【0044】
TAO=TAOB−TAOS

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to air volume calculation in an automatic control air conditioner, and is particularly suitable as a vehicle air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in an automatic control type vehicle air conditioner, as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 6-195323, an internal air temperature, an external air temperature, a set temperature, and an amount of solar radiation are input and a neural network is used. Therefore, it has been proposed to calculate the air volume.
[0003]
By the way, in a vehicle air conditioner, during steady operation after the inside air temperature reaches the set temperature, when the outlet mode is the face or bi-level mode, the air volume is increased by the amount of solar radiation, and the feeling of cold wind during solar radiation. (Crew's feeling) is improved.
On the other hand, in foot mode, if there is solar radiation, the cabin temperature rises, so there is no need to increase the amount of warm air due to solar radiation. Therefore, in the foot mode, the air volume is not increased by the amount of solar radiation.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present inventors tried to change the air volume due to solar radiation during steady operation between the face, bi-level mode and foot mode in the conventional device of the above publication, and the following problems occur. I understood that.
That is, in the above-described conventional apparatus, since the output of the air volume calculation of the neural network is always one regardless of the air outlet mode, the air outlet mode is switched between the face mode, the bi-level mode, and the foot mode. When solar radiation, it is necessary to change the air volume step by step.
[0005]
This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 10. The vertical axis in FIG. 10 is the blower voltage that determines the volume of the conditioned air blown into the vehicle interior, and the horizontal axis is the deviation between the internal temperature Tr in the vehicle interior and the set temperature Tset. TD (= Tr−Tset). The deviation TD is 0 near the center of the A region on the horizontal axis in FIG. 10, the right side of the horizontal axis in FIG. 10 is the plus side of the deviation TD, and the left side of the horizontal axis in FIG. 10 is the minus side of the deviation TD. It is.
[0006]
In the foot mode, the fan voltage is set to the minimum voltage E in the steady operation area A where the deviation TD is near 0 regardless of whether there is solar radiation.2However, in face mode or bi-level mode, the blower voltage is set to E by solar radiation.2To EFourTo increase. This change ΔE in the blower voltage is a step change (B portion) accompanying mode switching and has no continuity, making learning in the neural network difficult.
[0007]
In the above-described conventional apparatus, the inside air temperature, the outside air temperature, the set temperature, and the amount of solar radiation in the passenger compartment are input to the neural network, and the number of inputs is large (four), so that learning of the coupling coefficient of the neural network is converged. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of intermediate layers of the neural network, and hence the number of coupling coefficients, which leads to an increase in the operation time of the neural network.
[0008]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that can easily learn a neural network in a case where an air volume is calculated using a neural network.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the calculation time for calculating the air volume of a neural network by reducing the number of inputs.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a face mode in which conditioned air is blown out from the face outlets (9a to 9d) of the air passages (2, 2b, 2c) to the upper body side of the indoor user. In the air conditioner for setting at least the foot mode for blowing the conditioned air from the foot outlet (8a, 8b) of the air passage (2, 2b, 2c) to the feet of the indoor user,
An air volume calculation unit (33, 33a, 33b) for calculating the air volume of the conditioned air blown into the air passages (2, 2b, 2c) is configured by the neural network (100), and the neural network (100) includes at least , Input a signal including the set temperature by the temperature setting means (21, 21a, 21b), the room temperature, the outdoor temperature, and the amount of solar radiation,
The air volume calculation unit (33, 33a, 33b)With a single neural network (100), the air volume in the face mode and the air volume in the foot mode are independently calculated.
According to the setting of each mode of face and foot among the above air volumeTheChoose one as the final airflowProvided with air volume selection unit (34, 34a, 34b)It is characterized by that.
[0010]
According to this, the air volume during the face and the air volume during the foot mode are always calculated independently, so that the air volume during the face can be continuously changed according to the amount of solar radiation.
Therefore, when calculating the air volume, there is no need to change the output stepwise, and learning for obtaining the coupling coefficient in the neural network (100) is facilitated.
