【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主に、生ゴミの如き有機性廃棄物等を肥料や飼料等として活用すべく発酵処理或いは乾燥処理が行えるようにした発酵或いは乾燥処理機に於いて、特に、有機性廃棄物等の最適な撹拌処理が、確実に行え、短時間で行え、且つ能率良く行えるようにすると共に、発酵或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等を処理ドラム内からスムーズに排出(移送)できるように工夫した発酵或いは乾燥処理機に於ける撹拌移送装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の発酵或いは乾燥処理機としては種々のものが提供されており、例えば、特許文献1の有機性廃棄物の処理装置のように、ドラムを回転自在に支持し、このドラム内表面に撹拌羽根を固着し、ドラムを回転せしめることで、ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を撹拌できるようにしたタイプのものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述の如き処理装置にあっては、例えば、水分調整材として予め投入されているおが屑と生ゴミの如き有機性廃棄物とでは大きな比重差があり、また、有機性廃棄物の中でも比較的大きな比重差があるため、これらの有機性廃棄物等を処理(撹拌)する場合、ドラムの回転と、ドラム内表面に固着した撹拌羽根とによる撹拌だけでは、これらが十分に且つ均一に撹拌され難い難点があった。しかも、ある程度撹拌できたとしてもその処理時間が長くかかる等の難点があった。
更に、発酵或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等をドラム外に排出する際、これがスムーズに且つ連続的に行い難い等の難点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は、前述の如き難点等を解消し、比較的大きな比重差のある有機性廃棄物等を処理(撹拌)する場合であっても、これらが短時間で均一に撹拌されるようになり、また、発酵或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等を処理ドラム外にスムーズに且つ連続的に排出できるようになり、しかも、取扱いが容易で、構成が簡素で、耐久性に優れた発酵或いは乾燥処理機に於ける撹拌移送装置を提供できるようにすべく創出されたものである。
しかして、請求項1記載の撹拌移送装置にあっては、架台Aに回転自在に横設されると共に、適宜駆動手段によって正逆自在に駆動回転する回転ドラムBと、この回転ドラムBの一端部を塞ぐように架台Aに取付け可能な一方のドラム端部Cと、回転ドラムBの他端部を塞ぐように架台Aに取付け可能な他方のドラム端部Dとからなる処理ドラムを形成し、この処理ドラムの一方のドラム端部Cの上部には、有機性廃棄物等の投入手段を設け、他方のドラム端部Dの下部には、発酵処理或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等を排出する排出部35を設け、生ゴミの如き有機性廃棄物等を発酵処理或いは乾燥処理して、肥料や飼料等として活用できるように形成した発酵或いは乾燥処理機に於いて、回転ドラムBの内表面に固定され、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を回転ドラムBの回転方向に沿って掬い上げるような複数の固定羽根片Fと、一対のドラム端部C、Dの下部左右に夫々設けた軸受を介して略平行に配されると共に、一方のドラム端部Cの軸受と他方のドラム端部Dの軸受とで回転自在に軸架される一対の撹拌羽根体Eとを備え、一方の撹拌羽根体Eは、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を一方のドラム端部Cがわから他方のドラム端部Dがわに向って移送するように構成し、他方の撹拌羽根体Eは、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を他方のドラム端部Dがわから一方のドラム端部Cがわに向って移送するように構成し、一方の撹拌羽根体Eは、回転軸40の他方のドラム端部Dがわ部分に於いて回転羽根片41を設けないように形成し、他方の撹拌羽根体Eは、回転軸40の一方のドラム端部Cがわ部分に於いて回転羽根片41を設けないように形成し、一対の撹拌羽根体Eの駆動回転によって、処理ドラム内下部の有機性廃棄物等が無端環状に移送されるように構成する手段を採用した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示例に基づいて説明すると、次の通りである。
本発明は、例えば、処理ドラム内に、水分調整材としてのおが屑等を投入し、加えて、公知の微生物を混入し、この中に一般家庭や、企業等から出される生ゴミの如き有機性廃棄物を投入して、撹拌することにより、処理ドラム内で微生物を繁殖、活性化せしめ、有機性廃棄物の発酵、分解を促し、有機性廃棄物の大幅な減容や、或いは、乾燥処理により肥料や飼料等として活用できるようにした発酵或いは乾燥処理機に於いて、処理ドラム内での有機性廃棄物等の最適な撹拌処理がより短い時間で能率良く行えるようにすると共に、発酵処理或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等を処理ドラム内からスムーズに排出(移送)できるように構成した撹拌移送装置である。

