Description
【0001】
Gi=(V02 −Vri2 )/(2×Li) ・・・(1)
NIN_F=MAX(NIN_BASE、NIN_CN) ・・・(2)
NINTSTA(i)=NINTSTA(i−1)+KNIN_SWP ・・・(4)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a driving force control apparatus for a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been provided a vehicle driving force control device capable of performing driving force control in accordance with road condition data provided by the navigation device in a vehicle equipped with a navigation device. In this case, for example, when it is detected that the vehicle is approaching a corner (curve) and a predetermined condition based on the driver's motion is satisfied, a corner for decelerating the vehicle such as downshifting as driving force control Control is performed. Then, an upper limit shift stage is determined, and a shift stage higher than the upper limit shift stage (a shift stage on the high speed side, a shift stage with a small gear ratio, etc.) is not selected.
[0003]
In this case, the vehicle driving force control device performs calculation based on various data such as road condition data provided by the navigation device, vehicle speed, and accelerator opening, creates control data, and performs the control. The corner control is performed based on the business data.
[0004]
In recent years, with the advent of continuously variable transmissions that can control the gear ratio steplessly, vehicle driving force control devices that perform corner control by controlling the gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission have been proposed. (Refer to Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 11-2222055). And in the driving force control device of the vehicle, when it is detected that the vehicle is approaching the corner based on the road condition data provided by the navigation device, the driver releases the accelerator pedal (closes the accelerator), The continuously variable transmission is controlled to increase the gear ratio, that is, to downshift.
[0005]
As a result, it is possible to detect the driver's intention to decelerate when approaching the corner, and to generate a deceleration force by the engine brake larger than usual, so that the driving force control that matches the driver's feeling is performed. And the drivability of the vehicle can be improved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional vehicle driving force control device, road gradient is not taken into consideration, so that unnecessary shifting is performed after the vehicle passes through the corner, and drivability deteriorates. Sometimes.
[0007]
That is, in the conventional driving force control apparatus for a vehicle, when it is determined that the vehicle has passed the corner, it is not necessary to generate a deceleration force, so the gear ratio is reduced, that is, upshifted (off-up). Thus, the continuously variable transmission is controlled. Since the shift speed of the upshift is constant regardless of the road gradient, for example, even when the road after passing the corner is a downhill, that is, a downhill road, the upshift is performed at the same shift speed as a flat road. Will be done. For this reason, although the downhill road needs to generate a deceleration force due to the engine brake, the deceleration force due to the engine brake is rapidly reduced, and the driver feels that the vehicle is idling.
[0008]
Further, even when the road after passing the corner is an uphill, that is, an uphill road, an upshift is performed at the same speed as that on a flat road. For this reason, the driving force is reduced even though the road is required to increase the driving torque, and the driver feels uncomfortable. Since the driving force is insufficient, the driver depresses the accelerator pedal to increase the accelerator opening. Then, the continuously variable transmission is controlled so as to downshift, and the downshift is performed immediately after the upshift is performed, so that a so-called busy shift occurs. Therefore, since the driving force of the vehicle fluctuates, the driver feels uncomfortable and drivability deteriorates.
[0009]
The present invention solves the problems of the conventional driving force control device for a vehicle, and when the vehicle passes through a section that needs to be decelerated like a corner, it is appropriately continuously variable in response to a road gradient. By controlling the aircraft, rapid upshifts and busy shifts do not occur, and driving force control that matches the driver's feeling can be performed, improving vehicle drivability An object of the present invention is to provide a driving force control device for a vehicle that can perform the above.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the vehicle driving force control device of the present invention, an automatic transmission including an input shaft that is drivingly connected to a driving source, an output shaft that shifts and outputs an input of the input shaft, road information, and An automatic transmission control device that controls the automatic transmission based on vehicle state information, the automatic transmission control device, A required deceleration section is set as a section where the vehicle needs to be decelerated, and the gear ratio control based on the road information is performed in the required deceleration section, and when passing through the required deceleration section, the control based on the vehicle state information is performed. Because Upshift is performed when shifting from the gear ratio control based on the road information to the gear ratio control based on the vehicle state information, and when it is a downhill road, The shift speed of the upshift is decreased as the road gradient becomes steeper.