[0011]
In addition, when the air volume in the face mode and the air volume in the foot mode are calculated by independent neural networks, it is necessary to set two neural networks for calculating the air volume. However, according to the present invention, since the above-mentioned two air volumes are calculated by a single neural network (100), the capacity of the storage unit in the computer is also increased. Absent.
[0012]
In the invention according to
[0013]
According to this, even in the bi-level mode, the control of the increase in the air volume by the amount of solar radiation can be performed as well as the face mode.
In the invention according to
When the cooling heat load based on the outdoor temperature and the amount of solar radiation is large, the point that the air volume starts to decrease from the maximum state to the small air volume area after starting the blower (3) is set to the high temperature side of the information related to the indoor temperature. Set,
When the cooling heat load based on the outdoor temperature and the amount of solar radiation is small, the point at which the air volume starts to decrease from the maximum state toward the small air volume area after starting the blower (3) is set to the low temperature side of the information related to the indoor temperature. It is characterized by setting.
[0014]
As information related to the indoor temperature, in addition to the indoor temperature itself, a deviation between the indoor temperature and the set temperature, and a target blowout temperature calculated for temperature control of the air conditioner are also included. The information can be used, and any information that changes in relation to a change in the indoor temperature may be used.
However, the target blowing temperature becomes lower as the indoor temperature is higher during cooling, and increases as the indoor temperature decreases. Therefore, when the target blowing temperature is used, the blower (3 ) Set the point where the airflow starts to decrease from the maximum state toward the small airflow after starting, on the low temperature side of the target blowing temperature. On the other hand, when the cooling heat load is small, the airflow is at the maximum after the blower (3) starts Is set to the high temperature side of the target blowing temperature. Therefore, the high temperature side and the low temperature side of the information related to the room temperature mean all information changes corresponding to the change in room temperature.
[0015]
By the way, when the cooling heat load based on the outdoor temperature and the amount of solar radiation is large in the face mode, it takes time to lower the indoor temperature. Therefore, in the predetermined value (fixed value) of the information related to the indoor temperature, when the air volume is always set to decrease from the maximum state to the small air volume region after the blower (3) is started, the air volume is in the maximum state. In some cases, the period becomes too long, and the user feels uncomfortable due to excessive cold wind feeling.
[0016]
On the other hand, according to the invention described in
[0017]
As a result, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon that excessive cold air is blown to the user for a long period of time, and the air volume at the time of cooling start can be appropriately controlled automatically..
[0018]
Claims4If the deviation between the room temperature and the set temperature is calculated in advance as in the described invention and this deviation is input to the neural network (100), both the room temperature and the set temperature are input. Compared to the case, the number of inputs can be reduced by one. And, by reducing the number of inputs, it is possible to reduce the number of intermediate layers of the neural network (100), thereby greatly reducing the number of coupling coefficients of the neural network and greatly increasing the learning time of the neural network. Can be shortened.
[0019]
And claims5The invention described in
[0020]
Claims6The described invention is claimed.5In the vehicle air conditioner described above, the driver's seat side and passenger's side air passages (2b, 2c) are provided as air passages corresponding to the driver's seat side air conditioning zone and the passenger seat side air conditioning zone in the vehicle compartment, respectively. ,
The driver seat side and passenger seat side air passages (2b, 2c) are provided with temperature control means (61, 62) on the driver seat side and passenger seat side which can be operated independently,
Furthermore, the face air outlets (9a to 9d) and the foot air outlets (9a to 9d) are provided in the driver seat side and the passenger seat side air passages (2b, 2c), respectively,
It is characterized in that the temperature of each air conditioning zone is independently adjusted by the conditioned air blown out from the driver seat side and passenger seat side air passages (2b, 2c).
[0021]
Even in such an independent temperature control system on the driver's seat side and the passenger seat side, the air volume control can be performed satisfactorily.

Then, when the teacher data is changed, the coupling coefficient (cypnus load) 106 is corrected by repeatedly “learning” so that the output for a certain input signal becomes the changed teacher data again. That is, the correlation function (coupling coefficient 106) is automatically generated from a large amount of data (teacher data). As the teacher data, a desired value (a desired output value with respect to the input signal) obtained by an experiment or the like is set.

