Description
Claims (11)
- 車両(36)において複数の負荷(2、2’)に電圧を供給する装置(1)であって、少なくとも2つのエネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)を有する車両電力供給システム(6)を有し、該エネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)の第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)は、スタータ回路要素(6a)内においてエンジンを始動するためのスタータ(8)に接続され、該エネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)の第2エネルギー蓄積器(4b)は、負荷回路要素(6b)内において負荷(2、2’)に接続される装置において、
制御装置(16)が設けられ、該制御装置(16)は、
結合要素(12)であって、該結合要素(12)を介して、前記スタータ回路要素(6a)が前記負荷回路要素(6b)に結合可能である結合要素(12)と、
付加的結合要素(14)であって、該付加的結合要素(14)の各々を介して、安全に関連するとして分類される1つの負荷(2’)が前記スタータ回路要素(6a)に結合可能である付加的結合要素(14)と、
前記制御装置(16)内のデータ処理ユニット(18)が各回路要素(6a、6b)用のエネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)の状態を決定することができるデータと共に、安全関連負荷(2’)への電流(Is)と安全関連負荷(2’)の両端に印加される電圧(Uc)に関する情報を与えるデータ(32、34)を検出するための測定手段(22)であって、前記データ処理ユニット(18)が、前記回路要素(6a、6b)用のエネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)と共に前記安全関連負荷(2’)の状態および前記安全関連負荷(2’)への経路の状態を連続的に監視することが可能であり、この状態に応じて、前記結合要素(12)及び/又は前記付加的結合要素(14)の切換を制御することが可能であるような測定手段(22)とを有し、
前記データ処理ユニット(18)は、前記第2エネルギー蓄積器(4b)が容量限界よりも低下したかまたは故障したことを判断し、前記安全関連負荷(2’)が、前記結合要素(12)を介して前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)に接続されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御装置(16)内の前記データ処理ユニット(18)は、前記負荷回路要素(6b)の状態とは無関係に、それぞれの安全関連負荷(2’)への給電の可用性を電流を流さずに監視かつ測定するために、関連する切断された結合要素(14)によって前記それぞれの安全関連負荷(2’)に印加される前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)の電圧を用い、前記制御装置は、前記測定された給電の可用性に対応して、結合要素(12”)または結合要素(12”)に加えて保護装置を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、
前記負荷回路要素(6b)が十分に利用可能であると判断される通常モードにおいて、前記安全関連負荷(2’)が前記負荷回路要素(6b)によってのみ給電されるように、前記結合要素(12、12”)の切換を制御し、
前記負荷回路要素(6b)が十分には利用可能ではないと判断される第2操作モードにおいて、完全な給電を確実にするために、前記負荷回路要素(6b)が前記結合要素(12”)を介して前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)および前記スタータ回路要素(6a)によって支援されるように、前記結合要素(12、12”)の切換を制御し、
前記負荷回路要素(6b)が完全に故障していると判断される第3操作モードにおいて、前記結合要素(12”)が切断されるかまたは前記結合要素(12”)に加えて保護装置が前記スタータ回路要素(6a)および前記負荷回路要素(6b)からの切断を達成し、前記安全関連負荷(2’)が前記スタータ回路要素(6a)を介して前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)からのみ給電されるように、前記結合要素(12”)の切換を制御することを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の装置。 - 前記データ処理ユニットは、前記データ(32、34)から各安全関連負荷(2’)によって引き出される電荷量を決定でき、前記結合要素(12)及び/又は前記付加的結合要素(14)を前記エネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)の状態及び/又は関連する安全関連負荷(2’)の順位付けの関数として制御することが可能であり、及び/又は前記安全関連負荷(2’)を接続又は切断することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記データ処理ユニット(18)は、前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(4a)も容量限界を下回ったことを判断し、前記安全関連負荷(2’)用の前記それぞれの付加的結合要素(14)が、個々の安全関連負荷(2’)がそれらの順位付けに基づいて切断されるように、制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記データ処理ユニット(18)は、そこに供給されるデータから、前記それぞれの安全関連負荷(2’)に必要とされるエネルギー量を決定し、このエネルギー量のみが前記安全関連負荷(2’)に供給されることを確実にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記安全関連負荷(2’)は、前記付加的結合要素(14)によって、完全にまたは殆ど静止電流なしで、前記スタータ回路要素(6a)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、前記負荷(2)及び/又は前記安全関連負荷(2’)を前記検出されたデータの関数として切替えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記付加的結合要素(14)は、少なくとも1つの電界効果トランジスター(24)と、ダイオード(26)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記結合要素(12)は、スイッチ(12”)またはDC/DC電圧コンバータ(12’)の形態にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積器(4a、4b)は、それらが相互接続されるときのみ、内燃機関の寒冷時始動に必要とされる電荷量を有するような大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