[0011]
In another vehicle driving force control device according to the present invention, when shifting from the gear ratio control based on the road information to the gear ratio control based on the vehicle state information, the driving force control device is set based on the road information. [0013]
In still another vehicle driving force control device of the present invention, the automatic transmission control device further includes a section before the deceleration required section based on the vehicle position. If the accelerator opening is fully closed from a relatively small state, the gear ratio is not changed until the accelerator is fully closed. The automatic transmission is controlled as follows.
[0015]
In still another vehicle driving force control apparatus according to the present invention, the road information further includes a road shape. as well as Includes road gradients.
[0016]
In still another vehicle driving force control apparatus according to the present invention, the vehicle state information is information relating to a traveling state of the vehicle including the accelerator opening and the vehicle speed.
[0017]
In still another vehicle driving force control apparatus according to the present invention, the automatic transmission is a continuously variable transmission.
[0018]
In the vehicle driving force control method of the present invention, A deceleration required section is set as a section where the vehicle needs to be decelerated, and gear ratio control based on road information is performed in the required deceleration section, and when passing through the required deceleration section, the control shifts to control based on vehicle state information. , When shifting from gear ratio control based on road information to gear ratio control based on vehicle state information, the gear speed changes in response to the road gradient. Based on road information and accelerator position of vehicle A vehicle driving force control method for controlling an automatic transmission, Upshift is performed when shifting from the gear ratio control based on the road information to the gear ratio control based on the vehicle state information, and when it is a downhill road, The shift speed of the upshift is decreased as the road gradient becomes steeper.
[0019]
In the vehicle driving force control program of the present invention, the computer uses an accelerator position sensor that detects the accelerator position of the vehicle, and an automatic transmission that controls the automatic transmission based on road information and the accelerator position. The automatic transmission control device functions as a control device, A required deceleration section is set as a section where the vehicle needs to be decelerated, and the gear ratio control based on the road information is performed in the required deceleration section, and when passing through the required deceleration section, the control based on the vehicle state information is performed. Migrate, For driving force control of a vehicle that controls the automatic transmission so that the shift speed changes according to the road gradient when shifting from the shift ratio control based on the road information to the shift ratio control based on the vehicle state information. A program, Upshift is performed when shifting from the gear ratio control based on the road information to the gear ratio control based on the vehicle state information, and when it is a downhill road, The shift speed of the upshift is decreased as the road gradient becomes steeper.

Then, a necessary deceleration Gi (i is a natural number) necessary to obtain a recommended vehicle speed Vri (i is a natural number) at a node Ndi (i is a natural number) located in front of the vehicle is calculated. In this case, the vehicle speed V0 at the current position and the recommended vehicle speed Vri at each node Ndi existing within a predetermined distance range (for example, 200 [m]) ahead of the current position of the vehicle are determined. Subsequently, a distance Li (i is a natural number) from the current position of the vehicle to each node Ndi is calculated. Then, the required deceleration Gi is calculated by the following equation (1).
Gi = (V0 2 -Vri 2 ) / (2 × Li) (1)
Then, the maximum value of the required deceleration Gi calculated for each node Ndi is calculated, and this is set as the final required deceleration. In FIG. 6, the change in vehicle speed from the current position to each of the nodes Nd1, Nd2, and Nd3 is shown by three deceleration curves. In this case, each deceleration curve corresponds to the required decelerations G1, G2, and G3, and the required deceleration increases as the curvature of the deceleration curve increases, that is, as the bending becomes tighter. Therefore, in the example shown in FIG. 6, the required deceleration G2 calculated for the node Nd2 is the maximum.

[0053]
First, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 executes a basic target input shaft rotational speed calculation process. In this case, according to the basic target input shaft rotational speed map as shown in FIG. 9 prepared in advance, the basic target input shaft rotational speed is based on the speed and the accelerator opening received from the

[0056]
Next, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 executes a road gradient estimation process. In this case, the road gradient is estimated based on the accelerator opening, the vehicle speed, the actual acceleration of the vehicle, and the like. The road gradient is used for correcting the target input shaft rotational speed for the corner in the processing for calculating the target input shaft rotational speed for the corner, which will be described later, and is used for calculating the shift speed coefficient in the shift control processing, which will be described later. The
[0057]
Next, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 executes a target input shaft rotational speed calculation process for the corner. In this case, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 first determines whether corner control as driving force control is being performed based on whether the corner control execution flag is on. The corner control execution flag is initialized and turned off when the vehicle engine is started.