そして、本発明の撹拌移送装置が設けられる発酵或いは乾燥処理機にあっては、適宜構成の架台Aの上に適宜支持手段を介して回転自在に横設されると共に、適宜駆動手段を介して正逆自在に駆動回転するよう形成される回転ドラムBと、適宜取付手段を介して架台Aの上に取付けられると共に、回転ドラムBの一端部を密閉状態に塞ぐことができるように形成される一方のドラム端部Cと、適宜取付手段を介して架台Aの上に取付けられると共に、回転ドラムBの他端部を密閉状態に塞ぐことができるように形成される他方のドラム端部Dとで処理ドラムを形成する。

更に、前記処理ドラムの一方のドラム端部Cの上部には、有機性廃棄物等をスムーズに投入できるような適宜投入手段(投入部30)を設け、他方のドラム端部Dの下部には、発酵、乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等をスムーズに排出できるような排出部35を設けてある。

それから、本発明の撹拌移送装置にあっては、回転ドラムBの内表面には、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を回転ドラムBの回転方向に沿って掬い上げるような複数の略帯板状の固定羽根片Fを固定する。

そして、一対のドラム端部C、Dの下部左右に夫々設けた軸受を介して略平行に配されると共に、一方のドラム端部Cの軸受と他方のドラム端部Dの軸受とで回転自在に軸架される一対の撹拌羽根体Eを形成する。
しかも、一方の撹拌羽根体Eは、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を一方のドラム端部Cがわから他方のドラム端部Dがわに向って確実に且つスムーズに移送できるように構成され、他方の撹拌羽根体Eは、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を他方のドラム端部Dがわから一方のドラム端部Cがわに向って確実に且つスムーズに移送できるように構成されており、一対の撹拌羽根体Eの駆動回転によって、処理ドラム内下部の有機性廃棄物等を無端環状に移送できるように構成されている。
すなわち、駆動回転する一対の撹拌羽根体Eと、回転ドラムBの内表面に固定され、回転ドラムBと共に回転する複数の撹拌羽根体Fとによって、比較的大きな比重差のある有機性廃棄物等(おが屑等と生ゴミの如き有機性廃棄物)を処理(撹拌)する場合であっても、これらを短時間で且つ均一に撹拌できるよう構成してある。
尚、一対の撹拌羽根体Eの駆動回転動作は、回転ドラムB及び回転ドラムB内表面に固定した複数の撹拌羽根体Fの回転動作とは別個に行うことができるように構成されており、一対の撹拌羽根体Eの駆動回転によって、発酵処理或いは乾燥処理された有機性廃棄物等の一部或いは全部を、発酵処理作業或いは乾燥処理作業を中断することなく排出部35から処理ドラム外にスムーズに且つ連続的に排出できるように構成してある。

そして、図1乃至図3に示すような撹拌羽根体Eは、一方のドラム端部Cの軸受と他方のドラム端部Dの軸受とで回転自在に軸架されると共に、ギャードモータ45によって回転する回転軸40と、この回転軸40を囲繞するように配されると共に、螺旋状に捩れた状態に配される略長尺螺旋帯状の回転羽根片41と、この回転羽根片41を回転軸40に連結する複数の連結片42とで構成されており、回転軸40と共に回転する回転羽根片41によって、回転軸40近傍にある有機性廃棄物等を回転軸40の軸心方向に沿って連続的に且つ確実に移送できるよう構成されたものである。

更に、他方の撹拌羽根体Eは、処理ドラム内の有機性廃棄物等を他方のドラム端部Dがわから一方のドラム端部Cがわに向って確実に且つスムーズに移送できるように構成されている。尚、他方の撹拌羽根体Eの一端がわ(一方のドラム端部Cがわ)に移送された有機性廃棄物等が、一方の撹拌羽根体Eの一端がわにスムーズに移送されるように、図示例では、回転軸40の一方のドラム端部Cがわ部分に於いて回転羽根片41を設けてない

また、図4乃至図6に示すような撹拌羽根体Eは、一方のドラム端部Cの軸受と他方のドラム端部Dの軸受とで回転自在に軸架されると共に、ギャードモータによって回転する回転軸50と、この回転軸50の軸心方向に沿って適宜間隔に配されると共に、回転軸50の回転方向に沿って適宜間隔宛捩れた状態に配される複数の回転羽根片51と、この複数の回転羽根片51を回転軸50に連結する複数の連結片52とで構成されており、回転軸50と共に回転する複数の回転羽根片51によって、回転軸50近傍にある有機性廃棄物等を回転軸50の軸心方向に連続的に且つ確実に移送できるように構成されたものである。

