【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an exercise guidance support system for supporting exercise guidance performed for a person diagnosed as requiring exercise therapy.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, patients with lifestyle-related diseases and those in the reserve group are often given exercise therapy under the guidance of a specialist at a medical institution when a lack of exercise is pointed out by a doctor's diagnosis. When exercise therapy is performed, a medical institution specialist decides the type of exercise, exercise time, etc. in advance for each lifestyle-related disease patient or a person in the reserve group to practice exercise.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As mentioned above, when a practitioner who is a lifestyle-related disease patient or a person in the reserve group is designated by an expert of a medical institution, for example, if he / she walks rapidly, each exercise practitioner must perform that exercise. The intensity of the exercise perceived by the person, that is, the perceived exercise intensity varies depending on each exercise practitioner.
However, conventionally, since exercise guidance is performed based on the exercise intensity quantitatively measured by the exercise intensity measuring device worn by the exercise practitioner, exercise therapy suitable for each exercise practitioner is performed. There is a problem that is not always.
[0004]
Therefore, in the present invention, by presenting exercise guidance information suitable for each exercise practitioner based on the correlation between the subjective exercise intensity of the exercise practiced by the exercise practitioner and the exercise intensity measured quantitatively. Therefore, it is an issue to be solved to provide an exercise guidance support system that enables medical professionals to perform appropriate exercise therapy for each exercise practitioner.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem can be solved by the exercise guidance support system described in the claims.
[0006]
According to the exercise guidance support system according to claim 1, the strength of the exercise practiced by the exercise practitioner is recognized as “very easy”, “ It is determined from one of a plurality of subjective exercise intensity levels of “Easy”, “Easy”, “Slightly tight” and “Tight”, and the determined subjective exercise intensity is determined by an input means provided on the terminal. When an input operation is performed, the exercise guidance information presenting means provided on the server or the information device of the medical institution correlates the subjective exercise intensity input by the input means of the terminal and the exercise intensity of the exercise practiced by the exercise practitioner. The exercise guidance information for the exercise practitioner can be presented based on the relationship and the exercise time of the exercise practiced by the exercise practitioner. Thereby, the specialist of the medical institution can present exercise instruction information suitable for each exercise practitioner, and can appropriately instruct the exercise of each exercise practitioner.
[0007]