[0058]
When the corner control execution flag is off, that is, when corner control is not being performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 relates to the corner shape included in the travel environment information received from the
[0059]
Subsequently, when it is determined that the corner needs to be decelerated, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 starts the corner control because the condition for starting the corner control is satisfied. Then, a corner control execution flag indicating that corner control is being performed is turned on.
[0060]
Further, as described above, when the corner control execution flag is on when it is determined whether corner control is being performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 includes the travel environment information in the running environment information. It is determined whether or not the corner has been passed based on whether the information regarding the included corner shape is on or off. When the information on the corner shape is off, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines that the corner has passed, turns off the corner control execution flag, and subsequently performs the target input shaft rotation with respect to the corner. The number is set to an initial value (zero), and the target input shaft rotational speed calculation process for the corner is terminated.
[0061]
Furthermore, as described above, when it is determined whether or not there is a corner ahead, information regarding the corner shape is off, so it is determined that there is no corner, or whether or not deceleration is required for the corner. When it is determined that the necessary deceleration Gi is not equal to or greater than the predetermined value, and it is determined that deceleration is not necessary, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 does not satisfy the condition for starting corner control, so the target input shaft speed for the corner is set. The initial value (zero) is set, and the target input shaft rotational speed calculation process for the corner is terminated.
[0062]
Subsequently, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines the recommended input shaft speed for the corner as shown in FIG. 10 based on the information on the necessary deceleration and the corner shape included in the travel environment information received from the
[0063]
In this case, the recommended input shaft rotational speed for the corner is the required deceleration, that is, the input shaft rotational speed of the continuously
[0064]
Here, the map shown in FIG. 10 is one of the shift maps of the continuously
[0065]
Curves 23-1 to 23-4 are shift curves indicating the relationship between the input shaft speed of the continuously
[0066]
The recommended input shaft rotation speed is preferably corrected by a road gradient. For example, when the road is a downhill road, that is, a downhill, it is desirable to further increase the recommended input shaft rotational speed by about 500 [rpm]. The recommended input shaft speed for the corner is calculated according to the map as shown in FIG. 10, and the upper limit value of the recommended input shaft speed for the corner is set according to the corner shape (slow corner, medium corner, and sharp corner). It is desirable to do.
[0067]
Subsequently, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines whether or not the engine is in an idle state based on the accelerator opening, that is, whether or not the driver fully closes the accelerator. Here, when the vehicle is in an idle state, that is, when the driver fully closes the accelerator, it can be determined that the driver intends to decelerate. If it is determined that the driver intends to decelerate, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 sets the recommended input shaft speed calculated according to the recommended input shaft speed map for the corner to the target input shaft speed for the corner. substitute.
[0068]
On the other hand, when it is determined that the driver is not in an idle state and the driver does not intend to decelerate, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines the actual input shaft speed of the continuously
[0069]
Further, when the actual input shaft speed is larger than the recommended input shaft speed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 substitutes the recommended input shaft speed for the target input shaft speed for the corner. In this case, the actual input shaft rotational speed is already greater than the target input shaft rotational speed, and no shift operation is involved, so that the driver does not feel uncomfortable.
[0070]
Next, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 executes a final target input shaft rotational speed calculation process. In this case, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 compares the already calculated basic target input shaft rotational speed with the target input shaft rotational speed for the corner, and sets the one with the higher rotational speed as the final target input shaft rotational speed. . Here, when the basic target input shaft rotational speed is “NIN_BASE”, the target input shaft rotational speed for the corner is “NIN_CN”, and the final target input shaft rotational speed is “NIN_F”, it is expressed by the following equation (2). Can do.
NIN_F = MAX (NIN_BASE, NIN_CN) (2)
Here, MAX (A, B) is a function for selecting the maximum values of A and B.
[0071]
When corner control is not performed, the target input shaft speed (NIN_CN) for the corner is an initial value (zero). Therefore, when the maximum value is selected as in the above equation (2), the final target input shaft speed (NIN_F) always becomes the basic target input shaft speed (NIN_BASE), and normal control is performed.
