Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a descent detection device for a shatter curtain that alerts the surroundings to prevent an accident in which a person or an object is caught between the shatter curtains during a descent operation of a building shatter, and even in an existing shatter The present invention relates to a descent detecting device that can be easily installed and operates reliably.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In general, some of the architectural shatters, such as fire / smoke-proof shatters, actuate the solenoid of the brake release device based on the fire detection of the smoke detector, etc. Alternatively, a manual operation device linked to the brake release device is provided so as to descend by manual brake release. And in these fire protection shirts that normally close their own weights, especially the shirter curtains are housed in the ceiling and the passage is secured to automatically close the opening in the event of a fire or the like to prevent the spread of fire. It is necessary to improve safety by notifying people who evacuate quickly that the shirter is descending, as well as the danger of being caught when people or objects are present on the moving path of the moving shirter curtain is there. For this reason, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-27710, a microswitch provided on an opening / closing machine or an opening / closing operation handle is operated to emit a buzzer or the like. As shown in No. 9089, there is a type in which a contact point that operates by contacting the connecting portion of the shirt curtain is provided, and the movement of the shirt curtain is notified by an alarm connected to the contact.
However, any of these can alert the surroundings by voice or the like based on the raising and lowering motion of the shirt curtain, but in the former, the opening and closing provided inside the shirter case Since it is provided on the handle of a machine or manual switchgear, it is very difficult to install it on an existing shirt, such as when it is necessary to work inside the ceiling, or processing or replacing the manual switchgear. It was troublesome. In the latter case, since it repeatedly contacts the connecting projections of the shirter curtain, it includes a problem of lack of reliability due to damage to the shirter curtain surface or failure due to fatigue of the contact part. It was.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been created in order to solve these problems in view of the above circumstances, and is a horizontal posture in which the proximal end side is pivotally supported and the distal end side is positioned on the ascending / descending movement path at the lower end of the shirter curtain. And a detection bar that can rotate freely depending on its weight separated from the shirt curtain, a holding tool that holds the detection bar in a horizontal posture, and a notification that is detected by the rotation of the detection bar to the hanging posture when the holding is released. The detection bar is released from the upper position by the lower end portion of the shatter curtain that has been lowered, and the horizontal posture is released. It is configured to allow passage .
In addition, the detection bar is formed of a magnetic body and the holder is a magnet body, and the detection bar is configured to be held in a horizontal posture by a magnetic force. Accordingly, the present invention takes time and effort to an existing shirter. It is possible to easily attach without needing to be able to operate the notification means reliably.
[0004]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a shirter curtain of a fire protection shirter 1 provided in a building or the like. The end of the guide rail 10 is guided up and down and moved up and down to open and close the opening, but in the event of a power failure, the wire 7 is operated by operating a brake release lever in the manual operation device 6 provided on the wall side. The brake release device 5 integrally attached to the lower surface of the opening / closing machine 3 releases the brake device (not shown) housed in the opening / closing machine 3 so as to drop its own weight and close the opening. Is. In addition, when an abnormality such as a fire occurs, the brake release device 5 receives a signal from the fire smoke / fire alarm provided on the ceiling portion to release the brake device and lower its own weight to close the opening. It has become.
[0005]
Reference numeral 8 denotes a descent detection device according to the present invention. The descent detection device 8 includes a detection bar 12 formed of a magnetic material such as iron on an upper surface 11a of a seat 11 having a substantially hat-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The base end side is pivotally supported by a support shaft 13. Reference numeral 14 denotes a holder in which a magnet body 14a is provided on the lower surface side, and the magnet body 14a is magnetically attached to the upper surface of the detection bar 12, whereby the detection bar 12 is placed in a horizontal posture by the magnetic force (position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 2). It attaches to the upper surface 11a of the seat 11 so that it may hold | maintain.
In addition, the detection bar 12 is set to a length such that the front end side of the detection bar 12 protrudes from the end portion of the seat 11 in a state where the detection bar 12 is held in a horizontal posture.
