【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、ダンパー装置に関し、特にスプリングのばね力を調整することができるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のダンパー装置は、例えば特開平7−238971号公報に記載されているように、次のパーツより構成されていた。
(1)ケーシング
(2)ダンパー軸
(3)ねじりコイルばね
(4)シリコンオイル
(5)キャップ
(6)Oリング
上記ダンパー軸とキャップとには、相対向する係合凸部がそれぞれ設けられていた。

そして、ダンパー軸を回すと、両係合凸部同士が互いに乗り越え、ねじりコイルばねが予備巻き状態で保持される。
なお、予備巻き可能なものとしては、実用新案登録第2521059号公報に「ケース本体と蓋の係合構造」が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来のダンパー装置では、ねじりコイルばねの予備巻きが可能であったが、ねじりコイルばねのばね力の調整ができできないという第一の問題点があった。
また、従来のダンパー装置は、部品点数が多く、部品代や組み立て代が高く付くという第二の問題点があった。

そこで、各請求項にそれぞれ記載された各発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する第一、第二の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、次の点にある。

(ダンパー装置10)
図中、10は、ダンパー装置を示す。

上記ダンパー装置10は、図2に示すように、例えばテレビのスイッチ類が収納されたハウジング20と、その開放面21を開閉する扉30との間に取り付けられる。そして、扉30が、その自重で下方に倒れて開く際に、ダンパー効果を働かせ、扉30が勢い良く開くのを防止している。
上記ダンパー装置10は、図3〜5に示すように、大別すると、次のパーツより構成されている。

(ケース40)
ケース40は、図示しないが、ハウジング20に固定され、適度な弾性と剛性とを有する、例えばABS等の合成樹脂で一体成形されている。

ケース40は、図3、4に示すように、大別すると、次の各部を有する。
(1)筒状部90
筒状部90は、図3、4に示すように、円筒形を成し、その一端部を閉塞する底部91と、他端部に開口する開口部92とを有する。
上記底部91には、図4に示すように、スプリング60,70の一端部61,71を差し込む隙間を保って一対の係止片93,93が突出している。そして、両係止片93の間隔内に、図5に示すように、スプリング60,70の一端部61,71を差し込むことで、スプリング60,70を回転不能に保持する。

(2)取付部100
取付部100は、図3、4に示すように、筒状部90の外周から突出した一対のアーム101,101を備えている。そして、両アーム101を、樹脂の弾性を利用して、図示しないが、ハウジング20の取付穴にはめ込んで、ハウジング20に対してケース40を固定する。
(シャフト50)
シャフト50は、図示しないが、扉30に固定され、適度な弾性と剛性とを有する、例えばABS等の合成樹脂で一体成形されている。

シャフト50は、図3、4に示すように、大別すると、次の各部を有する。
(1)シャフト本体110
シャフト本体110は、図3、4に示すように、円筒形を成し、ケース40の筒状部90の内径より一回り小さい外形を有する。
シャフト本体110は、図4に示すように、一端部が開口した中空部111を有する。

上記中空部111の閉塞された底には、図4に示すように、スプリング60,70の他端部62,72を差し込み可能なスリット112を設けている。そして、スリット112内に、図5に示すように、スプリング60,70の他端部62,72を差し込むことで、スプリング60,70を回転不能に保持する。
また、シャフト本体110の周囲には、図3〜5に示すように、内外に貫通した複数の貫通孔113,114を設けている。

上記貫通孔113,114のうち、一方の貫通孔113は、図3〜5に示すように、シャフト本体110の長さのほぼ中央に位置している。そして、貫通孔113,114のうち、他方の貫通孔114は、後述する鍔部120側に位置している。各貫通孔113,114は、シャフト本体110の直径方向に対向している。
(2)鍔部120
鍔部120は、図3、4に示すように、シャフト50の長さの途中に位置し、シャフト本体110の外周より環状に突出している。

具体的には、鍔部120は、図3、4に示すように、シャフト本体110に隣接し、環状にくびれたくびれ部121と、くびれ部121より太くなった基部122と、基部122より環状に張り出した張出部123とより構成されている。
上記基部122の外径は、図3〜5に示すように、筒状部90の開口部92の内径にほぼ等しく設定されている。

(3)突軸130
突軸130は、図3、4に示すように、張出部123の中央から突出し、断面非円形を成している。そして、突軸130は、図示しないが、扉30に固定され、扉30は、ハウジング20に固定されたケース40に対して、シャフト50と一体的に回転する。
(スプリング60,70)
スプリング60,70は、図3に示すように、巻回方向が異なる二種類のものが使用できる。