[0072]
Next, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 executes a shift control process. In this case, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 first refers to the corner control execution flag to change the shift speed between corner control and normal control, and whether corner control is currently being performed. Alternatively, it is determined whether the normal control is being performed based on whether the corner control execution flag is on. When it is determined that corner control is currently being performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 compares the final target input shaft rotational speed with the transient target input shaft rotational speed. Even if it is determined that corner control is not being performed because the corner control execution flag is currently off, if the corner control execution flag has just been turned off from corner control, corner control In order to perform the upshift for returning from the normal control to the normal control at a shift speed different from the shift speed in the normal control, the process proceeds to the same process as in the case where the corner control is performed. Therefore, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines that the final target input shaft rotation is performed when it is determined that the corner control execution flag is within a predetermined time after the corner control execution flag is turned off, even if normal control is currently performed. The number is compared with the transient target input shaft speed.
[0073]
On the other hand, if it is determined that normal control is currently being performed and a predetermined time or more has elapsed since the corner control execution flag has been turned from on to off, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 performs a transient in normal control. A shift speed coefficient for calculating the target input shaft speed is calculated. Here, the transient target input shaft rotational speed is a transient target value for causing the actual input shaft rotational speed to smoothly follow the final target input shaft rotational speed, and based on this value, the continuously
[0074]
Further, when the final target input shaft rotational speed is compared with the transient target input shaft rotational speed and the final target input shaft rotational speed is larger than the transient target input shaft rotational speed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 downshifts. Is determined to be implemented. On the other hand, when the final target input shaft rotational speed is equal to or lower than the transient target input shaft rotational speed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines to perform the upshift. This is because the shift speed in corner control is set individually for downshifting and upshifting.
[0075]
Subsequently, when it is determined that the downshift is to be performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 determines whether the downshift in the corner control has already been performed. This is because the shift speed in the corner control is changed between when the downshift is performed and when it is not performed. Where:
| Final target input shaft speed−Basic target input shaft speed |> Predetermined value 1
| Final target input shaft speed-Transient target input shaft speed | <
When both are established, it is determined that the downshift has been performed in the corner control.
[0076]
Subsequently, when it is determined that the downshift in the corner control has not been performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 increases the brake pedal force according to the curve 24-1 in the shift speed coefficient map corresponding to the brake pedal force shown in FIG. The shift speed coefficient for calculating the corresponding transient target input shaft speed is calculated. The map shown in FIG. 11 is created in advance and recorded in the storage means in order to determine the relationship between the shift speed coefficient for determining the shift speed of the continuously
[0077]
When it is determined that the downshift in the corner control has been performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 responds to the brake pedal force according to the curve 24-2 in the shift speed coefficient map corresponding to the brake pedal force shown in FIG. A shift speed coefficient for calculating the transient target input shaft speed is calculated. In this case as well, as in the case where no downshift has been performed, it can be considered that the greater the brake pedal effort, the greater the driver's intention to decelerate, so the shift speed coefficient is set to be large so that the shift speed increases. It has become.
[0078]
Here, as can be seen by comparing the curve 24-2 with the curve 24-1, the shift speed coefficient when the downshift in the corner control is performed is smaller than the shift speed coefficient when the downshift is not performed. Thus, the speed of the continuously
[0079]
The shift speed coefficient may be calculated by a predetermined calculation formula based on various state quantities representing brake pedal force, vehicle characteristics, traveling environment, and traveling state. The calculated shift speed coefficient is used when calculating the transient target input shaft rotational speed.
[0080]
As described above, when the final target input shaft rotational speed is equal to or lower than the transient target input shaft rotational speed and it is determined that the upshift is to be performed, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 performs the transient target during the upshift in the corner control. A shift speed coefficient for calculating the input shaft speed is calculated. And during upshifts in corner control, the shift speed is slowed down and slowly upshifted so as not to give the driver a sense of incongruity. Compared to normal control and downshift in corner control, shifting The speed coefficient is set small.
