BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot water bath apparatus, and more particularly, to a hot water bath apparatus that can effectively prevent reverse flow of bathtub water to the water supply inlet side while solving a water leakage problem at low cost.

As described above, in the conventional hot water bath apparatus 100, it is necessary to switch the flow path between the pouring (drainage and hot water supply) route and the normal route (when the operation is stopped and during the chasing) every time a hot water supply instruction is given. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the switching valve V.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the switching valve V is a two-way valve, there is a problem that the number of parts is increased and the cost of the entire device is increased. In addition, since the switching valve V is operated every time hot water is supplied to the bathtub and returned to the original state every time hot water is supplied to the bathtub, the control procedure becomes complicated. There was also the problem of water drops falling from the air opening inside the hopper device.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the first object thereof is to eliminate the trouble of water leakage from the valve chamber and the water chamber and the drop of water droplets inside the valve chamber and the need for a switching valve. It is to provide an inexpensive hot water bath apparatus that does not.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a hot water bath apparatus that can effectively prevent the back flow of hot water from the inside of the bathtub toward the water supply port.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is a hot water bath apparatus having a hot water filling function from a hot water heater to a bathtub, and a backflow prevention path that communicates an inlet channel and a hot water channel of the hot water heater. The backflow prevention path is provided with a valve chamber in which a first opening that can communicate with the atmosphere and a second opening that can communicate with the hot water channel are formed. A first valve body that opens and closes the first opening; a first biasing member that biases the valve body in a direction to open the opening; a second valve body that opens and closes the second opening; A second urging member that urges the opening in a direction to open the opening, and the first valve body and the second valve body receive a pressure of clean water supplied through the water inlet, The gist is to close the first opening and the second opening.
[0011]
According to the hot water bath apparatus having the above configuration, when the water supply source plug is opened at the time of installation of the apparatus, clean water is supplied to the water intake channel. Then, the first valve body and the second valve body receive the pressure of clean water supplied through the water intake channel, respectively, against the urging force of the first urging member and the second urging member, respectively. It operates in a direction to close the opening and the second opening, and closes the first opening and the second opening, respectively, almost simultaneously with the start of supply of clean water.
[0012]
As a result, the backflow prevention path is closed. This closed state continues as long as the pressure of clean water supplied through the water intake channel is not applied. Therefore, after the first opening and the second opening are closed, a water leakage trouble from the valve chamber and a water drop falling inside the valve chamber are avoided. Since the second opening communicating with the hot water flow path is closed in this way, the hot water on the upstream side does not flow into the water inlet.
[0013]
On the other hand, when the pressure of the clean water supplied through the water intake channel is not applied, for example, when the water is shut off, the first valve body and the second valve body are respectively moved by the first urging member and the second urging member. The first opening and the second opening are biased in the direction of opening. Thus, the first opening and the second opening are opened, the hot water flow path communicates with the backflow prevention path, and the backflow prevention path communicates with the atmosphere. Therefore, when pressure is applied in the opposite direction, the hot water in the hot water filling channel and the bathtub flows into the valve chamber from the second opening and then drains from the first opening to the outside of the hot water bath apparatus.
[0014]
Therefore, in the water cut-off state, hot water from the hot water flow path or bathtub is poured into the valve chamber (backflow prevention path) through the second opening, and the flowing hot water is discharged outside the container through the first opening. Never flow into.
[0015]
In this case, as described in
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the first opening may be a cylindrical body that is formed on the bottom surface of the valve chamber and whose periphery protrudes at least toward the valve chamber. Thereby, it is prevented that the clean water supplied into the valve chamber flows out from the first opening as it is, and the first valve body can be closed by the water passing force before the water surface exceeds the upper end of the cylindrical body. it can. The cylindrical body here may have an inner diameter that is larger or smaller than the diameter of the first opening, and may have a form in which the inner diameter changes depending on the position.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the valve chamber, a bearing that accommodates at least a part of the shaft of the first valve body may extend from the water inlet. This is because the water flow force can be applied more effectively in the direction in which the first valve body closes the first opening.