両スプリング60,70の一方の第一のスプリング60は、左巻きで、両端部61,62を平行に位置させている。
これに対し、他方の第二のスプリング70は、右巻きで、両端部71,72を直交する向きに位置させている。
第1、第2のスプリング60,70の各端部61,62,71,72は、図5に示すように、ケース40の両係止片93の間隔内と、シャフト50のスリット112とにそれぞれ差し込む。
(粘性流体80)
粘性流体80には、例えばグリスを使用する。
(爪部140,150,160)
ケース40とシャフト50との間には、図1に示すように、爪部140,150,160をそれぞれに設けている。

具体的には、ケース40の開口部92には、図1、7に示すように、相対向して半径方向内向きに突出する2個の爪部140,150を設けている。
2個の爪部140,150は、図7に示すように、開口部92より見ると、断面が略台形形を成している。
具体的には、爪部140,150は、図1、7に示すように、円周方向に傾斜した斜面141,151と、各斜面141,151の反対側に位置し、各斜面141,151と逆向きに少し傾斜した係止面142,152とをそれぞれ備えている。

すなわち、2個の爪部140,150の一方、図1において手間側に見える爪部140の係止面142は、筒状部90の全長方向に対して逆テーパー状を成し、シャフト50がケース40の開口部92から抜けるのを阻止している。

これに対し、シャフト50の基部122には、図1,7に示すように、半径方向外向きに突出する2個の爪部160,160を設け、両爪部160は、180度離れ、対称な形状を成している。
上記各爪部160は、図1,7に示すように、開口部92より見ると、断面が略平行四辺形を成し、円周方向に傾斜した斜面161と、各斜面161の反対側に位置し、各斜面161とは逆向きに少し傾斜した係止面162とをそれぞれ備えている。

上記係止面162は、図1,7に示すように、爪部140の係止面142に対向し、シャフト50の軸方向に対して逆テーパー状を成している。
(第1のスプリング60の使用例)
第1のスプリング60の使用例を、図2、図10〜14を用いて説明する。
まず、図10に矢印で示したように、シャフト50をケース40に対して180度回転して、第1のスプリング60を180度分仮巻きする。

このとき、図9に示すように、シャフト50の爪部160の斜面161が、ケース40の爪部140,150の斜面141,151に当接する。ここで、シャフト50を更に強く回すと、ケース40の爪部140,150がシャフト50の爪部160に押されて、ケース40の開口部92が拡径する。
このため、シャフト50の爪部160が、図9に示すように、ケース40の爪部140,150を乗り越えながら回転する。

そして、シャフト50を180度回転すると、図7、8に示すように、シャフト50の爪部160の係止面162が、ケース40の爪部140,150の係止面142,152とかみ合うことで、180度巻き上げられた第1のスプリング60のばね力を受け止める。
第1のスプリング60を180度仮巻きした状態で取り付けると、そのばね力が、図11に矢印で示したように、扉30を開く方向に作用する。

その後、扉30を、図2に示すように、閉じると、シャフト50が、図12に示すように、ケース40に対して90度回転される。
このため、第1のスプリング60は、180度に、90度を加えた270度分、巻き込まれたこととなり、このばね力が、図2に矢印で示したように、扉30を開く方向に作用する。

扉30は、図示しないが、ラッチ等(図示せず)により、図2に示す閉位置にロックされる。
その後、ロックが解除されると、図14に示すように、扉30は、その自重と、第1のスプリング60のばね力とにより下方に倒れて開く。
このとき、粘性流体80の剪断抵抗により、ダンパー効果が働き、扉30は、静粛に且つゆっくりと開く。

同時に、扉30が開くことで、シャフト50が、図13に矢印で示したように、ケース40に対して90度逆転する。このため、第1のスプリング60が巻き解かれ、ばね力が90度分だけ放出される。
第1のスプリング60のばね力は、扉30を開く方向に作用するので、粘性流体80によるトルクが扉30の自重によるトルクを越えている場合、すなわち扉30が軽い場合に好適である。
(第2のスプリング70の使用例)
第2のスプリング70の使用例を、図15〜20を用いて説明する。

まず、図15に矢印で示したように、シャフト50をケース40に対して90度回転して、第2のスプリング70を90度分巻き込む。
第2のスプリング70を90度巻き込んだ状態で取り付けると、そのばね力が、図16に矢印で示したように、扉30を閉じる方向に作用する。
その後、扉30を、図18に示すように、閉じると、シャフト50が、図17に示すように、ケース40に対して90度逆転される。