[0081]
Further, in the present embodiment, the shift speed coefficient is set as shown in FIG. 12 according to the road gradient estimated in the road gradient estimation process described above. That is, in the case of a downhill road, the slope of the downhill road becomes steeper in accordance with the curve 25-1 in the shift speed coefficient map corresponding to the road gradient shown in FIG. 12 so that the driver does not feel idle. In order to slow the upshift by slowing down the shift speed, the shift speed coefficient is calculated to be small. Further, in the case of an uphill road, the slope of the uphill road becomes steeper according to the curve 25-2 in the shift speed coefficient map corresponding to the road gradient shown in FIG. 12 so that the driver does not feel insufficient driving torque. In order to slow the upshift by slowing down the shift speed, the shift speed coefficient is calculated to be small. The calculated shift speed coefficient is used when calculating the transient target input shaft speed.
[0082]
Subsequently, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 uses the calculated shift speed coefficient to smoothly approximate the actual input shaft rotational speed to the calculated final target input shaft rotational speed, and uses the following equation (3). Calculate the transient target input shaft speed.
NINTSTA (i) is the current transient target input shaft rotational speed, NINTSTA (i-1) is the previous transient target input shaft rotational speed, KNIN1 is the transmission speed coefficient (the larger the speed is, the faster the transmission speed is), and NIN_F (i ) Is the final target input shaft speed this time, and KNIN2 is the minimum speed.
[0083]
Here, the minimum speed change speed (KNIN2) is set to prevent the speed change speed from becoming too slow due to a small rotation difference (final target input shaft speed-transient target input speed). In other words, if the minimum speed change speed (KNIN2) is not set, the curve indicating the transient target input shaft rotation speed is gradually inclined toward the target value, and it takes time to reach the target value. For this reason, the minimum speed change speed (KNIN2) that acts greatly when the transient target input shaft speed approaches the target value is set. Accordingly, the minimum shift speed (KNIN2) is set to be a positive value during a downshift and a negative value during an upshift. The minimum shift speed (KNIN2) is a constant, but may be changed as appropriate according to vehicle characteristics, running conditions, and running environment.
[0084]
The transient target input shaft rotational speed can also be calculated by the following equation (4).
NINTSTA (i) = NINTSTA (i−1) + KNIN_SWP (4)
NINTSTA (i) is the current transient target input shaft rotational speed, NINTSTA (i−1) is the previous transient target input shaft rotational speed, and KNIN_SWP is the amount of change per control cycle.
[0085]
In this case, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 calculates the change amount (KNIN_SWP) per control cycle without calculating the shift speed coefficient in the shift control process. Here, the amount of change per control cycle (KNIN_SWP) is a numerical value of the transient target input shaft rotational speed that increases or decreases every control cycle. Therefore, the amount of change per control cycle (KNIN_SWP) is set to be a positive value during downshift and a negative value during upshift. Then, the amount of change per control cycle (KNIN_SWP) is set in the same way as when the shift speed coefficient is calculated, as described above. That is, the amount of change per control cycle (KNIN_SWP) is set to be large under conditions where the speed change coefficient is set large, and the amount of change per control cycle (KNIN_SWP) is set to be small under conditions where the speed change coefficient is set small. To do. As a result, the transient target input shaft speed can be calculated in the same manner as when the shift speed coefficient is calculated.
[0086]
Finally, the continuously variable transmission control device 30 operates the actuator of the continuously

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the vehicle driving force control apparatus includes the input shaft that is drivingly connected to the driving source, and the output shaft that shifts and outputs the input of the input shaft. An automatic transmission, and an automatic transmission control device that controls the automatic transmission based on road information and vehicle state information, the automatic transmission control device comprising: A required deceleration section is set as a section where the vehicle needs to be decelerated, and the gear ratio control based on the road information is performed in the required deceleration section, and when passing through the required deceleration section, the control based on the vehicle state information is performed. Migrate, A driving force control device for a vehicle that controls the automatic transmission so that a shift speed changes in accordance with a road gradient when shifting from a shift ratio control based on the road information to a shift ratio control based on vehicle state information. Because Upshift is performed when shifting from the gear ratio control based on the road information to the gear ratio control based on the vehicle state information, and when it is a downhill road, The shift speed of the upshift is decreased as the road gradient becomes steeper.
[0133]
In this case, when shifting to normal control, the automatic transmission is controlled so that the shift speed changes in accordance with the road gradient, so that a slow upshift is performed, and the gear ratio decreases smoothly and slowly. To do. Therefore, it is possible to perform driving force control that matches the driver's feeling, improve the drivability of the vehicle, and quickly return to normal control within a range that does not give the driver a sense of incongruity. Can do.
