【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、シートロック機構と、その保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のシートロック機構と、その保持具に関する先行技術として、次に挙げる文献が、本発明と関連性を有する。即ち、特開平10−73109号の係止構造及びこれを用いた保持具である。この発明における係止構造の内容(発明1とする)は、上方が開口した車輌のアンダーパネルに設けた取付孔へ挿入される弾性変形可能な袋状の脚体と、開口付近から外方へ張り出す水切り用のフランジ(鍔片)と、脚体から突設されフランジとの間に取付孔の周縁を挾持する爪と、この爪に衝撃的な荷重が作用して脚体が変形したとき、取付孔の孔縁に当たり荷重を受ける肉厚部と、を有することを特徴とする構成である。また発明における保持具の内容(発明2とする)は、上方が開口した車輌のアンダーパネルに設けた取付孔へ挿入される弾性変形可能な袋状の脚体と、前記開口付近から外方へ張り出した前記アンダーパネルの上面に添接されるフランジと、フランジと適宜間隔を持って前記脚体より突設され外爪と、フランジと外爪の係止面とで前記取付孔の周縁を挾持し、また脚体に設けられ外爪に衝撃的な荷重が作用して当該脚体が変形したとき、取付孔の孔縁に当たり荷重を受ける肉厚部と、を有することを特徴とする構成である。

従って、本発明は、挿入力が低減され、また、脚体の対衝撃抵抗力が向上された保持具を得る。またこの発明は、保持具の脚体を取付孔へ挿入すると、外爪の傾斜面が取付孔の孔縁と摺動しながら、外爪を凹部側へ弾性変形させる。ここで、外爪と凹部との間には、隙間があいているので撓み易く、挿入力が小さい特徴を有する。また傾斜面が取付孔の孔縁を通過すると、外爪は弾性復元して、係止面とフランジとの間に取付孔の縁部を挾持できること、等の特徴がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
文献は、取付孔の周縁を、フランジと外爪の係止面とで挾持することで、この保持具の衝撃による離脱回避と、騒音・雨水の進入防止等が図れること、又はアンダーパネルの上面に保持具を確実に係止できること、等の特徴がある。

しかし、この発明は、シートに設けたシートワィヤを、相似形でなる対の内爪で挾持する構成である。従って、シートワィヤの挾持される位置が一定であり、例えば、アンダーパネルの僅かな反り、又は凹凸に対して有効に対応できないこと、又は僅かな引抜き衝撃で外れる虞があること、等の問題点が指摘できる。尚、この発明は、元々、係止構造及びこれを用いた保持具に関するものであるので、このアンダーパネルの僅かな反り、又は凹凸に対して有効に対応できないことは、当然とも云える。尚、文献は、シートワィヤが、凹部(20)「文献の番号である」の撓みを利用して挿入されて、保持部(内爪)で係止(抜け止め)する構成であるので、例えば、凹部の疲労が発生し易く、耐久性に劣ること、又は抜け荷重に対して撓み易く、この抜け荷重に対応できず、当該シートワィヤの外れ、又はシートの外れ等の危険性が問題である。さらに保持部(内爪)で抜け止め防止する構成であり、原則として挾持しないので、シートワィヤの妄動が発生する問題も抱えている。

請求項1の発明は、アンダーパネル(床面)の僅かな反り、又は凹凸等に対して有効に対応できる構造とすること、又はシートワィヤの確実な挿入と、抜け荷重の拡充を図ること(僅かな引抜き衝撃で外れないこと)、等を意図する。また従来の文献が抱える前記問題を解決することを意図する。さらに請求項1の発明は、構造の簡略化と、シートワィヤと挾持片とによる係止の迅速化、簡略化等を図りつつ、しかも安全に寄与できるシートロック機構の保持具の提供を意図する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の態様を説明すると、車輌のアンダーパネルに開設された取付孔に、保持具の本体を挿入する。この過程においてサポート片が取付孔の内周面に押圧されながら挿入される。そして、サポート片が取付孔を経過した段階で、弾性復帰し、その上面がアンダーパネルの下面に衝止する。この段階において、保持具に設けた鍔片がアンダーパネルの上面に衝止する。

