Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a nesting prevention apparatus that is arranged in a building such as a high-voltage power transmission line tower or a radio tower for electric power transportation and prevents birds from nesting in the building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, houses are densely populated in urban areas, and there are few examples of nesting birds, such as crows, nesting on high-voltage transmission line towers that are structures for supporting electric power transmission wires. There is no major problem if you only nest on a high-voltage power transmission line tower, but as mentioned above, there are fewer trees in urban areas and there is a lack of suitable nest materials. There are many crows to make. Since metal hangers and the like are electrically conductive, these nests come into contact with power lines and cause electrical failures such as correlated short circuits or ground faults. There are many cases where crows spread over 1 m when their wings are spread out, and when the wings are spread when flying from the nest, they may come into contact with the power line and cause the above-mentioned electrical failure. In addition, even when a young bird with immature flying power bred in the breeding season stands, it may contact the power line and cause a similar electrical failure.
[0003]
In order to solve the above-described problems, various countermeasures have been proposed.
For example, devices for driving away by auditory stimulation are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Hei 5-2111836 and Hei 9-107865. However, in the case of sound, even if it flies away and escapes, it will fly again when the sound is stopped. In order to enhance the expulsion effect, it is necessary to emit sound constantly, and in areas where houses are close, noise pollution occurs. In addition, in order to emit sound only when a bird flies, a sensor is required to detect the flight of the bird, making the device complex and expensive, and in an environment where sensitive sensors are exposed to wind and rain. Not suitable for long-term use.
[0004]
Further, measures for installing a fence, a wire, a needle and the like for preventing the entry of a bird are disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2525082, Japanese Patent No. 2794399, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-316457, and the like. However, these countermeasures are not effective unless countermeasures are installed over the entire path of bird invasion, which requires enormous costs and impairs workability during maintenance inspection.
[0005]
Further, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2676495, Japanese Patent No. 2520089 have been proposed in which a nesting guidance tool such as a cage that is easy to nest is installed in a safe place where an electrical accident does not occur, No. gazette and the like. However, even if the nesting guidance device is installed in a safe place where an electrical accident is unlikely to occur, the bird does not necessarily nest there, and the effect is small.
[0006]
In addition, measures have been proposed to prevent birds from nesting by setting up models of bird enemies or raptors and driving them away. (For example, see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2.)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, measures to install bird enemy models or bird of prey models not only affect the banishment effect depending on the location and method of installation of the model, but also the time of the bird against the immovable model. It gets used to the progress and the expulsion effect decreases.
[0009]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said fact, and tries to prevent a nesting effectively using a bird's behavior. For example, crows can be cited as representatives of birds that interfere with power transportation. These crows usually act in groups and return to places near water parks and trees, such as parks, forests, and shrines called roosts at night, spending on trees and not nesting. The action range of this flock is active around a roost, with a radius of about 10 km as the daily action area. In this way, it is a crow that does not nest during the non-breeding season, but during the breeding season that comes from around February to around July, it is within the range of movement of the group, but it nests away from the roost and lays eggs. There is a habit of raising a child from standing to nest. The mating crows in the breeding season have a stronger territory consciousness than their peers, and may attack birds and beasts that contain crows of a group of fellows that approach a radius of about 50m around the nest. . For this reason, crows have the habit of avoiding nesting around the nests that already live. The behavior range and territory range vary depending on the habitat and the type of crow.
[0010]
The technical subject of this invention is providing the nesting prevention apparatus which can prevent the nesting of birds, such as the crows with strong territory consciousness mentioned above, effectively.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in order to solve the above technical problem, it is a device that is arranged in a building and prevents nesting of birds,
A nest model formed in the shape of a bird's nest by a frame and a nest material disposed on the frame, and a mating period arranged in the nest model and attached to the frame A bird nesting prevention apparatus characterized by comprising a bird model with territory awareness is provided.
