Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, raw garbage generated from general households, garbage generated in kitchens of restaurants in the restaurant industry, etc., or garbage collected in a cleaning factory etc. are pulverized by the decomposition action of microorganisms and mixed with water. This waste water is completely decomposed into water (steam) and carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide) using the decomposition of microorganisms. The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating garbage that flows into the sea or a sewer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in garbage processing equipment, garbage is burned in an incinerator to produce ash, and the ash is used as roadbed material, or incinerated type that is reclaimed in final disposal sites, etc. A dry type that removes and reduces the volume is known. In addition, there are a compost type that uses the action of microorganisms to reduce the volume by breaking down garbage and composts, and an extinguisher type that completely decomposes into water and carbon dioxide.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, incineration-type products must always maintain a high temperature inside the incinerator in order to suppress the generation of harmful substances such as dioxins from garbage, so that the temperature inside the incinerator should not be lowered. In order to achieve this, the incinerator must continue to burn for 24 hours. For this reason, the incinerator needs to have improved heat resistance and must be operated for 24 hours, which increases the cost and operating cost of the apparatus. In addition, it is necessary to secure a vast land as a site for the final disposal site for landfilling the incinerated ash after incineration, and there is a risk of bad influences on the surrounding environment due to bad odors and dust.
[0004]
In addition, the dry-type garbage is dried by evaporating moisture using a heater or the like, and a large amount of energy is required to completely evaporate the moisture. Because it consumes, the operating cost is quite expensive. Moreover, since the residue must be processed, it takes time and there is a limit to the amount of processing per day.
[0005]
The compost type decomposes the garbage with microorganisms, and therefore requires less power than the dry type, but if a large amount of oil or salt is mixed in, the ability to decompose microorganisms decreases, so microorganisms It may be necessary to frequently replenish and replace the fungus bed material to which it adheres, and it takes time to maintain the apparatus. Moreover, since it takes time to decompose microorganisms and the residue needs to be processed, the amount of garbage that can be processed per day is limited.
[0006]
Then, the extinguishing type, like the composting type, can not completely decompose the garbage, so it is necessary to treat the residue. Moreover, since it is necessary to set it as the apparatus which can throw in the microorganisms group (including sawdust) in the ratio of 3-5 times (weight) with respect to the input amount of garbage, a wide installation place is needed. In addition, depending on the type of raw garbage, it takes time to decompose and may not be processed even after 1 to 2 weeks.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points. The present invention does not adversely affect the environment, and can increase the processing amount of raw garbage per day. The purchase cost, the labor cost, the final disposal cost, etc.).
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the garbage processing apparatus of the present invention according to claim 1 has a built-in porous fungus bed material to which microorganisms are attached, and the waste food material into which the fungus bed material has been charged. And a sewage water generation tank for generating raw garbage polluted water by adding water (may be tap water or water discharged after being treated) after being pulverized by the decomposition action of the microorganisms as a pretreatment. The garbage decomposer, the storage tank for storing the garbage contaminated water, the measuring tank for supplying the garbage contaminated water from the storage tank to the biological treatment tank at a constant flow rate, and the supplied garbage contaminated water The biological treatment tank that mixes sludge containing humus (or humus soil) and performs aeration treatment, the separation device that separates the treated water aerated in the biological treatment tank, and the treatment Suction the sludge obtained by separating water, the storage tank and the Odor generated in a sludge extraction pump for pumping to a waste treatment tank and a sludge culture tank, the sludge culture tank equipped with a sludge incubator for activating the supplied sludge, and the garbage decomposing machine An aeration blower that sucks the contained air and sends it to the storage tank, the biological treatment tank, and the sludge culture tank is provided.
[0009]
According to the garbage processing apparatus of this invention which concerns on Claim 1 which has said structure,
By providing the garbage decomposer, the solid content of garbage is pulverized by a pulverizer by the force of microorganisms mainly composed of Bacillus bacteria and the like that are attached to the porous fungus bed material. It can be disassembled finely to a size that cannot be covered. In this way, by decomposing the solid content of the garbage into fine particles, in the biological treatment tank, soil fungi (contaminated anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria contained in the sludge or humus or humus soil) It is easy to be decomposed by bacteria, etc., so that the decomposition is performed quickly and the processing is accelerated.
[0010]
In addition, even in the reservoir where the sludge is introduced, the solid content of the garbage is decomposed to some extent by the decomposition action of the microorganisms contained in the sludge. By storing, it becomes easy to be decomposed into finer particles, and can be quickly decomposed into water and carbon dioxide gas in the later biological treatment tank.