The input / output values are obtained by standardizing (normalizing) the sensor signals and the like from 0 to 1, and the actually output values need to be inversely converted from 0 to 1. For example, the actual detection range of the internal air temperature Tr detected by the internal air sensor 22 is normally 0 ° C. to 50 ° C., and this detection value is assigned to 0 to 1 by the

FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the relationship between the fan voltage level for determining the air volume and the deviation TD (Tr-Tset) between the temperature setting signal Tset and the internal air temperature sensor signal Tr, instead of the deviation TD on the horizontal axis. Alternatively, the inside air temperature sensor signal Tr may be used as it is.
When the internal temperature Tr is used, the right side of the horizontal axis is the high temperature side of the internal temperature Tr, and the left side of the horizontal axis is only the low temperature side of the internal temperature Tr.

On the other hand, the face mode is selected during cooling in summer, and the blower voltage = maximum voltage E when cooling starts.Three(EThree> E1), After the
[0054]
Where voltage EFourIs used to increase the air volume due to solar radiation.2Higher voltage, this voltage EFourAnd E2The amount of air blown into the passenger compartment is increased by the difference ΔE, and the feeling of cool air during solar radiation in the face mode can be increased. In FIG. 10, the blower voltage characteristic in the face mode is EThree→ EFour→ E1The above-described fan voltage level TBLO1Determined by The blower voltage characteristics in the bi-level mode used in the middle seasons of spring and autumn are the same as those in the face mode, and increase the feeling of cold wind during solar radiation.
[0055]
Voltage EFourAnd E2The difference ΔE continuously changes according to the amount of solar radiation Ts. Therefore, when the solar radiation amount Ts = 0, the blower voltage is E in the steady operation area A even in the face mode or the bi-level mode.2The voltage drops to the same level as in foot mode.
Also, the blower voltage characteristics during the foot mode are E with respect to the deviation TD regardless of whether there is solar radiation.1→ E2→ EThreeThe above-described fan voltage level TBLO2Determined by
[0056]
By the way, in the steady operation area A, when there is solar radiation, if the outlet mode is switched between the face mode or the bi-level mode and the foot mode, the blower voltage is set to E.FourAnd E2However, according to the first embodiment, as described above, the fan voltage level in the face-by-level mode is used in
[0057]
Therefore, blower voltage level TBLO1In this calculation, since it is not necessary to change the output stepwise, learning for obtaining the
Another feature of the first embodiment is that a deviation TD (Tr−Tset) between the temperature setting signal Tset and the internal air temperature sensor signal Tr is obtained in advance, and this deviation TD is stored in the air flow calculation
[0058]
Both the temperature setting signal Tset and the internal air temperature sensor signal Tr are input in a transition period (a process in which the internal air temperature is changing toward the set temperature) immediately after the air conditioner is started, or the internal air temperature is This is in order to determine whether it is in the steady operation range near the set temperature, and as the deviation TD between the internal air temperature and the set temperature approaches 0, it can be determined that it is in the steady operation range. It is possible to determine whether it is a transition period or a steady operation range by input.
[0059]
By reducing the number of inputs by one, the number of intermediate layers of the
Of course, when the increase in the number of inputs is permitted, both the temperature setting signal Tset and the internal air temperature sensor signal Tr may be input to the air flow calculation
[0060]
Further, as in the first embodiment, one
[0061]
Further, another characteristic point according to the first embodiment will be described. The present inventors have conducted various experiments on the air volume control in the transition period (so-called cool-down period) immediately after the start of the air conditioner in the summer. The blower voltage is EThreeThe point where it begins to decline (TD = TThreeFor), it was found that changing the air-conditioning system according to the heat load condition at the time of starting the air-conditioner can further improve the air-conditioning feeling for the passengers.
[0062]
Hereinafter, this point will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14. Each figure shows a target blower voltage (air volume) characteristic in which the vertical axis represents the fan voltage (V) and the horizontal axis represents the deviation TD (° C.). The target blower voltage (air flow) characteristic is obtained from the average of the air flow characteristics that a plurality of monitors feel comfortable.
