【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a biodegradable cloth used as an agricultural material for tunnel cultivation or an agricultural house, and a biodegradable sheet used as an agricultural material for tunnel cultivation or an agricultural house , Specifically, the biodegradable aliphatic polyester was obtained by a biodegradable flat yarn having improved cutting resistance by forming a tape-like body in which a plurality of stripes extending uniaxially and extending in the longitudinal direction were formed. The present invention relates to a biodegradable cloth used as an agricultural material for tunnel cultivation or an agricultural house, and a biodegradable sheet used as an agricultural material for tunnel cultivation or an agricultural house .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, plastic films have been widely used as agricultural fields such as tunnel cultivation, agricultural houses, outdoor facilities such as awnings and sunshades, and protective covers for industrial equipment. However, general-purpose plastics such as polyethylene and vinyl chloride are chemically stable and are not decomposed by microorganisms, so when scattered by wind or the like, they will remain forever without being corroded. It has been requested.
[0003]
In recent years, biodegradable plastics have been used as a method for dealing with this problem. Since biodegradable plastics are decomposed by microorganisms in the soil and disappear, environmental problems can be reduced.
[0004]
However, polylactic acid films and the like that are widely used as biodegradable plastic films have poor slipping properties, and the films meander or wrinkle during melt-extrusion with an extruder and winding with a winder. There is a problem that winding becomes difficult and it is difficult to increase productivity. For this reason, it has been practiced to knead a lubricant into a polymer (Patent Document 1), but at the present time, it has not yet achieved a sufficiently satisfactory effect.
[0005]
Moreover, the method of extending | stretching and using biodegradable plastics, such as polylactic acid, is proposed (
[0006]
Therefore, a technique of using a biodegradable plastic as a cloth-like body by forming a uniaxially stretched flat yarn and weaving it is expected. However, even in a biodegradable plastic stretched uniaxially, it has poor toughness compared to polyethylene and the like, and is easily scratched. There is. For this reason, there has been a demand for the development of a flat yarn in which the scratches do not run laterally.
[0007]
In addition, a new problem of contraction occurs when the film is exposed to a high temperature due to stretching, and a problem that thermal bonding is difficult occurs. However, when used as a woven fabric by weaving, when the woven fabric has a gap between yarns, misalignment occurs during use, and it is necessary to bond the yarns to prevent this. In addition, when manufacturing a cross-bonded fabric (SOF) in which yarns constituting a cloth-like body are arranged in parallel in one direction and other yarns are arranged in parallel in the direction intersecting the yarns, the yarns are joined. It is essential to connect them. In this case, thermal welding is the easiest bonding method, and productivity can be improved. Therefore, in order to use biodegradable plastic as a uniaxially stretched flat yarn forming a woven fabric, thermal welding is essential. It becomes.
[0008]
Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a uniaxially stretched flat yarn of biodegradable plastic that is excellent in slipping and cutting resistance, has high productivity, and can be thermally welded without shrinking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1 (A), the biodegradable
[0016]
In the present invention, the flat yarn means a flat ribbon-like long object, and a flat yarn in which a plurality of vertical stripes are formed on a ribbon-like body is used.
[0017]
In the present invention, the biodegradable aliphatic polyester used in the flat yarn may be a microbial product or a chemically synthesized product, and is obtained by condensing an aliphatic diol and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. Aliphatic polyesters, hydroxy fatty acids, or aliphatic polyesters obtained by polymerizing cyclic lactones are used.
[0018]
Examples of the aliphatic diol include ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol. Examples of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid include succinic acid, adipic acid, suberic acid, and sebacic acid. can do.
[0019]
Examples of the hydroxy fatty acid or cyclic monomer starting from a hydroxy fatty acid or cyclic lactones include glycolic acid, hydroxybutylcarboxylic acid glycolide, lactic acid, ε-caprolactone, lactide, butyrolactone, and the like. These compounds can be subjected to ring-opening polymerization after being formed into a ring, or can be directly polymerized without being formed into a ring.
[0020]
The aliphatic polyester biosynthesized in the fungus body is mainly poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (poly 3HB). In order to improve practical properties as a plastic, a valeric acid unit (HV) is copolymerized, Advantageously, it is a copolymer of poly (3HB-3HV). The HV copolymerization ratio is generally 0 to 95%. Further, a long-chain hydroxyalkanoate may be copolymerized.
[0021]
For the purpose of increasing the molecular weight, a small amount of chain extender such as a diisocyanate compound, an epoxy compound, an acid anhydride, etc. can be used. Also modified with a carbonate compound and terephthalic acid are copolymerized and modified. You can also use quality ones.
[0022]
The polylactic acid will be described in more detail. Examples of polylactic acid include poly-L-lactic acid having a structural unit of L-lactic acid, poly-D-lactic acid having a structural unit of D-lactic acid, and L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid. There is poly DL-lactic acid which is a copolymer of
[0023]
As the polymerization method, any known method such as a condensation polymerization method or a ring-opening polymerization method can be employed. For example, in the condensation polymerization method, polylactic acid having an arbitrary composition can be obtained by directly dehydrating condensation polymerization of L-lactic acid, D-lactic acid or a mixture thereof.

