本発明は、釣り用ベスト等の釣り用上衣に関し、特に、季節や天候等に応じて後身頃の使用状態を変更できる釣り用上衣に関する。

【従来の技術】
釣り用ベストには種々の形態のものがあるが、後身頃の通気性を二通りに変化させることのできるものがある。これは、後身頃の一部をメッシュ生地から構成すると共に、そのメッシュ部の外側をカバー体で覆うように構成し、そのカバー体を付けたり外したりできるものである。そして、例えば、夏場にはカバー体を取り外してメッシュ部を露出させて蒸れを抑制し、冬場にはカバー体を取り付けて防寒性を高めて使用することができる。

一方、鮎釣りや渓流釣り等のような川釣りを行う場合には、日券や年券等の入川券（入漁券、遊魚券）を購入し、これを携帯して釣りを行う必要がある。そして、釣り人は、監視人の求めに応じて入川券を提示することが必要となる。該入川券は、ケースに入れて首にかけたり、ピン等で衣服等に固定しておくこともでき、また入川券を入れるポケットのある帽子も提案されている（特許文献１）。しかしながら、鮎釣り等の場合には通常釣り用ベストを装着するため、その釣り用ベストのポケットに収納する方が便利である。そのため、入川券を収納できるポケットが前身頃に設けられているものもある。該ポケットは、その外面が透明プラスチックシートからなり、従って、収納した入川券を外部から視認することができる。

これに対して、図６のように前身頃ではなく後身頃に入川券用のポケット５１を設けることも考えられ、この場合、前身頃に他の釣り用小物を収納するためのポケットを数多く配置することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述のように着脱式のカバー体を備えている釣り用ベストにあっては、カバー体の着脱に関わらず入川券を収納できるポケットが要求される。図６のようにメッシュ部５０以外の部分にポケット５１を設けることもできるが、その分、メッシュ部５０の面積を広くとることは困難となり、後身頃に入川券用のポケットを設けていないものに比して通気性に劣る。これに対して、例えば、図６に示すものにおいて、ポケット５１の左右の部分もメッシュ部５０としてその領域を拡大することも可能ではあるが、メッシュ部５０が複雑な形状となって縫製が困難となる他、外観体裁上も問題がある。
かかる問題は、入川券用のポケットに限られず、外部からの視認が必要な物を収納するポケット全般に共通するものである。

それゆえに本発明は、外部から被収納物を視認可能なポケットを背面に設けつつも、縫製が容易で、メッシュ部の面積を容易に確保することができる釣り用上衣を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決すべくなされたものであり、本発明に係る釣り用上衣は、後身頃の少なくとも一部がメッシュ生地から構成され、該メッシュ部の外側を覆うカバー体が設けられ、該カバー体でメッシュ部を覆った第一使用状態とメッシュ部を露出させた第二使用状態とを任意に選択して使用できる釣り用上衣であって、外部から被収納物を視認可能なポケットを備え、該ポケットは、第一使用状態においてはカバー体の外側にその少なくとも一部が重なるように位置し、第二使用状態においてはメッシュ部の外側にその少なくとも一部が重なるように位置することを特徴とする。

該構成の釣り用上衣にあっては、外部から被収納物を視認可能なポケットの少なくとも一部が、第一、第二何れの使用状態においてもカバー体やメッシュ部の外側に重なるように配置されているため、重ならない構成に比してメッシュ部の面積を確保しやすくなり、且つ、メッシュ部の形状も複雑化しないので、縫製も容易である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る釣り用上衣の一実施形態として、図１乃至図５を参酌しつつ、背面部にメッシュ生地からなるメッシュ部２を有する釣り用ベストについて説明する。

該釣り用ベストは、後身頃１の一部がメッシュ生地から構成され、該メッシュ部２の外側を覆うカバー体３が設けられており、該カバー体３でメッシュ部２を覆った使用状態（第一使用状態）と、メッシュ部２を露出させた使用状態（第二使用状態）とを任意に選択して使用することができるように構成されている。
