本発明は冷蔵庫に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の冷蔵庫を図10〜14を用いて説明する。
従来の冷蔵庫の扉内板108に小物収納容器109を固定する手段としては、扉内板108に事前に小物収納容器109を引掛ける孔108aを開けておき、扉外板107aと扉内板108を組合せる前に、孔108aに小物収納容器109の鈎部形状に相当する疑似駒113を挿入し、疑似駒113が移動するのを防ぐために、移動防止駒114を詰めてから扉内板の裏側(ウレタン側)から軟質フィルム115等で疑似駒113と移動防止駒114を覆うようにかぶせて、ウレタンフォームが洩れ出ないように軟質フィルム115の周囲を扉内板108に注意深く貼り、しかる後、ウレタンフォーム発泡雇117に装着してウレタンフォームの発泡を行っていた。尚、小物収納容器の鈎部が入る空間部は扉の断熱材が薄くなり結露する恐れがあった。

しかし、この方法は疑似駒と移動防止駒のセットがめんどうなので図12に示す如く、扉外板107aにウレタン発泡を終えた冷蔵庫扉に別に成形加工しておいた扉内板108を、小物収納容器109の鈎部109aが納まるスペース116だけ開けて被せた後、扉内板108の周囲をネジ118にて扉外板107aに固定する方式とがある。

しかし、これらの方法においては、扉内板108の板厚が薄いと小物収納容器109に重量物が入ったりすると、扉開閉時の衝撃等により孔108aの周囲が繰返し荷重によりクラックが入ったり、破れたりすることがあるため、図12に示す如く補強板111をウレタンフォーム側に貼ったりしておかなければならなかったので、手間もかかったりする。しかし、補強板111を当てると、補強されたために荷重が内板の外周へ伝わり、扉外板107aに扉内板108を固定しているネジ119の締付部108bにクラックが入ったり、破れたりする現象がみられた。

次に、従来の小物収納容器の取付形態について説明する。図13に示す如く扉内板108に小物収納容器109の背面109cに設けてある鈎部109aおよび109bの対向部に孔108aおよび108bが形成されており、吊下げ鈎を係合穴に挿入後下方へずらすことにより小物収納容器109は取付けられるが、小物収納容器109の鈎部109aおよび109bは上方に2箇所にあるだけであるため扉開閉の際に小物収納容器109内の収納物の重さと扉を閉めたり、開けたりの反動で鈎部を回転の支点として動くために繰返し荷重により、鈎の付根109a′および109b′にクラックが発生することがあり、小物収納容器109によっては落下する恐れがあった。図14は扉内板108に小物収納容器109が係合されている様子を示す要部断面図であり、また、図14に示す如く、小物収納容器109の背面取付用の鈎部109aは小物収納容器109の上方にあるため、扉内板108の孔108aに小物収納容器109の鈎部109aを挿入し、引掛けた後に引掛ける穴の一部が塞がれることなく小物収納容器109の上方部の扉内板108に鈎挿入穴108aの一部が外部から見えるため見栄えが悪く、かつ収納棚近くの食品くず等が入り込む恐れがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
カンチレバー等の引掛け金具用のレールをつけずに見た目にスッキリしたものに仕上げるためには、扉外板に扉内板を固定した後、ウレタンフォームを発泡する方式に於いては、扉内板の小物収納容器を吊り下げるための孔部には鈎の挿入される部分だけ空洞にしておく必要があり、ウレタンフォーム発泡前に一時的に鈎部の大きさに相当する鈎疑似駒をあてがっておき、かつ、鈎疑似駒がウレタン発泡後取り出せるようにする空間を作る必要と発泡作業中に鈎疑似駒が移動しないように固定しておくために、移動防止駒を挿入して、しかる後ウレタンフォームが接着しないようにその上から軟質のフィルム等で覆っておくことが必要であり、発泡作業前後の組込み、取外しの作業に手数を要する問題があり、かつ、軟質のフィルムはウレタン液が鈎収納空間の隙間から漏洩するのを防ぐために、注意深く貼るなどの問題があった。

さらに、小物収納容器の鈎部が入る空間部は、扉の断熱材が薄くなり、結露する恐れがあった。

そこで、第一の目的は発泡前の鈎疑似駒や移動防止駒を挿入し、その上から軟質フィルムを貼って鈎挿入用の空間を作る手間がはぶけ、かつ、小物収納容器の鈎部引掛部に結露を生じない冷蔵庫を提供することである。

また、従来からある、扉の内板に収納容器を固定する方式のものは、事前に扉外板のみウレタンフォームを発泡したものに、別の工程で、扉内板の収納容器鈎部の係合部材を断熱材側から挿入固定し、後工程で扉内板の土手の先端部の穴から収納容器の鈎を引掛けて固定できるようにしていた。そのため、扉に発泡する際、断熱材側を成形する金型面にウレタンフォームが密着するのを防止するフィルムを貼るなどしておく必要があり、かつ、発泡済の扉体に扉内板を取付た場合、扉内板の周囲をネジなどで固定していたので、扉内板は収納容器の食品の重さと、扉開閉の振動のために、ネジの周辺に繰返し荷重がかかるため、亀裂が入りやすく、破損するなどの問題があった。そこで本発明の第二、第三の目的はウレタン密着防止のフィルムを除去し、かつ扉内板のネジ締付部に食品の荷重がかかりにくくした冷蔵庫を提供することである。

