BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a block pavement structure and a heat island prevention method for preventing a heat island or the like in a block pavement in which a pavement surface is formed using a water-permeable pavement block.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, block pavement, that is, a pavement method for forming a pavement surface by laying a water-permeable pavement block on a roadbed is known. However, in such a block pavement, since the heat capacity of the pavement block is large and the heat radiation rate is high, in particular, in summer, the heat is accumulated and stored for a long time by solar radiation. Due to heat radiation, the environmental temperature in the vicinity of the pavement surface is high, and so-called heat islands impair the comfort during walking, for example.
[0003]
As one method for solving such problems peculiar to block pavement, for example, as shown in

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the method of installing such a water holding container, since the amount of water in the water holding container is limited, once the water in the water holding container is exhausted, water cannot be replenished unless rain occurs, for example. Therefore, the sustainability of the heat removal effect of the paving block due to the heat of vaporization of water is low, and it is difficult to say that it is sufficient in terms of obtaining comfort by suppressing the environmental temperature in the vicinity of the paving surface, Since it has a structure in which water is stored in the water-holding container, various bacteria are propagated in the stored water and moss or the like is likely to be generated, which is problematic in terms of environmental sanitation.
[0006]
On the other hand, a method is also conceivable in which pipes are installed in the roadbed below the installed paving block, water is supplied into the roadbed via this pipe, and water is absorbed into the paving block side using the capillary phenomenon. However, according to such a method, the distance from the pipe to the pavement surface is large, and there are a plurality of parts having different properties in the water absorption path, that is, the roadbed and the sand cushion layer above the pavement block. There is a problem in that the water absorption efficiency is poor and a sufficient effect cannot be obtained.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described problems and makes it possible to stably and continuously obtain the heat removal effect of the pavement block due to the heat of vaporization of water by an inexpensive configuration and the heat-island of the block pavement structure and heat island. It is intended to provide a prevention method.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the block pavement structure according to the first invention of the present application is a block pavement structure in which a plurality of pavement blocks having water permeability are sequentially laid in a plane direction on a roadbed, and this is used as a pavement surface. [0011]
A block pavement structure according to a fourth invention of the present application is a block pavement structure in which a plurality of water-permeable pavement blocks are sequentially laid in a plane direction on a roadbed, and this is used as a pavement surface. A through-hole extending along the lower surface is formed between the groove provided in the groove and the roadbed facing the groove, and a water guide member for allowing water to flow out from the outer peripheral wall to the paving block is inserted into the through-hole. Is The first water absorbing material is provided between the water guiding member and the through hole so as to cover the water guiding member, and the first water absorbing material is a water absorbing sheet for filling, and the water absorbing sheet for filling is the water guiding member. Is wound around the outside of the through hole by an amount that can be filled between the inner surface of the through hole and the outer surface of the water guide member. [0020]
A method for preventing a heat island according to a twelfth invention of the present application includes a plurality of paving blocks having water permeability laid on a roadbed, a water source, A pair of paving blocks adjacent to each other are formed between mutually opposing side surfaces, and extend through the side surfaces, and are inserted into the through holes. A water guide member that guides water from the water source and flows out from the outer peripheral wall; and a water absorbing material that is provided so as to cover the outer peripheral wall of the water guide member, absorbs the water that flows out from the outer peripheral wall, and guides the water to the paving block. With The water-absorbing material is a water-absorbing sheet for filling, and the water-absorbing sheet for filling is wound around the outside of the water guide member by an amount that can be filled between the inner surface of the through hole and the outer surface of the water guide member. It is characterized by this.
[0021]
According to the block pavement structure according to the first invention of the present application, a through hole extending along the side surface is formed between the mutually opposing side surfaces of a pair of adjacent pavement blocks among the respective paving blocks. In addition, a water guide member that allows water to flow out from the outer peripheral wall into the pavement block is inserted into the through hole, so that water introduced by the water guide member from a water source or the like flows into the through hole from the outer peripheral wall. From here, water is absorbed into the paving block by capillary action and penetrates into the interior, and the surface layer portion of the paving block, i.e., the portion where the temperature is increased by solar radiation, is actively vaporized and evaporated. Thus, the heat removal action of the surface layer portion is performed. As a result, even when the solar radiation is severe during the daytime in the summer, the temperature of the surface layer of the paving block is kept relatively low and its heat radiation is suppressed. Moreover, the environmental temperature in the vicinity of the pavement surface can be kept low, a heat island can be prevented, a space environment excellent in comfort can be obtained, and as a result, an environmentally friendly block pavement can be provided.