この両衝止により、アンダーパネルの取付孔に保持具が支持されるとともに、車内への騒音、雨水、風(空気)、埃等の進入防止が図れる。従って、快適な運転と走行と、又は乗車等が図れる。

この安定して取付けられた保持具には、シートのシートワィヤが挿入されるが、このシートワィヤは、保持具の開口を通過した後、この保持具の空間部の底部より独立して立設した可撓性でなる側断面視して略双葉状となる対の挾持片の先部に形成されたテーパ挿入口を通り、当該挾持片の可撓性と、その撓みを介してテーパ挿入口の絞り部(対の係止突起)を拡開しながら、当該挾持片に進入する。この進入時において、さらに底部の撓みで前記挾持片の撓みを助勢する例と、前記挾持片の撓みと底部の撓みとの共働する例とがある(以下、同じ)。

そして、この進入過程で、先ず、或る方向側(一方向側とする)の一方の係止突起の下方に設けた一つの挾持曲面(一つの挾持曲面)と、他方向側の係止突起の下方に設けた一つの挾持曲面(一つの挾持曲面)に達する(図2参照)。この際に、シートワィヤと一方向側の一つの挾持曲面とは僅かに接触し(シートワィヤの略30の角度で接触する)、また僅か隙間Hが形成されている。しかし、シートワィヤと他方向側の一つの挾持曲面との間に隙間H1はなく、逆に、シートワィヤと他方の係止突起の下方に設けたもう一つの挾持曲面(もう一つの挾持曲面)はフリー状態であり、シートワィヤともう一つの挾持曲面との間に隙間H2が形成されている(図2参照)。単純に示せば、シートの本方向側は、最も高い位置で対の挾持片で支持されている。

またシートの他の方向側(他方向側とする)が、保持具を、前述と同様な操作(順序)で取付孔に挿入して取付け、またシートワィヤを、この保持具・対の挾持片に前述と同様な操作で進入して、例えば、一方向側の一方の係止突起の下方に設けた一つの挾持曲面と、他方向側の係止突起の下方に設けた一つの挾持曲面に達した状態では、他方向側の係止突起の下方に設けたもう一つの挾持曲面はフリー状態であり、シートワィヤとの間に隙間H2が形成されている。しかし、例えば、アンダーパネルに歪があって、シートが前述の状態より上がった状態か、又はシートに取付けられたシートワィヤが、前述の状態より下がった状態等の如く、何かの状況で、シートワィヤがもう一つの挾持曲面に入り得る場合には、シートワィヤは、他方向側の一つの挾持曲面を押し広げながらさらに進入し(前記底部の撓みによる助勢又は共働がある)、結局、一方向側のもう一つの挾持曲面と、他方向側の一つの挾持曲面との間に位置している。従って、シートワィヤと一方向側の一つの挾持曲面との間に隙間H3はなく、またシートワィヤともう一つの挾持曲面とは僅かに接触し(シートワィヤの略30の角度で接触する)、一方側の一つの挾持曲面との間には僅かな隙間H4がある。逆に、シートワィヤともう一つの挾持曲面との間に隙間H5形成されている(図3、図4参照)。単純に示せば、シートの本方向側は、最も低い位置で対の挾持片で支持されている。

以上のように、シートワィヤと、一方向側の一つの挾持曲面、又は他方向側の一つの・もう一つの挾持曲面との間には、少なくとも前述の条件下で、最適な状況のもとで、各シートワィヤが、アンダーパネルの取付孔に設けた保持具に取付けられ、その結果として、シートは車輌に最適な状態(例えば、水平状態、必要により傾斜状態で)で装着される。また挾持片の可撓性による挾持(係止)及び/又は一方向側の一つの挾持曲面、又は他方向側の一つの・もう一つの挾持曲面により挾持する構成であり、シートワィヤの抜け荷重に対応でき、安全性と、シート、シートワィヤ、又は装着の安定性等が図れる。