さらに、扉開閉により空気中の水分が穴周囲に結露して、水滴となり、穴の下部に溜まり、長期間の間には水滴が腐敗し悪臭を放つことがあるので、第四の目的は水滴が溜まらないようにする必要がある。

扉内板に小物収納容器を取付けるために、小物収納容器背面の鈎部を扉内板に設けた穴に係合して取付けされるが、小物収納容器の鈎部は上方にあるだけであるため、扉開閉の際に、小物収納容器内の収納物の重さと扉を開閉する際の反動で鈎部を小物収納容器の支点として動くため、繰返し荷重により、鈎の付根にクラックが発生することがあり、容器によっては落下する恐れがあると云う問題があった。そこで本発明の第4の目的は、小物収納容器の鈎部を左右の上下に2段設けることで前後の振れを防ぐことが出来ると共に満が一鈎部が一箇所破損しても他が残ることで安全な冷蔵庫を提供することである。

また、小物収納容器を透明性のある合成樹脂材で成形すると、吊下げ用鈎の付根がある反対側の面(表側)の面から付根が透けてみえるので、見栄えが悪くなるので、表側から目立ちにくくする必要がある。本発明の第五の目的は小物収納容器の付根が表側から目立たなくすることである。

また、小物収納容器背面の取付用の鈎部は小物収納ケースの上端近くにあるため、扉内板の取付穴に小物収納容器の鈎を挿入し吊した後に、吊した取付穴が蓋されることなく、外部から見えるため見栄えが悪く、食品くず等が入りやすいと云う問題があった。そこで取付穴を簡単に塞ぐことが出来る冷蔵庫を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の第1、第2、および第3の目的は、扉外板と、扉内板と、前記扉外板と前記扉内板との間に充填される断熱材とを有した扉と、扉に係止される収納容器とを備え、前記扉内板が、その両側部に前記収納容器を係合する係合孔を備えた収納箱を有し、前記扉外板と平行であって、かつ前記扉内板に接するように前記収納箱から延出した補強板を備え、該補強板はウレタンフォームと接する側の上下方向に複数のリブを有することで達成される。

扉に断熱材を発泡する前に、先ず、扉内板の両側の盛上げた土手の断熱材側に小物収納容器の鈎部を引掛ける補強用小箱を挿入し、位置決めをした後に、扉外板のフランジに扉内板をネジ止めして、その後ウレタンフォームを発泡することにより、ウレタンフォームの密着力により、扉外板と扉内板が一体となり、複数の小物収納容器から受ける荷重は一体発泡されたウレタンフォームと密着している扉内板が全面および補強用小箱で受けるので、荷重がネジ部に集中的にかかることがなく破損することを防ぐことが出来るようにする。

本発明の第4の目的は、収納箱が、係合孔を設けた面の下部に排水孔を備えることで達成される。なお、小物収納容器の鈎部にクラックが入るのを防止するために小物収納容器の背面を高くして、引掛け用鈎部を左右の上・下に設け、扉内板の両側の背面(断熱側)に小物収納容器の鈎部を受ける上下2段の穴を有する補強用小箱を配設することにより、扉開閉時に下段の鈎が小物収納容器が前後に振れることを防ぐことにより、鈎部に繰返し荷重がかからないので破損を防止することが出来るようにしたものである。

本発明の第5の目的は、収納容器が、係合孔に係合する係合部を備えると共に、透光性を有する材質により成形され、前記係合部を配置した面が、光を乱反射させる表面加工を施すことで達成される。表面加工は、細かいダイヤカット又はヘアーライン等が好ましい。

また、収納容器の鈎部が入る穴を塞ぐために、収納容器の背面の立上り部を高くし、上部鈎部よりさらに上方に係合穴を塞ぐ平面部を設けることにより、鈎を引掛けた後平面部が穴を塞ぐようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の詳細を図1〜図9に示す実施の形態で説明する。図1は本発明の一実施の形態を示す冷蔵庫の小物収納容器が取付けられている扉内板の要部断面図と小物収納容器の平面図である。図1において、1は冷蔵庫扉内板、2は小物収納容器であり、3は扉内板の断熱材側に取付けられた補強用小箱であり、図5に示す補強用小箱3の表面の凸部3cは図4に示す扉内板1に補強用小箱を収容することで、扉の断熱材が薄くなるのを防止するために設けた土手部先端に設けた孔1bに嵌入することにより位置が決まり、かつ補強用小箱3の孔3aには扉内板の浅い土手の内側の傾斜が作るガイド部1aに、小物収納容器2の後側の形状が、丁度扉内板のガイド部1aの形状に一致するように形成されているので、小物収納容器2を扉内板の形状即ちガイド1aに沿って押し込むと独りでに小物収納容器の背面に形成されている鈎部2bが、補強用小箱の孔3aに入り下に下げることにより小物収納容器2は扉内板に取付けられた補強用小箱3と係合して取付くのである。