[0022]
In addition, since water is supplied directly to the paving block through the water guiding member, the heat removal effect due to vaporization heat does not disappear due to, for example, the depletion of the stored water as in the past. The heat removal effect on the block can be obtained stably over a long period of time, and the water absorption path from the water guide member to the paving block is extremely short and flows out from the outer wall in a wide area, so the water absorption efficiency is high and water is effective. As a synergistic effect, it is possible to provide a highly reliable block pavement with a low running cost.
[0023]
Furthermore, since the water supplied to the paving block does not stay in the water conveyance member, it always has a flow in the water conveyance member, so that germs grow in the water and moss is generated. The block pavement which is prevented in advance and reliably and is preferable in terms of environmental hygiene can be obtained.
[0024]
In addition, on the construction surface of the block pavement, the through hole in which the water guiding member is fitted and arranged is provided between the opposing side surfaces of a pair of paving blocks that are laid next to each other. In laying the block, when the next paving block is laid close to the previously laid paving block, the water guide member may be placed between them, in other words, the paving block. For example, in the case where the through hole is provided in the interior of the paving block, the water guide member may be inserted into the through hole after laying. Compared to the work that needs to be inserted from one end side, the workability of the above water transfer member and the workability of the entire block pavement are improved. Cost reduction of kicking construction cost is to be promoted.
[0025]
Next, according to the block pavement structure according to the second invention, in addition to the effects of the first invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, the through hole is configured by abutting in a facing state the grooves provided on the mutually opposing side surfaces of a pair of adjacent pavement blocks. Therefore, since the water guide member arranged in the through hole performs a kind of wedge action and exhibits a positioning function in the height direction between both adjacent paving blocks, workability in paving block laying work is improved. In addition to the improvement, a block pavement with a high commercial value is realized with a pavement surface that is as flat as possible without any variation in height between the laid paving blocks.
[0026]
Next, according to the block pavement structure according to the third invention, in addition to the effects of the first invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, the through hole is provided with a groove provided on one side surface of a pair of adjacent pavement blocks facing each other and the other side facing the opening side of the groove. In each paving block, it is only necessary to provide the groove only on at least one of the opposing side surfaces. For example, when providing the grooves on both opposing side surfaces, respectively. Compared to the above, the structure of the paving block is simplified, the manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced, and the cost reduction of the block paving formed using the paving block is promoted.
[0027]
Next, according to the block pavement structure according to the fourth invention, a through hole extending along the lower surface is formed between the groove provided on the lower surface of the paving block and the roadbed facing the groove. Since a water guide member that allows water to flow out from the outer peripheral wall to the pavement block is inserted in the through hole, water guided by the water guide member from a water source or the like flows into the through hole from the outer peripheral wall, from which capillary action occurs Is absorbed into the pavement block and penetrates from the lower layer portion toward the surface layer portion, and is actively vaporized and evaporated in the surface layer portion, that is, the portion where the temperature is increased by solar radiation. The heat removal action of the surface layer portion is performed. As a result, even when the solar radiation is severe during the daytime in summer, the surface of the pavement block is kept relatively low and its heat radiation is suppressed, so the surface of the pavement block, That is, the environmental temperature in the vicinity of the pavement surface is also kept low, heat islands are prevented, a spatial environment with excellent comfort can be obtained, and as a result, an environmentally friendly block pavement can be provided.
[0028]
In addition, since the water is directly supplied to the paving block through the water guiding member, the heat removal effect due to vaporization heat does not disappear due to, for example, the depletion of the stored water as in the past. The heat removal effect on the block can be obtained stably over a long period of time, and the water absorption path from the water conveyance member to the paving block is extremely short and flows out from the outer peripheral wall over a wide area, so the water absorption efficiency is high and water is absorbed. A highly efficient heat removal action that is effectively utilized can be realized, and as a synergistic effect thereof, block pavement with high reliability and low running cost can be provided.
[0029]
Furthermore, since the water supplied to the paving block does not stay in the water guide member and always has a flow in the water guide member, germs grow in the water and moss is generated. The block pavement which is prevented in advance and reliably and is preferable in terms of environmental hygiene can be obtained.
[0030]
Moreover, on the construction surface of the paving block, a water guide member is arranged on the roadbed or via a sand cushion layer, etc., and in this state, the paving block is placed from above the water guide member in the through hole. It is only necessary to accommodate the water conveyance member. For example, the construction work of the paving block is markedly greater than when it is necessary to take some measures to hold the water conveyance member prior to the construction of the paving block. This simplifies and makes it possible to reduce the construction cost of block pavement.
