Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a passage opening provided in a partition panel when partitioning a building space having a wide floor area such as a doorway of various buildings, its internal passage, or a school building, a hospital, etc. according to the purpose. The present invention relates to an overhanging structure of an upper suspension type sliding door that opens and closes, and more particularly to a blindfold cover structure of the upper suspension sliding door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a passage opening is formed in the partition panel in order to reduce the cost by prefabrication in the factory and to improve the efficiency of on-site work, the suspension vehicle is suspended beforehand on both sides at the factory in advance. A cover that hides both sides of the upper rail is mounted on the upper rail, and this cover is assembled and placed in a passage opening composed of at least a pair of left and right vertical frames and a horizontal rail. However, at the time of mounting, it was necessary to bolt the sliding door on a hanger extending downward from the upper suspension car and to suspend the sliding door on the upper rail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, at the time of bolting, the sliding door must be maintained in a lifted state, which is troublesome. Therefore, the blindfold cover can be attached to the site from the front and back of the doorway, and a hanger is attached to the sliding door in advance, and the vehicle suspended on the upper rail is installed on the site before the blindfold cover is installed. It may be possible to suspend the installation procedure, but in this case, it is necessary to perform troublesome work such as screwing the blindfold cover from the front and back sides of the doorway to the upper rail, and the cover seam. In addition, there are design problems such as exposure of the screw head and the appearance beauty of the doorway.
[0004]
The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and its object is to attach a blindfold cover to the upper rail in a structure having a window opening such as a space on an intermediate horizontal rail such as a partition panel. At the same time, paying attention to the fact that the installation work can be done from the upper side of the upper rail, it is easy to install the sliding door on site, and the attached blindfold cover has no problem in appearance, and it is an excellent hanging type sliding door An object of the present invention is to provide a cover structure for the upper suspension sliding door, in particular, a blindfold cover structure for the upper suspension sliding door.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, in the first aspect, as has been clarified in the illustrated embodiment, a window opening M is provided at the upper part of the upper rail 4, and the passage opening opened and closed by the upper suspension type sliding door 3 at the lower part of the upper rail 4. In the upper suspension structure of the sliding door provided with the portion T, the upper rail 4 is also used as a horizontal rail, for example, is formed of a beam material having a substantially cross-sectional shape and protrudes from the center of the lower side to both external sides. The upper suspension type sliding door is suspended by an upper suspension car 5 traveling on 4a, and a substantially cross-sectional U-shaped blindfold cover 7 which is a separate member from the upper rail 4 is attached from the upper side of the upper rail 4. Thus, the upper rail 4 and the outer sides of the upper rail 4 are covered .
[0006]
Further, after the blindfold cover 7 is attached, the lower guide rail 9 for opening and closing the shoji door 5 is attached by a fixing means 10 such as a screw in common with the blindfold cover 7.
[0008]
In such a configuration, the hanger 11 is attached to the sliding door 3 in advance, and the blindfold cover is applied even before the installation of the blindfold cover 7 in the construction procedure of hanging the upper suspension vehicle 5 on the upper rail 4 on the site. 7 is attached from the upper side of the upper rail 4 and can cover the front and rear surfaces of the upper rail 4, so that the upper suspension type sliding door 3 can be easily assembled in the field, and the blind cover 7 is attached. There is an advantage that the appearance of the doorway is not damaged at all.
[0009]
When this configuration is adopted for the partition panel, the upper rail 3 also serves as a horizontal rail when the screen doors 6 and 6 are installed in the window opening M such as the above-mentioned balustrade, and the blind cover 7 Prior to mounting the lower guide rail 9 of the door, it may be mounted from the upper side of the upper rail 3 and fixed together with the lower guide rail 9. This further simplifies on-site assembly work.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the upper suspension structure of the upper suspension type sliding door of the present invention will be specifically described in the illustrated embodiment. In this case, the upper suspension structure of the upper suspension type sliding door of the present invention is adopted in the structure of the partition panel for partitioning a building space such as a school building or a hospital. This partition panel is composed of at least a pair of left and right vertical frames 1, 1 and an upper horizontal frame 2. When there is a member that replaces the vertical frame, such as a pillar of the building itself, at least one or both of the left and right vertical frames can be omitted. And when attaching the upper suspension sliding door 3 to this partition panel, the upper rail 4 which suspends the sliding door 3 is substantially cross-sectional E-shaped, for example, the both-sides outer edge part, and in this embodiment, it extends in the left-right parallel. The suspension vehicle 5 is suspended from the upper rail portions 4 a and 4 a via the hanger 11. In this embodiment, the upper rail 4 also serves as an intermediate horizontal beam as a beam member when the shoji doors 6 and 6 are installed in the window opening M serving as the above-mentioned space.
[0012]
In the blindfold cover structure of the present invention for concealing both side portions of the upper rail 4, the upper rail 4 is installed between the standing frames 1 and 1 via the window opening M on the lower side of the upper lateral frame 2. The blindfold cover 7 is configured separately from the upper rail 4 and has a substantially U-shaped cross section attached to the upper rail 4 from above. The blind cover 7 is made of a metal such as an aluminum material or a plastic material.
[0013]
In addition, in order to mount the shoji doors 6 and 6 in the space of the window opening M, an upper guide rail 8 for the shoji door is disposed below the upper lateral frame 2 and is disposed on the upper side of the upper rail 4 on the site. Lower guide rails 9 mounted by fixing means 10 such as screws are provided respectively. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a guide member for guiding the lower side of the sliding door 3 and is attached to the floor surface. The guide member 12 includes, for example, a floor mounting base 12a, a support shaft 12b provided vertically thereon, and a guide roller 12c provided on the upper end thereof.
[0014]
In such a configuration, a partition panel including at least the left and right vertical frames 1, 1, the upper horizontal frame 2, and the upper rail 4 as an intermediate horizontal rail is manufactured in advance at the factory. At this time, with respect to the sliding door 3, a hanger 11 that pivotally supports the upper suspension wheel 5 is mounted on the upper part of the sliding door 3. Then, before installing the blindfold cover 7 with the partition panel installed, the upper suspension car 5 is suspended from the upper rail 3 and the sliding door 3 is suspended. Thereafter, the blindfold cover 7 is placed from the upper side of the upper rail 3. Next, the lower guide rail 9 for the shoji doors 6 and 6 is inserted, and the blindfold cover 7 and the lower guide rail 9 are commonly attached and fixed by the fixing means 10. Finally, the shoji doors 6 and 6 can be inserted. Accordingly, not only can the sliding door 3 be easily incorporated into the partition panel at the site, but also the installation of the blind cover 7 is simple, and the appearance of the doorway is not impaired.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has been described in detail above, and when attaching the blindfold cover to the upper rail, it is possible to perform the installation work from the upper side of the upper rail. The provided blind cover also provides excellent effects such as no problem on the appearance.
