The present invention relates to a vitrified container coupling device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The radioactive liquid waste generated in the nuclear facility is treated as a vitrified body by the waste liquid processing equipment and then stored in the radioactive waste storage facility.
[0003]
In the above waste liquid treatment facility, radioactive waste liquid is mixed with molten glass obtained by melting the raw glass inside the glass melting furnace, and the molten glass mixed with this radioactive waste liquid is poured into a glass solidified container to solidify the molten glass. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vitrified container coupling device capable of always managing negative pressure in the internal space of the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling device outer cylinder.
[0032]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the vitrified container coupling device of the present invention, a coupling device outer cylinder connected to the lower end portion of a nozzle outer cylinder that surrounds the lowering nozzle in the lower part of the melting furnace body in the circumferential direction, and the coupling device outer cylinder A cylindrical body that can be moved up and down and whose lower end surface can come into contact with the upper end surface of the vitrified container, and the upstream end communicates with the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling apparatus outer cylinder, and the downstream end communicates with the pressure reducing means. A pressure reducing pipe, a flow rate adjusting valve provided in the pressure reducing pipe, a cooling air injection pipe capable of injecting cooling air sent from the cooling air injection device to the flow down nozzle, and cooling air commanding the start of cooling of the flow down nozzle An injection command device, a pressure detector for detecting the pressure in the inner space of the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling device outer cylinder, and a pressure controller, and the pressure controller is provided with cooling air from the cooling air injection command device. Based on the injection command signal, A valve opening enlargement signal for increasing the output is output to the flow adjustment valve, and then, after a preset time has elapsed, an operation start signal for the cooling air injection device is output, and a pressure detection signal from the pressure detector Based on the above, a valve opening adjustment signal for adjusting the valve opening is output to the flow rate adjustment valve .
[0033]
In the vitrified container coupling device of the present invention, the pressure controller communicates from the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling device outer cylinder to the decompression means prior to operating the cooling air injection means based on the cooling air injection command signal. The opening of the flow rate adjusting valve provided in the pressure reducing pipe suppresses an increase in pressure in the inner space of the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling apparatus outer cylinder due to the injection of the cooling air to the enlarged downstream nozzle.

Note that the vitrified container coupling device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, the cooling air jetting means by the cooling air jetting means has a normal flow stop and an emergency flow stop. Of course, the valve opening degree expansion signal for the flow rate adjustment valve can be set in two stages according to the signal, and various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the vitrified container coupling device of the present invention, the pressure controller operates the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling device prior to operating the cooling air injection device based on the cooling air injection command signal. Since the opening of the flow rate adjustment valve provided in the pressure reducing pipe communicating with the pressure reducing means from the outer cylinder is expanded, the internal pressure of the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling device outer cylinder due to the injection of the cooling air to the falling nozzle is increased. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve an excellent effect that the pressure in the inner space of the nozzle outer cylinder and the coupling apparatus outer cylinder can always be negatively controlled.
