【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の可搬式看板は、基台上に設けた支柱には看板が可回動に軸受けされ、支柱の上端に電光表示器を設け、支柱はコイルバネを介して基台に固定され、支柱に棒状の永久磁石を埋め込み、前記軸受けにリング状の永久磁石を埋め込み、この永久磁石の吸引力を利用して看板を復位させるようにした。このように大きな面積を有する看板を可回動にしたので、強風のときに回動して風圧を和らげられ、壊れたり倒れたりすることがなくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