In the ring-opening polymerization method, polylactic acid can be obtained by ring-opening polymerization of lactide, which is a cyclic dimer of lactic acid. Lactide includes L-lactide, which is a dimer of L-lactic acid, D-lactide, which is a dimer of D-lactic acid, and DL-lactide composed of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid. Polylactic acid having an arbitrary composition, crystallinity, and melting point can be obtained by mixing and polymerizing.
[0025]
A preferable range of the weight average molecular weight of the polymer is 60,000 to 1,000,000. When the range is below this range, practical physical properties are not expressed, and when it exceeds the range, the melt viscosity is too high and the molding processability is poor.
[0026]
These aliphatic polyesters can be used alone or in admixture of two or more.
[0027]
When the laminate is used in the present invention, the aliphatic polyester used as the

[0029]
Moreover, even if it is the same kind of biodegradable aliphatic polyester, it can be performed by adjusting the mixing ratio of the monomers used, for example, using poly DL-lactic acid composed of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid. In the case where the D-lactic acid content is 10% by weight or less, the lower the D-lactic acid content, the higher the melting point polymer is obtained. -The lower the lactic acid content, the higher the melting point polymer. Therefore, the melting point difference can be set to 20 ° C. or more by adjusting the mixing ratio of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid.
[0030]
Furthermore, it is also possible to control by controlling the degree of polymerization of the biodegradable aliphatic polyester and adjusting the addition amount of modifiers such as isocyanate and terephthalic acid.
[0031]
These biodegradable aliphatic polyesters desirably contain a biodegradable aliphatic polyester having a glass transition point of −5 ° C. or lower in order to impart flexibility. As the biodegradable aliphatic polyester having a glass transition point of −5 ° C. or lower, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate adipate, polycaprolactone and the like can be used. The content of the biodegradable aliphatic polyester having a glass transition point of −5 ° C. or less is desirably 50% by weight or less, generally 0.5 to 50% by weight, preferably about 5 to 45% by weight.
[0032]
An inorganic filler can be added to the biodegradable aliphatic polyester for the purpose of adjusting light transmittance or for improving the texture, and is a desirable mode.
[0033]
As the inorganic filler, generally, an inorganic filler made of fine powder is used. Examples of the fine powder inorganic filler include talc, carbon black, graphite, titanium dioxide, silica, mica, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, barium sulfate, oxysulfate, tin oxide, alumina, Examples include kaolin, silicon carbide, metal powder, and glass powder.
[0034]
These fillers are preferably surface-treated. The coupling agent used for the surface treatment is used to improve the adhesion between the filler and the biodegradable aliphatic polyester, and so-called silane coupling agents, titanium coupling agents, etc. Any one of known ones can be selected and used. Among them, γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N-β- (aminoethyl) -γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, β- (3,4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane Amino silane, epoxy silane, and isopropyl tri (N-amidoethyl, aminoethyl) titanate are preferable.

[0036]
Biodegradable aliphatic polyester is a method of directly forming a sheet by feeding a predetermined raw material into an extruder, or a method of once forming a sheet by extruding into a strand shape and then forming a sheet again with an extruder Can be taken. In order to make the biodegradable aliphatic polyester uniform, the latter is preferred.
[0037]
However, in any case, a reduction in molecular weight due to decomposition in the extruder must be taken into account. In general, the biodegradable aliphatic polyester is sufficiently dried to remove moisture, melted with an extruder, and formed into a film using a T die, an inflation die, or the like.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the biodegradable flat yarn of the present invention is excellent in slipping and cutting resistance, can improve productivity, and has heat sealing performance and fusing sheet performance, and thermal dimensional stability. Therefore, it is suitable for use as a biodegradable cloth or a biodegradable sheet by secondary processing.
[0050]
【Example】
An aliphatic polyester having a glass transition point of −5 ° C. or less is formed on a biodegradable resin formed of a polylactic acid polymer composed of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid and containing 2% by weight of D-lactic acid and 98% by weight of L-lactic acid. A biodegradable resin composition added at 20% by weight is used as a base layer, and a biodegradable resin of 9% by weight of D-lactic acid and 91% by weight of L-lactic acid is laminated on both sides to form a sandwich structure. A tape-like body having rib-like streaks was prepared (thickness ratio; 10:80:10).
[0051]
The obtained tape-like body was slit using leather and uniaxially stretched 5 times in a 110 ° C. heating furnace to obtain a flat yarn. The width of the obtained flat yarn was 3.0 mm, 1000 dt (decitex), and the stripe composed of the protrusions had a height of 3 μm and a width direction pitch of 230 μm.
[0052]
The obtained flat yarn was subjected to a weft insertion test with a loom (throughr loom) at a driving density of 12 × 12 pieces / 25.4 mm.
[0053]
Conventionally, when biodegradable flat yarn is driven, due to problems such as slippage and slanted salmon found in polyester, mistakes have occurred and productivity has not increased. In addition, troubles caused by oblique salmon have been improved, and productivity has increased dramatically.
