Description

【0001】
0012
<実施例1>
0013
<比較例1>
0014
<比較例2>
0016

Figure 0004029434
0017

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printing and to a decorated with decorative sheet embossed, wooden boards, inorganic-based boards such, single-layer embossed decorative sheet and a manufacturing used as decorative plate bonded with an adhesive to the surface of the metal plate Regarding the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a vinyl chloride resin sheet has been the most common as a decorative sheet used for the above-mentioned purposes. Moreover, in order to impart high designability, the colored substrate having a thickness of 60 μm to 120 μm and the transparent resin sheet having a thickness of 60 μm to 120 μm were bonded together by hot pressure, and at the same time, embossing was imparted. The total thickness of the sheet was thick and expensive.
[0003]
In addition, vinyl chloride resin sheets are said to be a cause of air pollution associated with the generation of hydrogen chloride gas during incineration. In recent years, cosmetic sheets that use olefin resins as decorative sheets that do not use vinyl chloride resins from the viewpoint of environmental problems. Sheets are being proposed. However, olefin-based sheets have a narrow temperature range where embossing can be applied compared to conventional vinyl chloride resin sheets due to their thermal properties, and embossing by hot pressure has poor reproducibility of the embossed plate and is difficult to design. there were. Further, since the total thickness is increased to 120 μm to 240 μm by laminating two layers of sheets, problems such as whitening of the end portion have occurred particularly during post-processing such as V-cut processing at low temperatures in winter.
[0004]
As described above, in the method of embossing by hot pressure, it is impossible to impart embossing with good reproducibility to a thin sheet of a single layer (120 μm or less), and it is thin enough to withstand post-processing at low temperatures. In addition, it has been difficult to produce a decorative sheet excellent in design.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems. It embosses a thin single-layer sheet having a thickness of 60 μm or less with good reproducibility, and achieves high designability and post-workability at low temperatures. An excellent single-layer embossed decorative sheet and a method for producing the same are provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A method of manufacturing a single-layer embossed decorative sheet is at least colored pigments, fillers, ultraviolet absorbers and light stabilizers is 12% by weight of added hydrogen containing styrene - extruded random polymerization polypropylene resin containing butadiene rubber Using a machine, a 30 to 60 μm-thick colored base material having a thickness of 30 to 60 μm was formed by melt extrusion on a cooling roll having an embossed plate formed on the surface, and an arbitrary pattern was formed on the flat surface of the colored base material. And a top coat layer is further provided.
[ 0007 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a single-layer embossed decorative sheet according to the present invention. Moreover, FIG. 2 shows one Example of the manufacturing method of the coloring base material in which the embossing part in this invention is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, the molten thermoplastic resin 7 was extruded onto a cooling roll 9 having an embossed plate formed on the surface using an extruder 10, and an embossed portion 2 having a thickness of 30 μm to 60 μm was applied. The colored substrate 1 is formed into a film. Examples of the thermoplastic resin used here include olefin resins, vinyl chloride resins, polystyrene resins, polyester resins, vinyl acetate resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, polyamide resins, polycarbonate resins, and acrylic resins. In view of physical properties, post-processability, and environmental problems as a decorative sheet, an olefin resin is optimal. For olefin resin, ordinary homopolypropylene resin, block polypropylene resin, resin of random polypropylene resin alone, or ethylene-α-olefin copolymer or vinyl aromatic compound conjugated diene compound random copolymer in consideration of post-processability, etc. Etc. can also be added. In these thermoplastic resins, inorganic pigments such as cadmium red, chrome orange, ceramic yellow, chrome green, iron oxide brown, and titanium oxide, and fillers such as calcium carbonate are appropriately added as pigments for coloring. Moreover, in order to improve the weather resistance as a sheet | seat, ultraviolet stabilizers, such as benzotriazole and benzophenone, and light stabilizers, such as a hindered amine, can be added arbitrarily. The thickness of the colored substrate 1 is not too thick considering the post-processability and cost, and is preferably not too thin considering the concealability of the colored substrate 1 and is optimally 30-60 μm. It is.
[ 0008 ]
