BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention radiates heat from an electronic component mounted and mounted on a printed wiring board unit in an information processing apparatus or communication apparatus that performs signal processing and transmission of various information (in the present invention, these apparatuses are referred to as electronic apparatuses). The present invention relates to a heat dissipation structure for an electronic device.
[0002]
In an electronic device in which a plurality of printed wiring board units are placed in a parallel state and are detachably plugged in from the front side between each other circuit and between external circuits by a backboard made of a printed wiring board of a rack and a connector. In recent years, there has been a trend toward higher power consumption with the increase in signal speed, capacity, and functionality of optical fiber cables, and thus heat dissipation measures for electronic devices have become an important issue.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above, the present invention does not increase the size of the device or the blower unit, does not make the radiator special, and adds a slight configuration as the current device state. The object is to improve the heat dissipation of the electronic device.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the first means of the heat dissipation structure of the electronic device according to the present invention is a heat dissipation structure for an electronic component mounted and mounted on a printed wiring board unit of the electronic device. The heat sink is elastically pressed into contact with the surface of the electronic component by fitting it into the center of the leaf spring through a notch with the base of the heat sink that is in heat transfer contact with the surface of the electronic component parallel to the surface. It is a heat dissipation structure for electronic devices that dissipates heat generated from electronic components from the radiator to the space.,With a round neck,A positioning part with a larger diameter than this neck part and a part of a circle with a non-rotating stop,The leaf spring has a notch through which the neck portion of the radiator base can be inserted, a positioning hole portion for positioning by positioning the positioning portion of the radiator in the center portion, and a leg portion for inserting and locking the coupling hole of the printed wiring board in the periphery, This is a heat dissipation structure for an electronic device.
[0021]
According to the first means, the positioning hole of the leaf spring fits into the positioning portion of the radiator base, and the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, so that the radiator is effective with the electronic component. The radiator is positioned and fixed without being rotated around its axis while being brought into contact with heat transfer.
The second means of the present invention is a heat dissipation structure for an electronic component mounted and mounted on a printed wiring board unit of an electronic device. The heat sink is elastically attached to the surface of the electronic component by fitting the heat sink in contact with the surface of the electronic component parallel to the surface of the printed wiring board through the notch into the center of the leaf spring with the base of the heat sink. A heat dissipation structure for an electronic device that releases heat from an electronic component from a radiator to a space, wherein a base portion of the radiator has a circular neck portion and a larger diameter than the neck portion. A positioning part with a non-rotating stopper in the part, a notch through which the neck part of the radiator base can be inserted, a positioning hole part for positioning the radiator positioning part in the center, A leg portion inserted and locked into the coupling hole of the printed wiring board and an air guide surface for guiding and guiding the cooling air flow blown adjacent to the radiator toward the radiator. It is the heat dissipation structure of an electronic device.
[0022]
According to this second means:The positioning hole for positioning the leaf spring fits into the positioning portion in the center of the radiator, and the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, so that the radiator is effectively pressed against the electronic components. A cooling air flow that is blown adjacent to the radiator can be reliably introduced into the portion of the radiator by heat transfer contact and the air guide surface integrally formed with the leaf spring. Further, since the air guide surface is provided on the leaf spring, no means for attaching an air derivative to the printed wiring board is required, and therefore no space for it is required on the printed wiring board surface.
[0023]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the heat dissipation structure for an electronic component mounted and mounted on the printed wiring board unit of the electronic device, the contact surface of the radiator that is in heat transfer contact with the surface of the electronic component parallel to the printed wiring board surface A heat dissipation structure for an electronic device that is fitted to the base of the leaf spring through a notch and elastically presses and contacts the radiator to the surface of the electronic component to dissipate the heat generated by the electronic component from the radiator to the space. And the base of the radiator is,With a round neck,A positioning part having a larger diameter than the neck part and a circular part with a notch for rotation prevention, and the leaf spring has a notch through which the neck part of the radiator base can be inserted, and a heat sink at the center part. A positioning hole portion for fitting and positioning the positioning portion, and a leg portion for inserting and locking in the coupling hole of the printed wiring board around the positioning hole portion,
An air derivative that guides and guides an air flow adjacent to the radiator to be superimposed on the radiator mounted on the electronic component mounted in tandem with the direction in which the cooling air is blown. Provided inIt is the heat dissipation structure of an electronic device.
[0024]
According to this third means:The positioning hole for positioning the leaf spring fits into the positioning portion in the center of the radiator, and the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, so that the radiator is effectively pressed against the electronic components. Since the heat radiator is positioned without being rotated around its axis, the cooling airflow that is blown adjacent to the radiator is ensured by the air derivative provided in the radiator. Induction can be introduced into the radiator. Further, since the air derivative is provided in the radiator, no means for attaching the air derivative to the printed wiring board is required, and therefore no space for it is required on the printed wiring board surface.

[0104]
(Additional remark 8) In the heat dissipation structure of the electronic component mounted and mounted in the printed wiring board unit of an electronic device,
Printed wiring board with a duct member that guides and guides the radiator to superimpose an air flow adjacent to the electronic component toward the radiator mounted on the electronic component that is mounted in a column in the direction in which the cooling air is blown Is a heat radiating structure of an electronic device, characterized in that an air derivative provided on a cover plate attached with a predetermined interval is provided on the air inlet side of the cooling air.
[0105]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the electronic device heat dissipation structure of the present invention, the radiator mounting structure to the electronic component mounted on the printed wiring board has the positioning hole portion of the leaf spring fitted into the positioning portion of the radiator base. Since the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, the radiator is effectively pressed against the electronic components and brought into heat transfer contact, and the radiator is positioned and fixed without rotating around its axis. The
[0106]
As for the air derivative, first, it is superimposed on the cooling air flow from the lower side to the upper side with respect to the electronic components arranged in tandem with the radiator of the required electronic component from the adjacent air flow. By disposing the air dielectric in an inclined or bent posture, it can be supplied to the radiator as a mixed airflow for cooling.
Secondly, the positioning portion for positioning the leaf spring fits into the positioning portion in the center of the radiator, and the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, so that the radiator is effectively connected to the electronic component. The cooling air flow that is pressed and heat-transferred and is blown adjacent to the radiator can be guided to the radiator by the air guide surface integrally formed with the leaf spring. Since the air guide surface is integrally formed with the leaf spring, an air derivative attachment means and space are not required on the printed wiring board surface.
[0107]
Thirdly, the positioning hole for positioning the leaf spring fits into the positioning portion in the center of the radiator, and the periphery of the leaf spring is locked to the printed wiring board, so that the radiator is effectively connected to the electronic component. Since the heat radiator is pressed and positioned without rotating around its axis, the cooling airflow blown adjacent to the radiator by the air derivative provided in the radiator is reduced. Induct to the radiator. Since the air derivative is provided in the heatsink, there is no need for air derivative attachment means and space on the surface of the printed wiring board.
[0108]
Fourth, the air inlet of the tubular air derivative is arranged on the air source side so that the air flow adjacent to the electronic components mounted in tandem with the direction in which the cooling air is blown is effectively introduced into the radiator. By providing as, it is possible to guide and guide to a radiator of an electronic component that requires the lowest temperature air.
As described above, various excellent practical effects can be obtained.