[0011]
In addition, by finely crushing the solid content of garbage, it becomes difficult to clog pipes, so extra work such as removal of foreign substances can be reduced, and the diameter of pipes used is thinner. Will be able to.
[0012]
Then, the solid content in the garbage polluted water is almost decomposed into water and carbon dioxide in the biological treatment tank, and the treated water in this biological treatment tank is separated into separated water and sludge. The desorbed water obtained in this way can also be used as a sewer by disinfecting it into clean water by providing a disinfection tank or the like. On the other hand, the sludge obtained by solid-liquid separation of the treated water is returned to the storage tank or the biological treatment tank, where the solid waste muddy water is decomposed or prevented from being spoiled, or bad odor is generated. Can be used for suppression.
[0013]
Further, by providing the sludge culture tank provided with the incubator, a part of the sludge is sent to the sludge culture tank, the contained microorganisms are activated and recirculated to the biological treatment tank, Can be used to decompose solids in garbage contaminated water.
[0014]
The generated odor can be removed by the aeration blower by sending it to the storage tank, the biological treatment tank and the sludge culture tank, and contacting the microorganisms contained in the sludge.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a garbage disposal apparatus according to the present invention, in which a garbage crusher for crushing garbage and a garbage wastewater mixed with the crushed garbage are stored in front of the garbage decomposer. Storage tank, another weighing tank for supplying the garbage sewage in this separate storage tank to the screen feeder at a constant flow rate, and pulverization by the decomposition action of microorganisms in the supplied garbage sewage is necessary The screen feeder for selecting a solid content is disposed, and only the solid content is fed into the garbage decomposing machine.
[0015]
According to the garbage processing apparatus of the present invention according to
[0016]
In addition, since a screen feeder can be arranged and the solid waste other than the sorted solid content can be sent directly to the biological treatment tank, the treatment process can be shortened and the garbage can be reduced. The burden of processing at the decomposer can also be reduced.

[0068]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the garbage processing method and the processing apparatus according to the present invention have the following effects.
The invention according to claim 1 also uses a garbage decomposing machine to make garbage into fine particles that are difficult to be pulverized by a pulverizer by the action of microorganisms. Therefore, it is easy to be decomposed by microorganisms, so that processing in a short time becomes possible.
[0069]
In particular, since the decomposition in the biological treatment tank can be performed quickly, the processing time can be greatly shortened, and the processing that took a few days can be completed in just one day. The amount of processing per day can be significantly increased, and the processing cost can be reduced.
[0070]
Further, since the solid content of the garbage is fine particles, there is no worry about clogging, the diameter of the pipe can be set small, and the apparatus can be made compact. Therefore, since the space occupied by the apparatus can be small, it can be easily installed in apartment houses such as condominiums, restaurants in the restaurant industry, etc., and the cost of installation work can be kept low.
[0071]
Since raw garbage is processed using only the decomposition action of microorganisms, there is no generation of dioxins and the surrounding environment is not adversely affected. In addition, the clean water obtained after the treatment can be used as midway water.
[0072]
Then, by returning sludge containing humic substances to the storage tank or biological treatment tank, it is possible to prevent the decay of raw garbage sewage and raw garbage polluted water. Can be suppressed. For this reason, not only the inside of the apparatus but also the surrounding environment is not adversely affected. In addition, sludge used for the decomposition of raw garbage can be circulated while being activated in the sludge culture tank and repeatedly used, and there is almost no replacement of the medium used for decomposition, reducing the cost of processing the raw garbage. can do.
[0073]
The invention according to
[0074]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible not only to reduce unnecessary processing steps by further selecting garbage so that it can be easily treated with microorganisms, but also to quickly perform decomposition by microorganisms. Therefore, the time required for processing can be greatly shortened, and the processing amount per day can be further improved. In addition, since the processing time can be considerably shortened, various expenses such as electricity costs for processing can be reduced.
[0075]
Since the invention according to claim 4 has a relatively simple structure, the installation cost is low, and the repair work and the maintenance work can be easily performed, so that the maintenance cost can be kept low.
[0076]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the sludge used for the decomposition of the garbage can be activated while being repeatedly circulated, there is no need to newly add a medium for decomposing the garbage. Cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the decomposition | disassembly effect | action of microorganisms can be regained, it can prevent that processing time is extended because decomposition | disassembly of garbage becomes inadequate.
[0077]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the action of microorganisms attached to the fungus bed material in the garbage decomposer can be activated, the action of decomposing garbage using microorganisms can be promoted. The garbage can be decomposed in time, and the processing capacity per day can be greatly improved.
