Description
【0001】

尚、以下の説明で、Si( i=10, 11, 12・・) はステップ数を示す。
【0027】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot water heating apparatus, and relates to a hot water heating apparatus in which an antifreeze liquid is injected into heating water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a general hot water heater, heating water heated by a heat source device is supplied to a heat exchanger installed indoors through a circulation path, and hot air is generated by heat radiation from the heat exchanger. The warm air is blown by the blower to warm the room. When such a hot water heating device is used in a cold region, in order to prevent damage to the supply pipe of the circulation path due to freezing of the heating water circulating in the circulation path, an antifreeze liquid is injected into the heating water to Prevents freezing.
[0003]
However, if the concentration of the antifreeze injected into the heating water is low, freezing of the heating water cannot be prevented, and if it is high, problems such as the heating water rotting arise. Therefore, there are provided hot water heaters capable of calculating the amount of antifreeze injected into the heating water and hot water heaters capable of adjusting the concentration of antifreeze. For example, in the hot water heater described in Patent Document 1, the total capacity of the hot water heater is calculated in advance from the number of heat exchangers and supply pipes and their respective capacities, and the necessary heating water is based on the total capacity. The total amount of water is calculated, the required amount of antifreeze liquid is calculated from the total amount of water, and the operator supplies the antifreeze liquid to the hot water tank based on the calculated required amount. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, like the hot water heating apparatus described in Patent Document 1, it is not easy to calculate the total capacity from the capacity of the heat exchanger and the supply pipe, and in particular, the supply pipe depends on where the hot water heating apparatus is installed. Since the length and the capacity greatly change, the error of the calculated total capacity of the hot water heater is inevitably large, and it is difficult to accurately calculate the necessary amount of the antifreeze liquid. On the other hand, like the hot water heating apparatus described in
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to detect the total amount of heating water injected into the hot water heating device with simple control and configuration, and at least one of the total amount of water and the necessary amount of antifreeze calculated based on the total amount of water. It is in providing the hot water heating apparatus which can display.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A hot water heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hot water heating apparatus has an external operation means operable from the outside and a display unit attached to the external operation means, and can automatically replenish the heating water. Calculating the required amount of antifreeze based on the total amount of water detected by the water amount detecting means, the type of antifreeze or the concentration of antifreeze, it is characterized in that a control means for displaying on the display unit side by side and the required amount of the the water antifreeze at the same time.
[0008]
According to this hot water heater, the total amount of heating water automatically injected during the trial operation is detected by the water amount detection means, and the control means calculates the detected total water amount and the total water amount. The required amount of antifreeze is displayed side by side on the display unit attached to the external operation means. That is, since the total amount of actually injected heating water is detected without complicating the configuration and control of the hot water heater, the required amount of antifreeze can be accurately calculated. Further, since the total amount of water and the required amount of antifreeze liquid are simultaneously displayed on the display unit, the operator can replenish the required amount of antifreeze liquid accurately and easily.
Furthermore, since the required amount of antifreeze liquid is calculated by the control means based on the total amount of water detected by the water amount detection means and the type of antifreeze liquid or the concentration of antifreeze liquid, it is accurate regardless of the type of antifreeze liquid and the concentration of antifreeze liquid. The required amount of antifreeze can be calculated.
[0009]
The hot water heating device according to
[0010]
According to this hot water heater, it was determined from the time when each water level was detected by the low water level sensor and the high water level sensor that can detect the low water level and the high water level provided in the expansion tank to which the heating water is replenished, The replenishment flow rate Q per unit time of the heating water based on the replenishment time ΔT required for replenishing the heating water from the low water level to the high water level and the tank capacity V of the expansion tank from the low water level to the high water level Is calculated by “Q = V / ΔT”, and from the total replenishment flow rate Q and the total replenishment time Ta required for replenishing the total amount of heating water to the hot water heater, The total amount Qt of the replenished heating water is calculated by “Qt = Q × Ta”. Further, the required amount of antifreeze corresponding to the total amount of water Qt is calculated based on the concentration of the antifreeze and the like, and the total amount of water Qt and the required amount of antifreeze are displayed on the display unit.
That is, the two water level sensors for detecting the water level and the total water amount Qt replenished to the hot water heating device can be calculated by the above simple calculation, and further, the total water amount actually replenished can be obtained. The required amount of antifreeze can be calculated accurately.

【The invention's effect】
According to the hot water heating device of the first aspect, since the total amount of the heating water actually replenished is detected by the water amount detecting means, the necessity of antifreeze liquid is not required without complicating the configuration and control of the hot water heating device. The amount of water can be calculated accurately, and the total amount of water and the required amount of antifreeze liquid are displayed side by side at the same time, so the operator can accurately and easily calculate the antifreeze liquid without complicated calculations. The required amount can be recognized, and the concentration of the antifreeze can be accurately set by supplying the antifreeze to the heating water based on the required amount.
In addition, since the required amount of antifreeze is calculated based on the total amount of replenished heating water, the type of antifreeze and the concentration of antifreeze, the required amount of antifreeze is accurately calculated regardless of the type of antifreeze and the concentration of antifreeze. can do.
[0039]
According to the hot water heating device of the second aspect, since the total water amount Qt of the heating water can be calculated by the above-described arithmetic expression, the total water amount Qt can be calculated accurately with less burden on the control means. . In addition, the same effects as those of the first aspect can be obtained.
[0040]
[0041]
According to the hot water heating apparatus of the third aspect , since the operator can input the type of antifreeze and the concentration of antifreeze, the type of antifreeze and the concentration of antifreeze can be flexibly and widely dealt with. Other effects similar to those of the first or second aspect can be obtained.