[0006]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a microswitch which is a switch mechanism. The microswitch 15 is in an OFF state where the contact is open when the actuator 15a is pressed, and is in an ON state where the contact is closed when the actuator 15a is not pressed. It is configured as follows. When the detection bar 12 is held in a horizontal posture by the magnetic force of the holder 14, the actuator 15 a is pressed by the upper surface of the detection bar 12 to be in the OFF state, and the detection bar 12 is released from the holding state and moves around the support shaft 13. The micro switch 15 is provided on the upper surface 11a of the seat 11 so that the pressure is released and the switch is turned on in the suspended posture (position indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 2).
[0007]
Reference numeral 16 denotes a terminal block. The lead wire 17 connected to the notification means A such as a sound or warning light is connected to the lead wire 15b of the micro switch 15, and notification is made when the micro switch 15 is ON as shown in FIG. Means A is configured to operate. A cover 18 is attached to the hole 11b of the seat 11 from above with screws 19.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, the descent detection device 8 configured as described above is configured so that the front end side of the detection bar is positioned slightly below the seat plate 9 which is the lower end of the shirt curtain 2 wound up on the take-up drum 4. It is attached and fixed to a housing side such as a wall by a seat 11.
[0009]
Next, the operation of the descent detection device 8 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section of a fire protection shirt with the descent detection device 8 attached. In the normal state of (a), the shirt curtain 2 is completely wound up and the opening is released, and the seat plate 9 The tip end side of the detection bar 12 of the descent detection device 8 is provided in a horizontal position at a slightly lower position. When a fire occurs in this state, a smoke / fire alarm (not shown) detects this and releases the brake of the shirter, so that the shirter curtain 2 starts to descend due to its own weight, and the seat plate 9 hits the tip of the detection bar 12. By holding and pressing this against the magnetic force of the holder 14, the holding in the horizontal posture is released, and the detection bar 12 rotates downward by its own weight around the support shaft 13 to become a hanging posture, and the shirter curtain 2 Allow passage. At this time, when the holding of the detection bar 12 is released and the actuator 15a is rotated, the actuator 15a is released from the pressed state. As a result, the microswitch 15 is turned on and the sound connected thereto as shown in the circuit diagram of FIG. The alarm means A such as a warning light or the like is operated.
[0010]
In order to return the descent detecting device 8, the detection bar 12 is horizontally moved by the magnetic force of the holder 14 when the detection bar 12 is rotated 90 degrees around the support shaft 13 after the shirter curtain 2 is rolled up. It is held in the posture and becomes the original state.
[0011]
Note that the holding tool 14 may be one that holds the detection bar 12 in a horizontal posture and can be easily released by abutment from above by the lower end portion of the shirter curtain. For example, the holding tool 14 protrudes between opposing plate springs. The power supply B for operating the notification means A may have a built-in battery inside the descent detection device 8, and further the notification means A. If it is also built in, it will be compact and no wiring work will be required, and the handling will be extremely simple. As a result, installation will not be required, and installation costs will be reduced. Will contribute.
Of course, the shirter descent detection device 8 according to the present invention can be applied not only to a fireproof / smokeproof shirter but also to a general electric shirter, a panel shirter or the like as required.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the shirter descent detection device according to the present invention is configured as described above, the wall is arranged such that the front end side of the detection bar is positioned on the guide rail that is on the shirter curtain ascending / descending path at a position slightly below the lower end of the rolled up starter curtain. It is only necessary to attach it to the housing side, etc., so there is no need to add any special processing to the shirter itself, so there is no need to add any special processing to the shirter itself. It can be installed without requiring
[0013]
In addition, the detection bar rotates downward by its own weight due to the abutment of the lower end of the shirt curtain, and is in a suspended position separated from the shirt curtain, so that it operates reliably, and the return operation also only rotates the detection bar 90 degrees upward. Can be easily performed.
[0014]
Furthermore, when the holder is a magnet body and the detection bar is a magnetic body, it can be easily and reliably released because it is held by magnetic force, and the detection operation can be made more reliable. .
