Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle load collapse prevention device, and more particularly to a device attached to each seat back such as a rear seat having a divided structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a vehicle load collapse prevention device equipped with a winding device in which a load collapse prevention sheet can be deployed as necessary to partition a vehicle luggage compartment and a passenger side in a van type or wagon type automobile. For example, as shown in U.S. Pat. No. 5,288,122, each of the rear seats having a split structure has a pair of nets that can be wound with a load collapse prevention sheet made up of a net. It is set as the structure where a load collapse prevention apparatus is arrange | positioned, respectively.
[0003]
And when using this load collapse prevention device, it is provided at both ends of the load collapse prevention sheet of one load collapse prevention device, with the extendable stays provided at the leading end portion on the drawer side being extended. The hook member provided at the leading end of the load collapse prevention sheet of the other load collapse prevention device is engaged with each joint receiving portion provided on both sides of the vehicle ceiling. Each load collapse prevention sheet was developed in a tensioned state by being locked to the extended portion of the stay.
[0004]
Also, in the event of a collision, the belts that connect the adjacent parts of both load collapse prevention sheets to each other in order to prevent the load collapse prevention sheet from protruding from the gap between the inner edges of the inner side of the vehicle interior adjacent to each other. It is structured to be detachably connectable.
[0005]
Further, in the vehicle load collapse prevention device, as shown in U.S. Pat. No. 5,437,474, in order to prevent the net from tearing due to a collision with a load collapse prevention sheet at the time of a collision or the like, An impact absorbing portion is formed by folding and sewing a portion that is connected to the edge portion or the lower edge portion, and when the impact force of a predetermined value or more acts on the load collapse prevention sheet, the above described sewing is cut to provide a load collapse prevention sheet. There is a structure that spreads and cushions impacts.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the vehicle load collapse prevention device disclosed in the above-mentioned U.S. Pat. No. 5,288,122, it is used to prevent the load from jumping out from the gap between the load collapse prevention sheets at the time of a collision or the like. Each time, it is necessary to connect the adjacent portions of both load collapse prevention sheets with each other with a belt.
[0007]
In addition, when only one side of the load collapse prevention device is used, when the load collides with the vehicle center portion side of the load collapse prevention sheet in the stretched state, There was a tendency for the load to move to the center of the vehicle and to jump out forward due to deflection.
[0008]
Further, if the impact force buffering structure disclosed in the above-mentioned US Pat. No. 5,437,474 is applied to the load collapse prevention device used for such a divided sheet, the load collapse prevention sheet is loaded at the joining portion. In the case of collision, when the shock absorbing portion is cut off, the joining portion tends to open most, and the load may jump out from the gap between them.
[0009]
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention can effectively prevent the jumping-out of the load without connecting the load-breaking prevention sheets on both sides to each other even if the load-breaking prevention device has a divided structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle load collapse prevention device that cushions an impact and reduces a load at a mounting portion on the vehicle side.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first technical means for achieving the above object is a load collapse arranged in a stretched state between the seat backs of the pair of divided seats adjacent to each other in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle ceiling. In the vehicle load collapse prevention device having the prevention sheet, the shock absorbing means that is sewn by an impact force of a predetermined value or more in a state where the load collapse sheet is folded is provided in the vehicle interior adjacent to each other. Except for the inner edge on the center side and having a portion close to the inner edge, both the load collapse prevention sheets are provided respectively.
[0011]
Further, the second technical means for achieving the above object is arranged in a stretched state between the seat backs of the pair of divided seats adjacent to each other in the width direction of the vehicle and the vehicle ceiling. In the vehicle load collapse prevention apparatus having the load collapse prevention sheet, the shock absorption means that is sewn by an impact force of a predetermined value or more in a state where the load collapse sheet is folded is adjacent to the both load collapse prevention sheets. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the vehicle load collapse prevention device of the present invention, the impact absorbing means that is sewn and cut by an impact force of a predetermined value or more in a state where the load collapse sheet is folded is provided on both load collapse prevention sheets. In the state where the load collapse prevention sheet is folded and the structure provided in each of the load collapse prevention sheets has a portion adjacent to the inner edge of the vehicle and adjacent to the inner edge of the vehicle. The shock absorbing means that is sewn by being cut by an impact force of a predetermined value or more is provided in each of the load collapse prevention sheets including inner edges of the vehicle interior side adjacent to each other of the load collapse prevention sheets, and each of the inner sides The shock absorbing means in the portion adjacent to the edge is structured so that the sewing can be cut with a weaker impact force than the shock absorbing means on the inner edge, and the load collapse prevention device having a divided structure is provided. Even if the load collapse prevention sheets on both sides are not connected to each other, it is possible to effectively prevent the load from jumping out, and to reduce the load at the mounting portion on the vehicle side by buffering the impact at the time of the collision of the load. There is.
[0056]
In addition, the vehicle load collapse prevention device has a winding device with a lock mechanism that can wind up the load collapse prevention sheet and stops abrupt pulling of the load collapse prevention sheet, and from the standing posture of the seat back on the rear seat. The load collapse prevention sheet is configured to be pulled out from the take-up device when the posture is changed to the prone posture, and the shock absorbing means is provided at the position of the load collapse prevention sheet pulled out from the take-up device in the seat back standing posture. With this structure, when using the load collapse prevention device with the seat back lying down, the seat back of the front row seats can be ejected efficiently without the impact absorbing means acting immediately upon collision of a large load. This has the advantage that it can be used for prevention and can effectively prevent frequent replacement of the load collapse prevention sheet.
