Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connected desk used in office offices, conference rooms, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As for the above-mentioned office desks, a desk with a desired top board area can be obtained according to the size of the office and meeting rooms in the office, the number of people used, etc. There are many forms (non-address system) that can be arbitrarily partitioned according to the contents.
[0003]
By the way, as the above-mentioned connection type desk, those described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-12486 (Known Example 1) and JP-A-8-187128 (Known Example 2) are known.
[0004]
In the case of the above-described known example 1, when a long connecting desk is used, the beam member at the center in the front-rear direction is attached to one end leg, and the beam members are sequentially connected. The connected top plate is mounted on the beam member sequentially from the end leg side, and finally the other end leg is connected to the beam member and the connecting top plate. The joint (joint) of each connected top plate Alignment is connected by inserting a dowel pin projecting from one end into a hole formed in the other end, and a connecting rod is inserted as a strength member on the front end of the top plate. It is designed to be connected with a nut.
[0005]
Therefore, in the structure of the above-mentioned known example 1, since the assembly procedure is performed in order from one end, a temporary base for supporting the beam member is necessary, and the front and rear top plates are mounted on the beam member. Before mounting, it is necessary to connect the front and rear top plates with the side plates, and in that state, the top plate is mounted on the beam member, so a very large load is applied to the beam member supported by the temporary table. Will be applied.
[0006]
Therefore, it is necessary to give the beam member strength more than necessary, and since the top plates are connected only by the side plates before mounting on the beam member, this is mounted on the beam member. The top plate and the side plate are easily deformed when erected, and it is necessary to give this part strength more than necessary.
[0007]
Thus, since it is necessary to give each member the intensity | strength more than necessary, there exists a problem that it costs more than necessary. Further, when the top plate is mounted on the beam member, the top plate is connected in advance, so that the weight is large and the mounting work is not easy.
[0008]
For this reason, well-known example 2 has been proposed as a solution to the above problems. In the known example 2, a top plate holder is fixed on a self-supporting frame, and the top plate is fixed on the top plate receiver to form a desk unit. A leg is provided, and another desk unit is sequentially fixed and connected to the other end, and finally the other end leg is fixed. The top plate of each desk unit is jointed by fitting the dowel pin and the hole in the same manner as in the above-mentioned known example 1, and a connecting rod is inserted as a strength member on the front end side of the top plate and connected with a nut. It is made like that.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above-described known example 2, it is necessary to make the desk unit self-supporting, and therefore, there is a restriction between the depth of the frame and the depth of the top plate in order to make the desk unit independent. Arise. In other words, when trying to increase the depth of the top plate to obtain a wide top surface, the depth of the frame must inevitably be increased, and various depths are used to accommodate various ways of using the connected desk. It is necessary to prepare frames of various sizes according to the depth of the top plate, as a result, the number of parts increases, which is disadvantageous in terms of inventory. There is a problem of high cost.
[0010]
In addition, since the desk units are sequentially connected in the horizontal direction during assembly, the desk unit consisting of a combination of the frame, the top plate receiving plate, and the top plate must be moved. The burden becomes very large, and in addition, the adjacent top plates are placed on each frame-like desk unit, so that it is necessary to adjust the levels of each unit strictly.
[0011]
Further, it is pointed out in common with the above-mentioned known examples 1 and 2 that the jointing of the adjacent top plates is performed by fitting the knock pins and the holes, so that a large load is applied to one top plate side of the joint portion. When this occurs, the hole or knock pin into which the knock pin is fitted is deformed, resulting in a problem that a step is likely to occur in the joint portion, and the repair is not easy.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned various problems of the prior art, and is easy to assemble, reduces the burden on the operator, and obtains a low-cost connected desk with fewer parts. In addition, it is possible to develop desks of various top plate sizes, making it difficult for level differences to occur in the joints between the top plates, and even if there is a level difference, it can be easily repaired. A connected desk is provided.