前記架台Aは、例えば、アングル材等の適宜型材や、その他鋼材や、その他金属材等を溶接手段等によって適宜形状に連結して構成され、安定性に優れ、強度が高く、耐久性に優れ、できる限りコンパクトとなるように組立てられたものが利用される。
そして、この架台Aには、例えば、四つの支持ローラ1が回転自在に支持されていると共に、この四つの支持ローラ1の回転中心が平行となるように揃えられており、この四つの支持ローラ1によって回転ドラムBが僅かな力でスムーズに回転するよう形成されている。

更に、ドラム基筒10の外表面部分には、支持ローラ1に直に接触する一対のガイドリング20が所定位置(支持ローラ1の間隔に対応した位置)に外装固着してあり、回転ドラムB(ドラム基筒10)の耐久性が向上するように形成してある。しかも、ガイドリング20には短いフランジ部分が周設してあり、このフランジ部分が支持ローラ1の側面に接触することで、回転ドラムBの筒心方向での移動を規制している。

ところで、前記窓孔部11や、窓蓋板12や、通気フィルター等は、回転ドラムBに設けてなくても良い。

しかも、側板部の下部左右には撹拌羽根体Eを回転自在に支持する軸受が固定されており、側板部上部と周胴部上部とに跨るように、投入部30に連通する投入筒が固定され、周胴部上部には、温風供給手段からの温風(或いは、熱風)が供給される温風導入部32が設けられている。

また、側板部の下部左右には撹拌羽根体Eを回転自在に支持する軸受が固定されており、側板部下部には、排出口と、この排出口を開閉自在な蓋板からなる排出部35が設けられ、側板部上部には、処理ドラム内の温風を排気するための温風排気部37が設けられている。

ところで、回転ドラムBとドラム端部C、Dとの接触部分夫々には、還状のパッキン(例えば、グランドパッキン)が介装されて、回転ドラムBが摺動し易く且つその部分の気密性が確実に保てるように構成されている。

具体的には、例えば、ドラム端部C、Dに、横断面略溝状のリング体を外装固着し、このリング体の溝内に押圧リングとパッキンを夫々収容し、回転ドラムBの両開放端部に、横断面略L字状のリング体を外装固着し、この横断面略L字状のリング体の先端周縁部分を、前記横断面略溝状のリング体の溝部分に収容せしめるようにして構成されている。このとき、リング体に螺着した複数の締付用ネジによって押圧リングを押圧し、この押圧リングによってパッキンが前記リング体の先端周縁部分に均一に圧接されて、この部分の気密性等が確実に維持できるようにしてある(図示せず)。
または、回転ドラムBの開放端部に、横断面略溝状のリング体を外装固着し、このリング体の溝内に押圧リングとパッキンを夫々収容し、ドラム端部C、Dに、リング体を固着し、このリング体を、前記横断面略溝状のリング体の溝部分に収容せしめるようにして構成しても良い。

ところで、本発明の撹拌移送装置が組込まれる発酵或いは乾燥処理機は、例えば、前述の如き処理ドラムを囲繞外装体Gによって全体的に覆うように構成され、この囲繞外装体Gは、有機性廃棄物等の臭いや、回転ドラムBの回転音等が外部に漏れないようにすると共に外観上の体裁が良好となるように、処理ドラム全体を確実に且つ簡単に囲繞できるように構成されたものである。尚、この囲繞外装体Gは、処理ドラム部分の熱が外部に逃げて、熱エネルギーの損失がおきないように断熱性を有する材料等を利用して構成しても良い。

そして、囲繞外装体Gの他端がわには、排出口61と、この排出口61を開閉自在な排出蓋62とが設けられており、更に、他方のドラム端部Dの排出部35と、排出口61とを結ぶような排出路60が設けられている。すなわち、処理が終わった有機性廃棄物等を処理ドラムから排出するときに、排出部35を開いて有機性廃棄物等が処理ドラム外に排出すると、排出路60を経て排出口61から囲繞外装体G外にスムーズに排出できるように構成されている。
更に、例えば、囲繞外装体Gの正面部分には、比較的大きな点検窓孔65が開口されていると共に、この点検窓孔65を開閉自在な点検窓蓋66が設けられている。