図2は本発明の一実施の形態を示す扉内板1と扉外板4aとの間にウレタン発泡した時の扉4の要部横断面図であり、扉4に断熱材5を発泡する前に、先ず扉内板1の両側の浅い土手の断熱材側に図3に示す如く、小物収納容器2の鈎部2bを引掛ける補強用小箱3を挿入し、位置を決めた後に扉外板4aのフランジ部4bに扉内板1をネジ6にて止め、その後ウレタンフォーム5を発泡することにより、ウレタンフォーム5の密着力により、扉外板4aと扉内板1が一体となるので、複数の小物収納容器2(図示せず)が取付けられた時の荷重は、一体発泡されたウレタンフォーム5と密着している扉内板1および図6に示す補強板3eが同時成形されている補強用小箱3とが全面で受けるので、小物収納容器2の荷重が狭い部分に集中的にかかることがなくなり、小物収納容器2の繰返し荷重に耐え、破損することを防止できる。

図3は本発明の一実施の形態を示す小物収納容器2の鈎部取付の際、補強用として取付けられる補強用小箱取付部の要部縦断面図である。即ち、従来採用していた鈎部疑似駒や移動防止駒を挿入する代りに、小物収納容器2の背面に設けてある鈎2bを引掛ける部分として、前面に穴3aをあけた補強用小箱3を扉内板1のウレタンフォーム側から取付け、ウレタン発泡後に使う鈎部2bを収納する空間を確保しておく構造である。

尚、補強用小箱3の取付は図4に示す、扉内板1の土手部に相当するガイド部1aの先端部に設けた孔1bに図5に示す補強用小箱3の嵌入部3cを嵌めるようにして補強用小箱3をガイド部1a(図1参照)の溝へ押し込む。この時、補強用小箱3の横断面形状は扉内板1のガイド部1aの断面形状にあらかじめ合せてあるので、合致する。合致後は戻らないように粘着テープ7等にて固定しておく。補強用小箱3のウレタンフォーム断熱材側の形状は図6に示す如く、補強用小箱から延出した補強板3eに複数のリブ3fが成形されており、ウレタン発泡された時に、補強用小箱3がウレタン5と密着し補強用小箱に外力が加わってウレタンフォームから剥れたり、荷重により扉内板1が破れたりしない工夫をしてある。尚、図4は、扉内板に小物収納容器の補強用小箱を取付けるための孔があいている様子を示す斜視図である。

補強用小箱3の前面に小物収納容器2の鈎部2bを引掛ける支持部3bを作るために補強用小箱3の背面3の背面側にヒンジ機構を有す蓋3gを補強用小箱3と一体で成形加工しておき、ウレタン発泡前に閉めておくと鈎部2bを収納する空間が容易にできて大変便利である。したがって、従来のように疑似駒や移動防止駒が不要となり、又ウレタン洩れ防止のシートも不要であるため、作業効率の大巾アップが計れる。

図7は冷蔵庫の扉内板1の内部に取付けられる小物収納容器2の正面斜視図と裏側の斜視図8および小物収納容器の鈎部の表面処理を示す斜視図9である。図8に示す如く、小物収納容器2の背面部2cを高くして射出成形加工にて収納部2dと同時成形で鈎部2bを左右・上下に4箇所設けてある。したがって上部および下部の左右4個の鈎部が分担して重量をささえ、下部の左右2個が、扉開閉時の衝撃で小物収納容器2が前後に振れるのをおさえているので、扉開閉時の衝撃による繰返し荷重で、鈎2bの付根2b´が被労してクラックが入ったり、破損したりするのを防ぐことが出来る。尚、この場合上下の鈎部2bは離れて施けるほうが上部の2個が支点となるので、回転モーメントが小さくなり有利である。又、図7に示す如く小物収納容器2自体を透明性のある材質で成形すると正面から見た時鈎の付根2b′が正面からみえて見苦しく気になるので、図9に示す如く鈎の付根がある部分2cの表面に細かいダイヤカット2eとかヘアーラインを施すことにより光を乱反射させて、鈎の付根が目立ちにくくした。

【発明の効果】
以上詳細に説明したように、本発明によれば、補強用小箱が組込まれた扉内板と扉外板をウレタン発泡で一体に加工したので、扉内板に小物収納容器の荷重がかかっても補強用小箱の補強板と扉内板全体で受けるので、荷重が分散し扉内板の固定用ネジ部にかかる力が弱くなり、ネジ部の破損の少ない冷蔵庫を提供することが出来る。
