【0001】

<結果>

In the case of a slave container formed by vacuum forming a plastic sheet, after bending the flange extension provided on the container body and forming a notch in the part corresponding to the locking part, it bends from a predetermined line and tilts the paper container The locking portion is formed by bending the tip. In the bending, for example, a heating projection (heat ruled line) is pressed against the bent portion to be softened by heating, bent by a jig or hand, and cooled as it is, thereby forming the locking portion.
The cover material of the sub-container is tightly sealed and printed on at least the flange portion at the periphery of the source storage portion of the container main body. Furthermore, it may be a cover material having a size covering the entire flange extension portion of the container body, and in this case, the cover material corresponding to the cutout portion of the container body has no bottom material, and therefore the inner surface of the cover material. Is exposed on the lower surface.
[0016]
When the slave container thus obtained is locked to the plate-like portion of the top seal portion of the paper container, the inner surface of the lid corresponding to the notch of the flange portion of the container body faces the surface of the paper container. By pressing and heating from both sides of the locking portion of the sub container, the facing portions of the lid member and the paper container are bonded, and as a result, the sub container is fixed to the paper container.
[0017]
As described above, when the container main body is molded by the injection molding method, the bent portion can be a molding die that becomes a final shape in the design of the molding die in advance.

Secondary container body:
Sheet material: PE / AD / HIPS / AD / B *) / AD / HIPS
{Abbreviation HIPS: High impact polystyrene, B: Barrier layer, AD: Adhesive layer, Number after abbreviation represents thickness μm}
*) : In this example, a saponified ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer was laminated to a thickness of 15 μm as a barrier layer. The total thickness of the sheet is 400 μm.
Secondary container lid:
PET12 / AD / EVOH20 / AD / PE20
{Abbreviation PET: Polyester film, EVOH: Ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer saponified film, the number after the abbreviation represents thickness μm}
Source storage as shown in FIG. 2 (a) is performed by the same method as in the above example, that is, by vacuum forming, using a sheet having a thickness of 450 μm having the above-described material structure formed by coextrusion. A molded product was obtained in which a

By using easy-peelable adhesion between the main container and the sub-container, the sub-container can be easily separated from the plate-shaped part of the main container after using the cup composite container with sauce of the present invention, and discarded. Separation by material when it becomes an object is possible.
<Result>
In the cup composite container with sauce obtained in this example, the main container and the sub-container are fixed, so that they can be dipped in a state of being fixed to the plate-like portion of the main container without being separated until use. As in the prior art, the sub-container does not fall down and becomes an easy-to-use container.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
By using the cup composite container with sauce of the present invention as a type of food packaging that dip and eat the sauce, the main food packaging container and the source container can be combined without using a packaging material for consolidating. The two containers could be immobilized without requiring a special process for the above.
Furthermore, since the sauce container is fixed to the main food packaging container, the user can use the sauce stably when dipping the sauce.
