【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an electromagnetic control valve, and more particularly to a control device for an electromagnetic control valve that can reduce the amount of fluid leakage when the valve body is closed without requiring a change in the structure of the electromagnetic control valve.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An engine mounted on a vehicle is provided with various electromagnetic control valves for the purpose of controlling the flow rate of fluid such as intake air, EGR, and evaporative fuel. The electromagnetic control valve includes a valve body that opens and closes a flow path, a solenoid that opens the valve body by electromagnetic force, and a spring that closes the valve body by elastic force, and is controlled by a control device.
[0003]
For example, when an electromagnetic control valve is used for the engine evaporative purge control, as shown in FIG. 8, it is determined whether or not the drive condition is satisfied based on information obtained from various control sensors, and the duty ratio is set when the drive condition is satisfied. The control signal supplied to the solenoid is controlled so that the valve body of the electromagnetic control valve is opened according to the duty ratio of the target value by shifting to the target value and the duty ratio is immediately set to zero when the drive condition is not satisfied. .
[0004]
As a control device for such an electromagnetic control valve, there is one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1993-10767. In this publication, a plurality of solenoid valves that are opened and closed with a duty ratio are provided in parallel in a flow path, and a control means is provided for sending duty signals that are out of phase to the solenoid valves. .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in general, an electromagnetic control valve is fully opened when the duty ratio is large, but when the duty ratio is small, the valve opening itself is not fully opened. There is a problem that weakens.
[0006]
For this reason, the electromagnetic control valve is closed by a spring when the duty ratio immediately before the failure of the drive condition is large, that is, when the open time ratio is long, when the drive is stopped by closing the valve body due to the failure of the drive condition. The elastic force in the operating direction works sufficiently and a good closed state can be obtained, but when the duty ratio just before the drive condition is not satisfied is small, that is, when the open time ratio is short, the elastic force in the closing operation direction by the spring is As shown by the broken line in FIG. 8, the closed state deteriorates and fluid leakage occurs.
[0007]
As described above, when the electromagnetic control valve is stopped from a small duty ratio, particularly when the electromagnetic control valve is stopped from a duty ratio smaller than the minimum duty ratio at which the amount of leakage is stable as shown by a broken line in FIG. ), The closed state is deteriorated in a region where the duty ratio is small, and there is a disadvantage that leakage occurs. In order to improve the deterioration of the closed state and reduce the leakage amount, the spring can be improved as shown in FIG. 9B by increasing the elastic force of the spring.
[0008]
However, when the elastic force of the spring is increased, the flow rate characteristic with respect to the duty ratio loses linearity in a region where the duty ratio is small as shown in FIG.
[0009]
For such inconvenience, there is one disclosed in JP-A-6-117568. What is disclosed in this publication is a small-diameter auxiliary valve body that normally energizes a poppet-like valve body through an elastic body and fits into a valve seat opening in a free state on one end side of the valve body. To obtain a maximum flow rate at an intermediate position of the valve stroke, and to regulate the amount of leakage when the solenoid that drives the valve body is in a non-energized state based on the fitting between the opening and the auxiliary valve body. is there.
[0010]
However, what is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-117568 is to change the opening area in proportion to the valve stroke amount of the valve body, and the structure itself of the electromagnetic control valve is changed. There is a disadvantage that the structure becomes complicated and causes an increase in cost.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of this, the present invention provides an electromagnetic control valve that opens the valve body interposed in the flow path by the electromagnetic force of the solenoid and closes it by the elastic force of the spring in order to eliminate the inconvenience described above. In the control device for an electromagnetic control valve that controls the control signal supplied to the solenoid so as to open the valve body according to the duty ratio when the driving condition is satisfied and to close the valve body with the duty ratio being zero when the driving condition is not satisfied, When the valve body of the control valve is opened when the drive condition is satisfied and then closed when the drive condition is not satisfied, the duty ratio is set to a predetermined value only for a time during which the actual flow rate does not change since the drive condition is not satisfied. Enlarge the elastic force of the spring acting on the valve body as zero after increasing it from the minimum duty ratio. And characterized in that a control means for controlling the control signal so as to close operation after.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The control device for an electromagnetic control valve according to the present invention can obtain a good closed state by sufficiently applying the elastic force in the closing operation direction by the spring to the valve body with a large duty ratio when the drive condition is not satisfied. There is no need to strengthen the structure, and there is no need to change the structure of the electromagnetic control valve.

As shown in FIG. 2, the period t in which the duty ratio D is increased immediately before the drive condition is not satisfied and becomes zero by the closing operation is set to a short time and a small number of times in order to prevent fluctuations in the actual flow rate.
[0040]
In this embodiment, the duty ratio D immediately before the drive condition is not satisfied is increased until it exceeds the determination value E set to the minimum duty ratio D at which the leakage amount is stable, but the set value is set to the duty ratio D immediately before the drive condition is not satisfied. It can be increased by adding F or multiplying by the correction value G.
[0041]
Further, in this embodiment, when the duty ratio D immediately before the drive condition is not satisfied is equal to or smaller than the determination value E, the duty ratio D immediately before the drive condition is not satisfied is increased until it exceeds the determination value E, and then is set to zero. Although the

Furthermore, in this embodiment, during the normal end control (220), the duty ratio D is immediately set to zero and the closing operation is performed. However, as indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. By holding the timing, it is possible to match the timing with the closing operation time in the duty up end control (216).

【The invention's effect】
As described above, when the valve body of the electromagnetic control valve is closed when the drive condition is not satisfied, the electromagnetic control valve control device according to the present invention sufficiently applies the elastic force in the closing operation direction by the spring with a large duty ratio. A good closed state can be obtained, it is not necessary to increase the elastic force of the spring, and it is not necessary to change the structure of the electromagnetic control valve.
[0047]
For this reason, the control device for the electromagnetic control valve can reduce the amount of fluid leakage when the valve body is closed without requiring a change in the structure of the electromagnetic control valve. In addition, since there is no need to increase the elastic force of the spring, or to change the structure of the electromagnetic control valve, the electromagnetic control valve control device does not increase the cost, and the amount of leakage can be reduced by changing the control means program. Can be reduced and can also be implemented in existing electromagnetic control valves.
