Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator, and more particularly to an elevator structure suitable for installation inside a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various small elevator systems installed in general low-rise houses have been proposed and constructed. In particular, in recent years, three-story houses have been increasing, and housing suitable for the elderly's residence has been required. Therefore, the demand for residential elevators has increased. In this type of residential elevator system, it is necessary to reduce the size sufficiently for installation in a home, and various proposals have been made for that purpose.
[0003]
In general, in order to form an elevator space for raising and lowering an elevator car, a prismatic frame made of pillars and beams is formed around the elevator space with a steel frame and the like. The structure is constructed so that it can be raised and lowered. In order to reduce the installation space of the elevator, a drive motor and other prime movers for driving the car are installed at the upper part of the frame or at the lowermost part of the lift space.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned small elevator for home use, a lot of work is required for assembling the frame, so that there is a problem that installation work is troublesome. In addition, when installing an elevator after the house is completed, it is a framework that provides strength to support the car and that also defines a lifting space that extends vertically across multiple floors of the house. Since it is necessary to assemble the inside of the house, there is a further problem that installation work takes time and effort.
[0005]
In addition, since there is a limited space for elevator installation in a house, it is desirable to install all drive mechanisms and guide mechanisms inside the elevator space. There is a problem that it is difficult to arrange all the mechanisms in terms of structure.
[0006]
Furthermore, since it is necessary to form a large lifting space that extends vertically in the building, installing an elevator in an existing house is extremely difficult in terms of work, such as carrying in and assembling materials. There is also a problem.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to realize a compact elevator that can be easily assembled in a building and can reduce installation space.
[0008]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a guide column that is erected by being connected to a support frame formed on each floor so as to have a closed shape around a lifting space through which a car passes. And an elevator equipped with a car that is guided up and down by the guide column, and a drive means for raising and lowering the car, each having a large diameter at a pair of ends of the engagement device fixed to the car A roller and a small-diameter roller body are rotatably mounted so as to be lined up and down, and a concave groove having a bottom surface and two opposed inner surfaces is formed on both side surface portions of the guide support column. The large-diameter roller is brought into contact with the side surface, and the small-diameter roller body is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the concave groove to restrict the movement of the car in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, thereby stably guiding the car. characterized in that it.
[0009]
According to this means, since the guided portions of the engagement device of the car are engaged with both side surfaces of one guide column, it is not necessary to provide a plurality of guide columns and the configuration is compact. In addition, the car can be stably guided by engaging both side portions of the guide column.
[0010]
The car can be driven in various ways. For example, by lifting the car with a pair of strips extending along both sides of the guide post, the car can be driven around the guide post. The guide structure and the drive structure can be configured more compactly.
[0013]
In addition, the guide column is connected to a support frame formed on each floor so as to be closed around the lifting space through which the car passes, and the support frame is connected to a floor structure on each floor of the building. It is preferable.
[0014]
According to this means, the guide column is connected to the support frame for each floor, and this support frame is connected to the floor structure of each floor, so that it is not necessary to construct a frame when providing a lift space for the car. Since the car can be supported by the entire building using only the support frame, the assembly work of the elevator becomes easy and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0015]
Furthermore, a plurality of through-holes extending in the extending direction are provided in the inside of the guide column, and the extension material is inserted into the through-hole to be fixed to the base of the building and / or other guide columns. It is preferable that the configuration is possible.
[0016]
By inserting and fixing the extension material into the through hole provided inside the guide column, the guide column can be easily connected in the extending direction, so the length of one guide column is reduced. The installation work in the building can be facilitated and can be installed in existing houses without any trouble.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of an elevator according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The overall configuration of this embodiment is shown in FIG.
