工事用仮設踏切遮断機は、一般の踏切遮断機と同様に遮断棹方式で、一方を支持した遮断棹を垂直から水平に揺動させることで踏切を遮断し、遮断棹を水平から垂直に揺動させることで踏切を開放する構造である。

請求項1に係る発明は、通路を遮断及び開放する開閉柵において、所定の間隔を隔てて起倒可能に配置した複数の支柱と、各支柱間に接続した遮断ロープと、全支柱を垂直に起立させ、かつ水平に寝かせる起倒手段とを具備し、一方の最外側の支柱に牽引および繰出し可能にロープを接続し、他方の最外側の支柱にロープを介して重錘を接続し、前記ロープの牽引により全支柱を鉛直に起立させ、重錘の自重により全支柱を水平に傾倒させるように構成したことを特徴とする、開閉柵である。
請求項2に係る発明は、請求項1に記載の開閉柵において、各支柱の下部を、該支柱を収容可能な収容溝を形成した支持部材の溝底に起倒可能に枢支したことを特徴とする、開閉柵である。
請求項に係る発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載の開閉柵において、各支柱の中間部にリンクの両端をピンで連結したことを特徴とする、開閉柵である。

【発明の実施の形態1】
以下図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。

〈イ〉開閉柵の構成
図1〜図4に開閉柵の一例を示す。
開閉柵は、所定の間隔を隔てて起倒可能に配置した複数の支柱1と、各支柱1間に接続した遮断ロープ2と、全支柱1を垂直に起立させたり、水平に寝かせる起倒手段とを具備する。以下、各部の詳細について説明する。

〈ロ〉支柱
支柱1は遮断ロープ2を水平に張るための部材で、その下部が図2に示す如く支持部材3の溝底に支軸4により回転可能に枢支されている。
支持部材3は鋼材等で断面C字形に形成し、その全長に亘って上方を開放した収容溝5を有する。支持部材3は地盤6に埋設される。
収容溝5の開口幅は支柱1を収容して格納可能な寸法に設定してある。
支柱1の自由端には、各種素材のロープ材やチェーンなどの遮断ロープ2を接続3し得るようになっている。

〈ハ〉起倒手段
図1において、支持部材3の左方端に駆動源付きのウインチ7が設置されている。ウインチ7から伸びるロープ8の途中が複数の滑車に係合すると共に、その端が左端の支柱1の上部に接続している。ウインチ7によるロープ8の巻取操作によって全支柱1群を垂直方向に牽引して起立できるようになっている。

また右端の支柱1の上部に別途のロープ9の一端が接続していて、このロープ9の他端に重錘10が接続している。ロープ9の途中は複数の滑車に係合していて、重錘10の重量がロープ9を通じて右端の支柱1の上部に伝え、全支柱1群を水平に倒す方向の力として常時作用している。通常は、重錘10の重量により支柱が水平に倒れている。
以上の支柱1の起倒手段は一例であり、その他の公知の牽引手段を採用できることは勿論である。

これを現場に設置する。そして各支柱1間に遮断ロープ2を接続したり、各ロープ8,9を最外側の支柱1,1にシャックルなどを介して夫々接続する。
本発明に係る開閉柵は片持式の棹を用いないので、柵の全長に制約を受けない。