Next, after providing an arbitrary picture layer 4 on the flat surface excluding the embossed part 2 of the colored substrate 1 to which the embossed part thus obtained is applied, a top coat for protecting the picture layer 4 By providing the layer 5, a single-layer embossed decorative sheet according to the present invention is obtained. In addition, when the pattern of the embossed part is a conduit pattern of the grain, and the grain pattern is used for the pattern layer 4, it is possible to embed ink in the conduit pattern of the embossed part 2 and further improve the design of the embossed decorative sheet. Is possible.
[ 0009 ]
The composition of the ink embedded in the pattern layer 4 and the embossed portion 2 is not particularly limited, but urethane ink is desirable in consideration of, for example, adhesion to the olefin sheet and cohesion of the ink itself.
[ 0010 ]
Further, there is no particular restriction on the composition of the top coat layer 5 applied for protecting the pattern layer 4, but considering the physical properties such as adhesion to the substrate, surface hardness and solvent resistance, Among these, a two-component curing type with an isocyanate curing agent is optimal.
[ 0011 ]
[Action]
As shown above, the thermoplastic resin colored as in the present invention is melt-extruded on a cooling roll having an embossed plate formed on the surface thereof using an extruder to form a colored substrate. In addition, by applying an arbitrary pattern layer to the flat surface excluding the embossed part of this base material, and further providing a topcoat layer, it becomes possible to give embossing to a thin sheet with good reproducibility. A decorative sheet having good post-workability even at low temperatures and excellent design can be realized at low cost.
[ 0012 ]
【Example】
<Example 1>
Random polymerization type polypropylene resin containing 12% by weight of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene rubber, 6% by weight of inorganic pigment, 0.2% by weight of phenolic antioxidant, 0% of benzotriazole UV absorber Cooling with an embossing plate on which a resin with 3 wt% and 0.3 wt% of a hindered amine light stabilizer added is cooled at a water temperature of 20 ° C using an extruder at a temperature of 250 ° C. Extruded onto a roll to form a colored substrate having an embossed part on a 60 μm thick sheet. Next, urethane ink (Toyo Ink Manufactured; Lamister) is embedded in the conduit (concave portion) of this embossed part, and the grain pattern layer with urethane-based ink (Toyo Ink Manufactured; Lamister) is applied to the flat part excluding the embossed part. Was given. After that, a decorative top sheet coated with a urethane top coat (manufactured by Toyo Ink; URV283) with a thickness of 3 to 5 μm by a gravure printing method on the pattern layer, and a single layer embossing is applied. Obtained.
[ 0013 ]
<Comparative Example 1>
A sheet obtained by gravure-printing a wood grain pattern with a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin ink (manufactured by Toyo Ink; VCGT) on a colored vinyl chloride base material having a thickness of 90 μm, and a transparent layer having a thickness of 90 μm Laminate adhesion and embossing of the vinyl chloride sheet were simultaneously performed by hot pressing at a temperature of 180 ° C. to obtain a two-layer embossed decorative sheet made of vinyl chloride resin.
[ 0014 ]
<Comparative example 2>
A flat sheet having a thickness of 90 μm is prepared by extrusion using the same resin as in Example 1, and a pattern layer is provided on the pattern layer with the same pattern ink as in Example 1, and then the example is formed on the pattern layer side. A transparent resin from which the colorant was removed from the same resin as that of No. 1 was extruded, and lamination solidification and embossing were simultaneously performed by a cooling roll provided with an embossed portion, to obtain a two-layer sheet with an embossed portion having a total thickness of 180 μm. Thereafter, the embossed portion is filled with the same ink as in Example 1 and then the same topcoat as in Example 1 is applied to form an olefin-based two-layer embossed decorative sheet. Obtained.
[ 0015 ]
The design property of the decorative sheet thus obtained is determined by the ratio of the depth of the embossed plate and the embossed part of the decorative sheet obtained, and the post-processing suitability is the bent end after the cut processing at 0 ° C. The degree of whitening was evaluated. Table 1 shows the superiority and inferiority in cost and environment according to these test results.
[ 0016 ]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004029434
[ 0017 ]
As is clear from Table 1, the embossed decorative sheet obtained as in the present invention has good reproducibility of the embossed part because of the simultaneous embossing method with extrusion, and is excellent in design, and has a single layer. It can be seen that the sheet is excellent in post-workability at low temperatures, is inexpensive, and is excellent in environmental suitability if an olefin-based material is used.
[ 0018 ]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, because of the embossing method simultaneously with extrusion, even a single-layer thin sheet has excellent emboss reproducibility, and because of the thin sheet, it has excellent post-processing suitability at low temperatures. An inexpensive embossed decorative sheet can be obtained.
