【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施形態について図面に基づいて説明する。図1、図2はこの発明の一実施形態を示すもので、この実施形態の制気口は、半導体や光学機器等の精密機械、製薬及びバイオ産業等の研究施設や工場のクリーンルームに設けられたもので、換気を含む空調用の空気の吸引口20から成る。この吸引口20は、クリーンルーム21が設置された建築物の床22近傍の壁面23に設けられ、クリーンルーム21内の空気を吸引する図示しない空調機に接続されたダクト24の先端部が、吸引口20の近傍に位置している。ダクト24の先端部は、吸引口20に設けられたチャンバー25に接続固定され、チャンバー25は、クリーンルーム21の壁面23の裏側下方に位置している。