[0012]
It is desirable that the bird model having a territory consciousness during the breeding season is mounted on the frame of the nest model via elastic support means.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a nesting prevention apparatus constructed according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows a side view of one embodiment of a nesting prevention apparatus constructed in accordance with the present invention.
The illustrated embodiment is a nesting prevention device 2 for a crow, which is composed of a nest model 3 formed in a bird's nest shape, and a bird model 4 disposed in the nest model 3. Yes. The nest model 3 includes a frame body 31 (see FIG. 2) and a nest material 32 disposed on and outside the frame material 31. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the frame 31 is formed in a dish shape from synthetic resin, and a plurality of holes 311 for inserting the nest material 32 are provided on the peripheral wall. In addition, a mounting portion 312 for mounting the bird model 4 is formed at the center of the frame 31 so as to protrude upward. A fitting hole 313 having a predetermined depth for fitting a coil spring, which will be described later, for fitting the bird model 4 is provided at the upper end portion of the mounting portion 312. As shown in FIG. 1, nest materials 32 such as dead branches and dead grass are disposed on and outside the frame body 31, and are secured to the frame body 31 by fastening means such as a soot (not shown). The nest model 3 configured in this manner has the same size as an actual crow's nest, and has a diameter of about 40 to 60 cm and a height of about 15 to 30 cm.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bird model 4 arranged in the nest model 3 includes a trunk body 411, a head 412, a rod 413, and a tail 414, and a trunk body 41. The wings 42 and 43 are provided on both sides of the main body 41. It is more effective to provide the head 412 with a pattern 415 that impresses the eyes. In the illustrated embodiment, the trunk body 41 and the wings 42 and 43 are formed in a size similar to an actual crow by a synthetic resin, and are colored crow. The trunk main body 41 and the wings 42 and 43 are connected by inserting a core material 44 such as a wire forming the wings 42 and 43 into the trunk main body 41 on the head side. The ends of the core material 44 such as a wire forming the wings 42 and 43 are provided so as to protrude from the tips on the tail side of the wings 42 and 43, and a bush 45 is stretched between the two protruding portions. 45 is inserted through a support ring 46 provided on the tail portion 414 to support the center portion, whereby the tail portions of the wings 42 and 43 are supported.
[0016]
The upper end of the coil spring 5 as an elastic support means is attached to the lower surface of the center part of the trunk | drum 411 which comprises the bird model 4 comprised as mentioned above with a suitable adhering means. By fitting the lower end portion of the coil spring 5 attached to the trunk portion 411 into the fitting hole 313 of the mounting portion 312 formed in the center portion of the frame body 31, the bird model 4 is interposed via the coil spring 5. Mounted on the frame 31. Thus, by attaching the bird model 4 to the frame 31 via the coil spring 5, it is possible to obtain a state in which the bird model 4 is swaying due to wind or vibration.
[0017]
The nesting prevention apparatus 2 configured as described above is installed, for example, at a predetermined position of a high-voltage transmission line tower. As a result, a predetermined position of the high voltage transmission line towers in a state where crows are nesting, the territory of the artificial is formed, a strong crow territory awareness is surrounded nesting prevention device 2 in the state that nest There is no nesting. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a crow or a crow flying to the high-voltage power transmission line tower to nest and an accident in which the crow contacts the power line. In this way, the nesting prevention device 2 shown in the figure uses a crow's habit of territory awareness so as not to get close to its surroundings. Play. In addition, it is desirable to install the nesting prevention device 2 only during the breeding season in order to continue the nesting prevention effect. In other words, the combination of crows and nests is unnatural when it is not the breeding season in view of the ecosystem in nature, and it is necessary to remove it outside the breeding season in order to continue the nesting prevention effect.
[0018]
Although the present invention has been described based on the illustrated embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the nesting prevention device for crows has been described, but it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to other nesting prevention devices for territory consciousness. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, an example in which the frame constituting the nest model is formed of a synthetic resin has been shown, but the frame is formed in a dish shape by combining elongated and curved wires radially. Or a shallow bowl-shaped one may be used.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