尚、図面では、一方向側を一つの挾持曲面とし、また他方向側をもう一つの挾持曲面としたが、一例であり限定されない。また本発明は、樹脂製とするが、金属性、又は金属芯材を補強とした樹脂性等とする。

尚、図6に示す挾持片と抜け荷重(F)、また挾持片及び底部の可撓性について示した図表で、抜け荷重(抜き荷重)に対して挾持片の基部の厚み(X)と、底部との厚み(Y)の関係を示している。従って、例えば、Fを大きくするには、(X)>(Y)の関係が成立し、また、Fを小さくするには、(X)<(Y)の関係が成立したことが理解できる。これにより、抜け荷重、挿入の難易等の調整と、安全性の向上、各種の車種に対応できること等の実益がある。また底部の撓み(矢印)、又はシートワィヤの支持位置(常に同じセンター位置となる)による挾持片の長さ(L)及び底部の厚み(L1)及び/又は撓み(直線、左右等による矢印)等を併せて調整することで、さらに多様な抜け荷重、挿入の難易等の調整が図れる。また各種の車輌に対応できる利点がある。尚、図中矢印は撓み方向を示す。この例を図6に示すが一例であり、変更できる。

以下、本発明の一実施例を説明する。

尚、この保持具3は、中心部の対の挾持片4、4−1を絞り込んだ立設方向に括れ構造(横断面中部が幅窄箱形)とする。この括れ構造は、軽量化、材料の軽減化、低コスト化等に寄与できる。この構成では、挾持片4、4−1と、保持具3の上端開口部とを連結壁片、又はリブ片(図示せず)等の外郭体を介して連繋する構成が理想である。また保持具3は、立設方向にテーパ状の立方体(横断面箱形)とする。この立方体では、強度の向上と、成形の容易化等に役立つ特徴がある。

また前記挾持面7は、この例では、一方向側の一つの挾持曲面700と、他方向側の一つの挾持曲面700−1と、もう一つの挾持曲面700−2とで構成されており、好ましくは、一つの挾持曲面700に対して、一つの挾持曲面700−1と、もう一つの挾持曲面700−2緩やかな曲がりとなる構成として、この保持具3へのシートワィヤ2の確実な挿入と、又は保持具3の薄肉化を図りつつ、しかも安全に寄与できるシートロック機構の保持具3の提供ができる。またシートワィヤ2の確実な係止が図れること、アンダーパネルA1の凹凸等の変化、又はシート1及び/又はシートワィヤ2等の形状に対応できること、等の特徴がある。また一段と数段のシートワィヤの挾持面7は、一例であり、その構成と、各挾持曲面700〜700n(図示せず)の数は限定されない。また一方向側の係止突起6は、他方向側の係止突起6−1の下方で、かつ一つの挾持曲面700−1の略中間部位に設ける構成として、シート1及び/又はシートワィヤ2を上側で支持して、前記の例と同じ効果を期待する。また他方向側の係止突起6a−1は、一方向側の係止突起6の下方で、かつ一つの挾持曲面700の略下方部位に設ける構成として、シート1及び/又はシートワィヤ2を下側で支持して、前記の例と同じ効果を期待する。尚、前述の如く、この例の一方向側の一つの挾持曲面700と、他方向側の一つの挾持曲面700−1と、もう一つの挾持曲面700−2との数は一例であり、限定されない。そして、この一方向側の一つの挾持曲面700と、他方向側の一つの挾持曲面700−1と、もう一つの挾持曲面700−2等を多数とすることで、さらにシートワィヤ2の確実な係止と、アンダーパネルA1の凹凸等の変化、又はシート1及び/又はシートワィヤ2等の形状に対応できる。
