【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic warehouse facility (automatic warehouse system) suitable for storing various samples.)It is related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In laboratories and companies such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and biological systems, a large number of types and amounts of samples may be used. Examples of the samples include reagents, chemicals, chemical substances, gene samples, blood samples, tissue samples, soil samples, seed samples, and the like.
[0003]
When these samples are handled for testing or research, there are cases where one sample is handled as a unit, and various types of sample groups are handled as a single unit.
[0004]
In the former case, the samples are generally sealed in a small cylindrical container such as a vial or mini-tube, and a large number of these small containers are placed in indirect receiving holes with upward openings formed in a rectangular parallelepiped container. Inserted and held upright. A container that holds a large number of small cylindrical containers can be called an indirect storage container.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the latter case, as represented by a deep well, a rectangular parallelepiped container in which a large number of directly enclosing holes are opened upward is used, which is provided with a detachable lid. A container that directly encloses samples in this way can be called a direct storage container.
[0006]
These containers (storage / conveying containers) are selectively used depending on the application. Regardless of which type of container is used, the number of containers rises to an enormous amount, so an automatic warehouse facility that automatically performs storage is required.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Whether it is an indirect storage container or a direct storage container, if there are too many types of samples held in one container, it will be difficult to handle because unnecessary samples will be delivered. . In addition, the container cannot be made too large for the convenience of carrying it by hand in the work area.
[0008]
Since containers cannot be made so large in this way, when making automatic warehouse equipment using these containers, from the point of ease of loading and unloading, a plurality of containers are loaded on the tray and passed through the tray. It is preferably stored in and removed from the shelf device.
[0009]
In this case, there are various ways to arrange the containers on the tray and the storage form of the tray on the shelf device. However, the efficiency for loading and unloading samples, the storage efficiency of the shelf device, and the loading of the container on the tray are considered. Ease of unloading or easy loading / unloading of trays on an automatic loading / unloading device such as a stacker crane is required.
[0010]
The invention of the present application is an automatic warehouse installation that meets such demands.Provision of equipmentIs an issue.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The automatic warehouse equipment according to the present invention includes a large number of containers capable of storing various types of samples, a large number of trays capable of loading a plurality of containers, a shelf device capable of storing a large number of trays, an automatic loading / unloading system, It has.
[0012]
in frontThe tray is formed in an elongated shape in plan view so that a plurality of containers can be stacked in a line, and the shelf device has a number of unit storage units that can store one tray in a posture extending in the depth direction. Is formed.
[0013]
AlsoThe container has a direct storage container in which a large number of direct sealing holes for directly receiving samples are formed, and an indirect storage type in which a large number of indirect storage portions in which small containers for sample sealing are removably accommodated are formed. Consists of two types of containersThe
[0014]
Furthermore, automatic warehouse equipmentA storage area in which the shelf device is disposed, and a loading / unloading room in which a hand-drawn cart for collection and delivery can be set, an automatic transfer area between the storage area and the loading / unloading room, and the indirect storage There are two types of storage containers: an indirect storage container for storage that circulates between the storage area and the automatic transfer area, and an indirect storage container for work that circulates between the automatic transfer area, the loading / unloading room, and the work area. in use.
[0015]
On the other hand, two types of trays are used: a storage tray that circulates in the storage area and the automatic transfer area, and a work tray that circulates in the automatic transfer area, the loading / unloading chamber, and the work area.
[0016]
In the automatic transfer area, small containers include a conveyor group for separately transporting the storage tray and the work tray, a storage indirect storage container transported via the tray, and a work indirect storage container. And a second transfer device with a clamp device for directly transferring the storage container to the storage tray and the work tray in the middle of conveyance.
[0017]
Further, the storage tray and the work tray are provided with through holes for enabling the direct storage container to be pushed up by the elevating member.
[0018]
[0019]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
When loading a plurality of containers on a tray, there are a mode in which containers are stacked in a plurality of rows (single row mode) and a mode in which containers are stacked in a row (parallel mode). Moreover, as an aspect which stores an elongate tray in a shelf apparatus, the aspect stored in the attitude | position which a tray extends in the frontage direction of a shelf apparatus, and the aspect stored in the attitude | position which a tray extends in the depth direction of a shelf apparatus Can be considered.
