Description
上記電極体の外形に窪みを形成し、
上記容器には、上記容器の内圧が上昇したときに開放される自己復帰型の弁を上記窪みに対向して設けてあり、
上記陽極と陰極がそれぞれ帯状の陽極箔と陰極箔からなり、
上記陽極箔と陰極箔はそれぞれ長手方向の縁部に沿って連続的に形成された欠損部を有し、
上記電極体は、上記帯状の陽極箔と帯状の陰極箔を巻回して形成されており、
上記欠損部が上記帯状の陽極箔と陰極箔の巻回始端側又は巻回終端側に形成されており、
上記陽極箔と陰極箔が上記欠損部を重ね合わせて巻回されて上記窪みが形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 陽極と陰極を重ねて形成された筒形又は角形の電極体を電解液と共に容器に収容した蓄電装置において、
上記電極体の外形に窪みを形成し、
上記容器には、上記容器の内圧が上昇したときに開放される自己復帰型の弁を上記窪みに対向して設けてあり、
上記陽極と陰極がそれぞれ帯状の陽極箔と陰極箔からなり、
上記陽極箔と陰極箔はそれぞれ長手方向の縁部に沿って連続的に形成された欠損部を有し、
上記電極体は、上記帯状の陽極箔と帯状の陰極箔を巻回して形成されており、
上記欠損部が上記帯状の陽極箔と陰極箔の巻回始端側又は巻回終端側に形成されており、
上記陽極箔と陰極箔が上記欠損部を重ね合わせて巻回されて上記窪みが形成されていることを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 上記弁の一部又は全部が上記窪みに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の蓄電装置。
- 上記窪みを形成している上記電極体表面部分と上記弁のガス抜き孔入口との間に空隙が介在していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の蓄電装置。