FIG. 11 shows the thermal load conditions at the time of air conditioning start, outside air temperature Tam = 20 ° C., solar radiation amount Ts = 1000 W / m2An experiment in which the initial internal temperature Tr = 50 ° C. and the set temperature Tset = 25 ° C., and the cooling heat load based on the outside air temperature Tam and the solar radiation amount Ts at the start of air conditioning is the largest in FIGS. It is a result.
[0063]
Thus, when the cooling heat load at the start of air conditioning is large, it takes time to reduce the deviation TD after the start of air conditioning, so the maximum state of the blower voltage (air volume) (13.3 V in the example of FIG. 10) is It will continue for a long time. This means that a state in which the cold air from the
[0064]
Therefore, in view of this point, when the cooling heat load at the time of air conditioning start is large as shown in FIG. 11, the deviation in which the blower voltage (air flow) starts to decrease so that the time when the blower voltage (air flow) starts to decrease is advanced. TD is increased. In other words, in the characteristic of FIG. 11, a decrease in the blower voltage (air volume) is started when the deviation TD = 12 ° C.
Next, FIG. 12 shows an external temperature Tam = 20 ° C. and an amount of solar radiation Ts = 500 W / m as heat load conditions at the time of air conditioning start.2The initial internal temperature Tr = 40 ° C., the set temperature Tset = 25 ° C., and the heat load at the start of air conditioning is medium. Accordingly, in the characteristics shown in FIG. 12, a decrease in the blower voltage (air volume) is started when the deviation TD = 9.5 ° C.
[0065]
Next, FIG. 13 shows the heat load conditions at the time of air conditioning start, outside air temperature Tam = 10 ° C., solar radiation amount Ts = 1000 W / m.2The initial internal temperature Tr = 40 ° C., the set temperature Tset = 25 ° C., and FIG. 13 shows a medium heat load at the start of air conditioning as in FIG. Along with this, in the characteristics of FIG. 13, a decrease in the blower voltage (air volume) is started at the time of the deviation TD = 10 ° C.
[0066]
Next, FIG. 14 shows the heat load conditions at the time of air conditioning start, outside air temperature Tam = 10 ° C., solar radiation amount Ts = 500 W / m.2The initial internal temperature Tr = 40 ° C., the set temperature Tset = 25 ° C., and the heat load at the start of air conditioning is the smallest. Accordingly, in the characteristics of FIG. 14, a decrease in the blower voltage (air volume) is started when the deviation TD = 7.5 ° C.
[0067]
As described above, as the cooling heat load at the time of air-conditioning start-up becomes smaller from the time when the air-cooling heat load becomes smaller, the deviation TD at the start of the decrease in the blower voltage (air volume) at the time of cool-down The duration when the voltage (air flow) is at the maximum state can be set to an appropriate time without excess or deficiency, and the feeling during cool-down can be improved.
[0068]
11 to 14, the air flow control characteristics are determined in relation to the deviation TD, but instead of the deviation TD, the air flow control characteristics are determined using the target blowing temperature TAO, the internal air temperature Tr, and the like. You may do it. Both the deviation TD and the target outlet temperature TAO change according to the change in the internal temperature Tr at the time of cool-down. In short, any information that changes according to the change in the internal temperature Tr may be used.
[0069]
In addition, FIGS. 11 to 14 describe the air volume control characteristics at the time of cool-down in the face mode. However, the bi-level mode may be forcibly set manually according to the passenger's preference under high heat load conditions in summer. The air volume control shown in FIGS. 11 to 14 may be applied during the bi-level mode under load conditions.
By the way, as a feature of the neural network, when a certain input signal is given, the coupling coefficient (cypnus load) between each layer in the neural network so that the output becomes a predetermined value (teacher data) set in advance. Since the learning function of automatically correcting 106 is provided, by changing the teacher data under a specific input condition, and automatically correcting the coupling coefficient (cypnus load) 106 in advance using a high-speed arithmetic device. The output corresponding to a specific input condition can be changed to a desired value. Moreover, even if the output (teacher data) is changed under specific input conditions, the
