling operations and can easily align the segments. It is an object to provide a method and a segment used therefor.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
In the method for assembling a segment according to
The alignment pin is stored in the storage portion provided on the end surface of the one segment,
When assembling the one segment with respect to the other segment, the alignment pin is pulled out from the storage portion while being held by the storage portion, and is left in a state of protruding from the end surface of the one segment,
While extruding one segment toward the other segment in that state, by fitting the alignment pin protruding from the one segment into the recess provided in the other segment, After aligning the one segment with the other segment,
The one segment is further pushed out toward the other segment, both end surfaces are brought into contact with each other, and the alignment pin is pushed back into the storage portion, and in this state, the end surfaces of the one and the other segments are brought together. It is characterized by joining.
[0007]
Due to the above configuration, in this segment assembling method, it is possible to store the alignment pin in the storage section when handling the segment, and only when alignment is required. It is possible to increase the protruding length of the pin.
[0008]
The segment according to
On the end face of the segment, a centering pin that is fitted with a recess provided on the end face of the other segment and aligns the segments is arranged.
The centering pin is configured such that one end thereof is housed in a housing portion provided on the end surface of the segment and the other end is disposed so as to protrude from the end surface of the segment and is held in the housing portion. It is possible to pull out from the storage section in the
The centering pin has a tapered portion with at least the other end formed in a tapered shape, and at least a central portion in the length direction is provided continuously to the tapered portion, and the length of the aligning pin is It is the same diameter part which has the same cross section in the direction, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0009]
Since the segment is configured as described above, the alignment pin can be pulled out from the segment at the time of alignment, and the protruding length from the segment end surface can be increased. Furthermore, it is possible to store the alignment pin in the storage portion during the segment handling operation.
In addition, the alignment pin has a tapered shape suitable for alignment by being fitted with a recess provided on the end face of another segment, and having the same diameter portion. Even if the core pin is pulled out from the storage part to some extent, the same diameter part of the alignment pin is held by the storage part.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the segment assembling method according to the first aspect, the alignment pin is stored in the storage portion, and when the segment is assembled, the alignment pin is pulled out. In addition to performing alignment, when the end face of one segment is joined to the end face of the other segment, the alignment pin is also retracted again into the storage portion. As a result, the alignment pin does not interfere with the operation when handling the segment, and the segment alignment operation can be easily performed using the extracted alignment pin. However, it takes a shorter time than the conventional method, contributing to shortening the process and reducing the cost.
[0025]
In the segment according to
Therefore, when assembling the segments, it is possible to align the segments with the alignment pins pulled out, and adjust the position of the segment to be assembled while maintaining a certain distance between the segments. As a result, the position of the segment to be installed can be visually confirmed and adjusted by an operator or the like, so that the alignment operation can be facilitated. Furthermore, if the alignment pin is stored in the storage portion during the handling of the segment, it is possible to avoid the alignment pin pulled out during the handling operation of the segment from becoming an obstacle.
[0026]
In addition, at least one end of the alignment pin is a tapered portion, and a central portion in the length direction is provided with the same diameter portion continuously from the tapered portion. As a result, at least one end of the alignment pin can be used for the alignment of the segments to have a suitable shape. On the other hand, even if the alignment pin is pulled out from the storage portion to some extent, the storage portion can hold the same diameter portion, and the alignment pin can be pulled out and pushed into the storage portion.
Therefore, the segment of the invention according to
