この気泡式水準計100を用いて配管の勾配を測定する場合、図12に示すように、気泡式水準計100を配管110外壁の上面に押し当てて、さらに、気泡式水準計100の上面102を水平ラインLにほぼ一致させる必要がある。このとき、配管110の上面に押し当てられた気泡式水準計100が配管110外壁の周回方向Cに大きく傾くと、気泡式水準計100の上面が水平ラインLからずれてしまい、配管の勾配を正確に測定することはできないという問題がある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態ついて説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態の配管勾配測定器が備えている配管勾配測定器本体を示す上面図、図2は、その側面図、図3は、その正面図である。尚、図3では、信号ケーブルおよび表示器は図示省略されている。

この本発明の一実施形態の配管勾配測定器は、配管勾配測定器本体10(例えば図1参照)と、後述する図9,図10に示す延長バー50を備えている。
配管勾配測定器本体10はベース11を備えており、このベース11の両端部には、Vゲージ(本発明にいう位置決め部材)12がネジ13で取り付け固定されている。このVゲージ12は、配管に押し当てることによりベース11をその配管に対し位置決めするものである。また、このベース11上面には、図1に示すように、センサ姿勢調整治具20を介在させて傾斜センサ30が固定されている。

センサ姿勢調整治具20は、ベース11の上面にネジ14で固定されたブラケット21を備えている。そのブラケット21には、半球体22aと、その半球体22aに一体的に形成された突起22bとからなる球面ホルダ22が貫通しており、そのブラケット21は、その球面ホルダ22の半球体22aの球面部分と接する球面座21aを有している。また、センサ姿勢調整治具20は、半球体22aの側部を取り巻くようにブラケット21に固定されたクランプブラケット23を備えている。そのクランプブラケット23には、4つの貫通孔が形成されており、これら4つの貫通孔には、それぞれ、図3に示すように、球面ホルダ22の姿勢を調整するための調整ネジ24,25,26,27が貫通している。また、図1に示すように、球面ホルダ22の突起22bにはセンサブラケット28がネジで取り付け固定されており、そのセンサブラケット28に、配管の傾斜を検出する傾斜センサ30が固定されている。その傾斜センサ30で検出された信号は信号ケーブル35を経由して表示器36に送られ、その表示器36に、配管の傾斜角が表示される。また、ベース11上面中央には、図2に示すように、ネジ15で自在ボルト16が取り付けられており、この自在ボルト16に、後述する図9、図10に示す延長バー50が着脱自在に取り付けられる。図1〜図3には、自在ボルト16に延長バー50が取り付けられていない状態が示されている。また、配管勾配測定器本体10には、図2に示すように、ベース11の裏側に表示器36を着脱自在に取り付けるための表示器ホルダー17が設けられている。配管勾配測定器本体10を持ち運ぶときに、表示器ホルダー17に表示器36を取り付けることにより、その配管勾配測定器本体10の持ち運びを容易に行なうことができる。ボールプランジャー18は、表示器ホルダー17に取り付けられた表示器36が、その表示器ホルダー17から抜けないように、その表示器36を固定するものである。

この傾斜センサ30には、2枚の円板形状の固定電極と、1枚の円板形状の可動電極が内蔵されている。

この傾斜センサ30には、図4に示すように、互いに一致する中心軸cを有する2つの円板形状の固定電極31,32が内蔵されている。これら固定電極31,32の間には、中心軸が2つの固定電極31,32の中心軸cと一致する円板形状の可動電極33が配置されている。この可動電極33と、各固定電極31,32との間にはバネ34が挟まれており、これら2つのバネ34により、可動電極33は、2つの固定電極31それぞれから等距離離れた基準位置aに移動する方向に付勢されている。これら2つの固定電極31,32および可動電極33は、互いに一致した中心軸cを有しており、以下、この中心軸cを傾斜センサ30の中心軸と呼ぶ。傾斜センサ30の中心軸cは、センサ姿勢調整治具20により、Vゲージ12を配管に押し当てたときに、その配管の中心軸と平行となるように調整されている。この傾斜センサ30の中心軸cの調整方法については後述する。

中心軸cが傾くと、可動電極33に作用する重力gに中心軸方向の成分gc が生じ、その可動電極33が、基準位置aから2つの固定電極31,32のうちの一方の固定電極31寄りに移動する。このとき、水平軸hに対する中心軸cの傾斜角θに応じて重力gの中心軸方向成分gc が変化するため、可動電極33が移動する距離χも変化する。従って、中心軸cの傾斜角θに応じて、各固定電極31,32それぞれと可動電極33との間隔が変化し、固定電極31と可動電極33との間の静電容量、および、固定電極32と可動電極33との間の静電容量が変化する。つまり、配管の傾斜角に応じて、固定電極31と可動電極33との間の静電容量、および、固定電極32と可動電極33との間の静電容量が変化する。傾斜センサ30には、これら静電容量の差に応じた電圧の信号を出力する回路(図示せず)が内蔵されており、この回路から出力された信号が信号ケーブル35(例えば図1参照)を経由して表示器36に送られ、配管の傾斜角が表示される。

上記のようにして、丸棒40の、上面、下面、および側面それぞれにVゲージ12を押し当てて傾斜センサ30の中心軸cのアライメントをしたときの傾斜センサ30の出力電圧をV1 とすると、その出力電圧V1 を求めるときに配管勾配測定器本体10のVゲージ12が押し当てられた丸棒40はおおむね水平に固定されてはいるものの、その丸棒40の中心軸は水平軸から上下方向に斜めにずれている恐れがある。その丸棒40の中心軸が水平軸からずれていると、そのずれの分だけ、この出力電圧V1 の値は上記の出力電圧V0 の値からずれる。この出力電圧V1 と出力電圧V0 とのずれを校正するために、4つの調整ネジ24,25,26,27がx方向とは反対方向を向くようにして配管勾配測定器本体10のVゲージ12を丸棒40の側面に押し当て、このときの傾斜センサ30の出力電圧V2 を測定する。このようにして求めた出力電圧V1 ,V2 から、出力電圧V0 を、V0 =(V1 +V2 )/2と決定する。
