Description
【0001】
【0047】

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the connection terminal of the conductive member and the connection terminal on the power line cable side are connected to each other via the insulating member by tightening a single bolt. Since it is possible to connect and fasten in an insulated state, there is an effect that the number of parts and assembly man-hours can be greatly reduced.
Also, when connecting the connection terminals, it is possible to work by gripping the end of the power line cable that is an integral structure, so it is connected compared to when the power lines of each phase are separate. There is an effect that the work is easy to perform.
Further, since the insulating member can be engaged with the holding jig at a predetermined interval by the locking portion of the insulating member, the insulating member can be held in a state where the interval for inserting the connection terminal is maintained. The terminal can be easily inserted.
[0042]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the connection terminal of the conductive member and the connection terminal on the power line cable side can be connected to each other via the insulating member only by tightening a single bolt even in a limited narrow space. Since the phases can be connected and fastened in an insulated state, the number of parts and assembly man-hours can be greatly reduced, and tightening with multiple bolts is no longer necessary. With this, there is an effect that the arrangement space of the hybrid vehicle having many restrictions on the occupied space can be greatly reduced.
[0043]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the connection terminal can be inserted while relatively guiding the bolt to the receiving portion between the protruding portions of the connection terminal, so that the connection terminal is securely fastened by the bolt. There is an effect that can be done.
[0045]
Claim4According to the invention described in the above, the bolt can be restricted by the collar when the fastening stroke becomes a constant amount, so that the bottom side of the insulating member can be prevented from being crushed by the axial force, and the bolt can be tightened without worrying about the fastening stroke. There is an effect that the work can be easily performed.
[0046]
Claim5When the bolt is tightened with a stroke determined by the collar, the spring washer applies a constant contact pressure between the connection terminals regardless of the axial force of the bolt. Can be tightened and the tightening operation can be easily performed.
[0047]
Claim6According to the invention described in (2), since the insulation failure due to the ingress of water can be prevented by the sealing material while preventing the insulation deterioration of the bolt and the connection terminal, there is an effect that the reliability can be improved.
[0048]
Claim7According to the invention described in the above, the connection terminals can be inserted between the insulation members along the inclined surface of the insulation member, and interference between the connection terminals at the time of insertion can be prevented. There is an effect that the degree of freedom increases and insertion can be easily performed.