[0031]
In the block pavement structure according to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the water guide member may be anything as long as it guides water, such as a water source, to the pavement block and causes the water thus introduced to flow out from the outer peripheral wall to the pavement block. Although not particularly limited, as in the fifth aspect of the invention, the water guide member has water absorption and allows water absorbed from the water source to flow out from the outer peripheral wall to the paving block, for example, porous ceramic, etc. Since the water can be guided by this water absorption force if it is a hollow or solid material made of, a special device for water conveyance is unnecessary.
[0032]
Further, as in the sixth invention, if the water guide member is a water guide pipe having a through hole in the outer peripheral wall for allowing water to flow into the pavement block and allowing the water to flow into the pavement block, water can be reliably supplied. Can be conducted.
[0033]
The block pavement structure according to the first to sixth inventions described above, In addition to the effects of the first to sixth inventions, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, since the first water absorbing material is provided between the water guide member and the through hole so as to cover the water guide member, the through hole side from the outer peripheral wall of the water guide member The water that has flowed into the water is once absorbed by the first water-absorbing material and retained therein, and then the water is absorbed from the first water-absorbing material into the interior of the paving block by capillary action and penetrated. Water that flows out from the member can be more effectively utilized to achieve a high heat removal effect on the paving block, and as a result, the functional value of the block paving can be improved.
[0034]
Next 7 According to the block pavement structure according to the invention, 6 In addition to the effects of the present invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, since the second
[0035]
Next 8 According to the block pavement structure according to the invention, 7 In addition to the effects of the present invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, since the upper surface of the paving block is an uneven surface, it contributes to the surface area of the upper surface, i.e., the vaporization and diffusion of water, as compared with, for example, a flat surface. The area is expanded, the heat removal effect on the paving block due to the heat of vaporization of water is further enhanced, and as a result, the functional value of the block paving can be expected to be improved. Moreover, the design of a pavement surface improves and the block pavement excellent in the scenery is implement | achieved because the upper surface of the block for pavement is an uneven surface. The unevenness may be formed on the upper surface of all the paving blocks, may be formed on the upper surface of some of the paving blocks of the plurality of paving blocks, and not the entire upper surface, You may form in a part of upper surface.
[0036]
Next 9 According to the block pavement structure according to the invention, 8 In addition to the effects of the present invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, the temperature sensor for detecting the temperature is provided in the pavement block, and the water supply control to the water guide member is performed based on the detected value of the temperature sensor. Therefore, the water supply to the paving block, that is, the heat removal action by the vaporization heat of the water in the paving block, can be performed without waste in a state that accurately corresponds to the heat removal demand from the temperature surface on the paving block side. As a result, the comfort of the block pavement can be realized at a low running cost, and the block pavement having both comfort and economy can be provided.
[0037]
Next 10 According to the block pavement structure according to the invention, 8 In addition to the effects of the present invention, the following specific effects can be obtained. That is, according to the block pavement structure of the present invention, the water supply control to the water guide member is performed by the time control using the timer, so the water supply to the pavement block, that is, the pavement block The heat removal action by water vaporization heat can be performed without waste in a state that accurately corresponds to the time-dependent heat removal requirement on the pavement block side, and as a result, the comfort of block pavement is realized at low running cost It is possible to provide a block pavement that combines comfort and economy.
[0038]
Next 11 According to the block pavement structure according to the invention, a through hole extending along the side surface is formed between the side surfaces facing each other of the pair of adjacent pavement blocks among the paving blocks, A hollow tubular body is inserted and disposed in the through hole, and the through hole is configured by abutting grooves provided on the mutually facing side surfaces of a pair of adjacent paving blocks in an opposed state. Therefore, if a heating wire is inserted into the hollow tube body or hot water is passed through, it is possible to melt snow and melt ice on the pavement surface during snow accumulation, etc., and to insert a communication line, etc. The function of the paving block can be enhanced by a simple paving work, and the hollow tube arranged in the through hole performs a kind of wedge action, so that the height direction between the adjacent paving blocks can be increased. For paving because of its positioning function With improved workability in the locked laying work, high block paving commercial value with no variation as possible flat pavement height between the paving blocks laid it is achieved. The hollow tube body is one in which the outer peripheral wall is completely shielded by what is inserted inside, one that is opened in a slit shape, one that is mesh-like, one that is porous, one that has rigidity, Arbitrary things, such as what has flexibility, can be used.
[0039]
Next 12 According to the heat island prevention method of the present invention, the water flowing out from the outer peripheral wall of the water guide member is provided so as to cover the outer peripheral wall of the water guide member and is absorbed by the water absorbing material, and then supplied to the paving block. Since water permeates into the paving block over a wide area, water absorption efficiency is high, and high-efficiency heat removal using water effectively can be realized.