[0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the bearing may be provided with a guide port that guides clean water to the valve chamber. This is because it is possible to smoothly guide the clean water from the guide port to the valve chamber and to guide the clean water to a place slightly away from the first opening. This reliably prevents water droplets from dropping from the first opening when the apparatus is installed.
[0018]
In addition, as described in claim 6, the guide port has a shaft of the first valve body when the first valve body is completely pushed by the pressure of clean water supplied through the water inlet. It may be formed at a position corresponding to the upper end height. Specifically, it is a position corresponding to the upper end height of the shaft of the first valve body when the first opening is closed and the first urging member is fully pushed. This is because the water can be guided to the valve chamber after the first opening is closed. This is because the flow from the water inlet to the valve chamber can be made smooth.
[0019]
Moreover, you may form the guide path which guides clean water to the said valve chamber in the axis | shaft of said 1st valve body. In this case, as described in claim 8, the inlet of the guide path is formed at the upper end surface of the shaft of the first valve body, and the outlet of the guide path is connected to the first valve body via the water inlet path. It is good to form in the position equivalent to the lower end height of the said bearing when it is pushed by the pressure of the supplied clean water.
[0020]
Then, the first valve body is pushed by the water flow pressure at which the clean water flows from the inlet of the guide passage due to the pressure of the clean water supplied through the water intake passage to close the first opening, and the outlet of the guide passage is After appearing from the lower end of the bearing, the clean water can be guided to the valve chamber. Therefore, after the first opening is closed, the clean water can be guided to the valve chamber, and the drop of water from the first opening during the installation work of the apparatus can be avoided. Moreover, the flow of clean water from the entrance to the valve chamber can be made smooth. In addition, it is desirable to make the space | interval between a bearing and a 1st valve body as small as possible. This is because the water pressure is effectively applied to the first valve body.
[0021]
Moreover, as described in claim 9, the second opening may be formed on the ceiling surface of the valve chamber. This is because the residual air in the valve chamber can be driven out of the backflow prevention path. Therefore, the problem of the water hammer sound caused by the pressure fluctuation propagating through the hot water supply pipe and the valve body operation due to the expansion and contraction of the air due to the pressure fluctuation are avoided.
[0022]
Moreover, as described in claim 10, a detachable closing plug can be attached to the first opening. When installing the device with the first opening open, water drops may drop from the opening, so if a stopper plug is attached to the first opening, it can be removed after installation to avoid problems caused by dropping the water drops. Because.
[0023]
In addition, when forming a guide port and a guide path as described in

[0076]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In the above description, an example in which the present invention is applied to a hot water bath apparatus with a heating function has been shown. However, the present invention can naturally be applied to a device without a heating function or a memorial function. In addition, another urging member may be used instead of the spring.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the hot water bath apparatus according to the present invention includes the first opening that can communicate with the atmosphere, the hot water channel, and the backflow prevention channel that connects the water inlet channel and the hot water channel of the water heater. A valve chamber having a second opening capable of communicating with the first valve body; and a first valve body that opens and closes the first opening and a second valve body that urges the valve body in a direction to open the opening. The first valve is provided with one biasing member, a second valve body that opens and closes the second opening, and a second biasing member that biases the valve body in a direction to open the opening. The body and the second valve body close the first opening and the second opening, respectively, under the pressure of clean water supplied through the water inlet. Therefore, there is an effect that the trouble of water leakage from the valve chamber and the drop of water droplets inside the valve chamber are eliminated.
[0078]
In addition, since the above-described configuration is provided, the first valve body and the second valve body are opened by the urging force of the first urging member and the second urging member when the water is shut off. After being guided to the valve chamber through the opening, it is discharged out of the vessel through the first opening. Therefore, there is an effect that the backflow in which the hot water in the bathtub or the hot water flow channel flows into the water supply side is effectively prevented even when the water is shut off.
[0079]
Furthermore, the hot water bath apparatus according to the present invention opens and closes the first opening and the second opening by the first valve body and the second valve body using the urging force of the first urging member and the second urging member. Therefore, there is no need to provide a switching valve, and there is an effect that the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Moreover, since it is not necessary to move a valve body every time the hot water supply to a bathtub is carried out, there exists an effect that a control procedure becomes easy.