[0013]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an end leg, an intermediate leg, an end top plate receiver fixed to the upper end of the end leg or an intermediate leg adjacent thereto, and the top plate receivers. A pair of top plates placed adjacent to each other, and a connecting rod having a length that can be penetrated in the longitudinal direction on the front side of each top plate, and having a threaded portion formed at the end portion An intermediate top plate holder that is fixed to the upper portion of the intermediate leg located in the middle and holds the joint portions of the adjacent top plates in close contact with each other, and the end portion of the connecting rod and the joint portion intersect each other The end of the connecting rod penetrating the top plate protrudes from the top of the top plate to define a connection recess that enables connection operation with a connecting nut, and the end along the joint portion of each top plate the lower surface forms the end for top plate receiving, the engagement stepped portion top plate receiving intermediate engages up to the connecting recess along the joints, the concave The connecting nuts are screwed into the threaded portions of the connecting rods of the top plates adjacent to each other so that the connecting rods can be connected together, and the end nuts are screwed into the threaded portions on the outer ends of the connecting rods. After the end legs and the intermediate legs adjacent to the end legs are connected, the intermediate legs located in the middle and the end legs at the opposite ends are connected to each other, and the top plate holders are mounted thereon, and the top plate is interposed therebetween. And tightening the outer end of the connecting rod with an end nut, and pulling the end of the connecting rod in the connecting recess on the lower surface of the joint portion of each top plate. Features.
[0014]
By connecting the side surfaces between the intermediate legs with a frame, closing the side surfaces with side plates, and ducting the inside between the side plates, a connection desk compatible with OA equipment can be obtained.
[0015]
Further, a height adjustment interval portion is formed between the top plate support and the top plate inside the engagement step portion, and an adjustment nut is inserted into the interval portion as non-rotating, and the bottom surface of the top plate support The height adjustment screw inserted from the side is screwed into the nut, and the height position of the top surface of the joint portion of the top plate can be finely adjusted according to the screwing amount of the screw. It is possible to adjust so as to eliminate the level difference generated in the case.
[0016]
Further, if there is provided a locking tool that is sized to match the connecting recess formed on the lower surface of the joint portion of the top plate and that is engaged with the connecting rod exposed in the recess, the connecting recess is provided. And you can hide the connecting nut inside and arrange the appearance.
[0017]
Further, the top plate holder for the end portion is configured to have a receiving plate extending mainly from the lower end of one side surface with a square pipe as a main body, and the intermediate top plate holder is a right and left side extending mainly from the lower end of both left and right side surfaces. With the structure having the receiving plate, even when the depth of the top plate is large, it can be supported without being bent, and in particular, it is possible to prevent a step in the joint portion of the top plate.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0019]

This is the same as the previous embodiment. According to this embodiment, there is an advantage that the number of intermediate legs can be reduced and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the top plate is assembled to form a connection desk, first, the intermediate leg, the end leg, and the base portion of the so-called connection desk of the top plate holder are assembled and temporarily fixed, Since the top plate is then placed, it is only necessary to carry the smallest unit of each member when assembling, and the assembling work can be performed remarkably easily.
[0038]
Even if the depth of the top plate is increased in order to obtain a vast top plate surface, the base part of the connecting desk is assembled first, so the cable duct body including the frame between the intermediate legs is not increased unnecessarily and is stable. A connecting desk can be obtained, which not only improves the safety during assembly work, but also the depth of the above-mentioned cable duct body functioning as a cable duct is the smallest unit. This is also advantageous in terms of inventory, and as a result, costs can be reduced.
[0039]
In addition, the end of the connecting rod that connects the top plates to each other is connected by a connecting nut in a connecting recess formed on the bottom surface of the joint of the top plate, so there is no extra protrusion on the bottom surface of the top plate. The leg space can be secured sufficiently.
[0040]
In addition, since the intermediate top plate support has a structure in which the left and right support plates are provided, a step is unlikely to occur at the joint portion of the top plate and can be easily disposed on the same surface.
[0041]
In addition, a height adjustment interval portion is formed between the top plate receiver and the top plate as in claim 3, and an adjustment nut is inserted into the interval portion as a non-rotating portion from the lower surface side of the top plate support. If the height adjustment screw to be inserted is screwed into the nut and the height position of the top surface of the joint portion of the top plate can be finely adjusted according to the screwing amount of the screw, the joint portion of the top plate is temporarily installed after the top plate is assembled. Even if a step occurs, this can be easily eliminated. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the height adjustment position can be arbitrarily selected within the range of the long hole, and further fine adjustment can be achieved.
[0042]
If the cover as in claim 5 is attached to the connecting recess, the recess is not exposed so that the appearance can be improved. Further, as in claim 6, the top plate receiver is mainly composed of a square pipe. By adopting the configuration, the rigidity of the top plate holder can be increased, and even when the depth of the top plate is wide, stable support can be achieved sufficiently.