[0020]
However, if the number of containers arranged in a line is the same in the single-row method and the double-row method, the number of containers in the double-row method becomes too large, and the frequency with which unnecessary containers are taken out from the shelf device is reduced. On the contrary, there is a risk that the loading / unloading efficiency will decrease.
[0021]
In addition, if the trays are arranged in a posture extending in the direction of the front of the shelf, the depth size of the shelf device becomes small, so that the length of the shelf device inevitably becomes long to store a large amount of trays. As a result, the storage efficiency of the tray is inevitably lowered when it is installed in a place where the length of the room is limited.
[0022]
On the other hand, in the present invention, since the containers are arranged in a row in the tray, it is possible to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading by reducing the frequency with which unnecessary containers are taken out. Because it is stored in a posture that extends long in the depth direction, it is possible to improve the efficiency for loading and unloading by shortening the travel distance of loading and unloading devices such as stacker cranes, and many even if the length of the installation space is limited Can be stored efficiently.
[0023]
As in the embodiment, when the tray is formed into a plate shape or a shallow container shape with an upward opening,The manufacturing cost can be reduced by suppressing the amount of material used. Further, since the weight can be reduced, the shelf device does not need to have an excessively strong structure, and as a result, the manufacturing cost of the shelf device can be reduced.
[0024]
By the way, when a sample is sealed in a small cylindrical container such as a vial or a mini tube, not all the samples stored in one indirect storage container are used. Often only the part is used.
[0025]
However, conventionally, even when only a part of the sample is required, the indirect storage type container is transported as it is to the shelf device and the work area, so that a great deal of waste has occurred. In addition, in this type of automatic sample warehouse, the inside of the shelf apparatus is kept at a low temperature of, for example, about + 5 ° C. to −20 ° C. in order to prevent the sample from being altered or deteriorated. In addition, since the work area is at room temperature, there is a possibility that an unnecessary sample is transported to the room temperature work area and the sample is deteriorated.
[0026]
On the contraryIn the present invention,Since only necessary samples can be taken out of the samples stored in the indirect storage container, the efficiency for loading and unloading can be improved and it must not be used.InoIt is possible to prevent alteration and the like due to being transported to the work area.
[0027]
AlsoTheThe trays are divided into storage trays and work trays.BecauseThe storage tray is sized in consideration of storage efficiency, etc., while the work tray needs to be sized in consideration of the ease of carrying by workers, so both storage efficiency and ease of work are compatible. Can be made. Further, even if the inside of the shelf device is cooled to a low temperature, the work tray and the work indirect storage container are not cooled.
[0028]
Furthermore, when the direct storage container is transferred between the storage tray and the work tray by the transfer mechanism equipped with the clamp device, the clamp member can be directly clamped because it can be clamped by the clamp device while the direct storage container is lifted. The container can be brought into contact with the bottom surface of the container, so that the direct container can be securely clamped in a non-dropable state and transferred to the storage tray and the work tray. That is, the direct containment container can be reliably transferred without causing a fall accident.
[0029]

The
[0152]
The end of the second conveyor C2 and the end of the third conveyor C3 are crossed, and the third conveyor C3 includes a lift conveyor C3 ′ disposed between the belts B4 of the second conveyor C2, and a second conveyor C3 ′. It is composed of a fixed conveyor C3 ″ arranged outside the conveyor C2, and each has two belts. The fixed conveyor C3 ″ is slightly higher than the second conveyor C2. The storage tray 4 can be inherited from the second conveyor C2 by raising the elevating conveyor C3 ′.
[0153]
All of the belts constituting the above-described conveyor group are of a timing belt type, and the surface on which the storage tray 4 is placed is not slippery.MeThe gear-shaped teeth are formed. Each conveyor group is not limited to the timing belt system, and can adopt various structures such as a flat belt system, a roller conveyor system, and a chain system. Moreover, when using an elongated timing belt-like belt as in the embodiment, three or more belts may run in parallel.
[0154]
As is apparent from FIGS. 30 to 32, the
