Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a swash plate type compressor suitable for use in vehicle air conditioning, and more particularly to a bearing structure for a rotary valve integrally formed with a shaft.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a reciprocating compressor described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-137265, a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores around an axis, a shaft fitted and supported in a shaft hole of the cylinder block, and a shaft A piston that is linked to a swash plate in the crank chamber that co-operates with the piston and moves directly in the cylinder bore, a suction chamber that communicates with the shaft hole, and a discharge chamber that is formed outside the suction chamber. A reciprocating compressor including a housing that closes an end surface is known. In this type of compressor, a conduction valve is formed between each cylinder bore and the shaft hole, and the shaft has a rotary valve having a suction passage that sequentially connects the conduction passage of each cylinder bore in the suction stroke and the suction chamber ( The rotary valve is coupled so as to be able to rotate synchronously. The shaft is made of an iron-based metal, and the rotary valve is made of an aluminum-based metal. An engagement hole is formed at the end of the rotary valve. A steel plate liner provided with a base plate portion that is in balance with the shaft end and an extruded piece that is opened by bending from the base plate portion and is inserted into the engagement hole portion is attached to the engagement hole portion. . The open leg opening of the liner is fitted with an engagement shaft protruding from the shaft end.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional compressor, since the shaft and the rotary valve are composed of separate members, the number of parts is large. Therefore, in order to reduce the number of parts, it has been considered that the shaft and the rotary valve are integrally formed to reduce the number of parts. However, since a rigid iron-based metal is used for the shaft from the viewpoint of ensuring strength, the rotary valve formed integrally with the shaft is also made of an iron-based metal. Therefore, when the shaft rotates at a high speed, the temperature of the sliding surface between the housing made of aluminum-based metal and the rotary valve made of iron-based metal increases in weight, and the housing and rotary There is a problem that the clearance between the valve increases and the performance of the compressor decreases due to gas leakage from the clearance and a decrease in sealing performance.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a swash plate type compressor in which a clearance between a housing and a rotary valve increases due to a temperature rise due to high-speed rotation of a shaft, and deterioration of sealing performance caused by gas leakage from the clearance is prevented. And
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Accordingly, in order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is the swash plate compressor, wherein the housing is connected to the refrigerant flow passage formed at least in a part of the shaft and to each cylinder bore. A rotary valve having a suction passage which is formed integrally with the shaft and formed in one piece with the shaft and which sequentially connects the conduction path of each bore in the suction stroke and the suction chamber. The gist is that a sleeve having a thermal expansion coefficient closer to that of the shaft than that of the housing is provided at a corresponding portion.
[0006]
According to the invention, the housing, the material of the sleeve using the thermal expansion coefficient is formed closer to the shaft than the housing. Thereby, even if the temperature of the sliding surface of the rotary valve rises due to the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the rotary valve, the clearance between the rotary valve and the housing can be kept small.
[0007]
The gist of the invention according to claim 2 is that, in the invention according to claim 1, the sleeve forms a sliding surface on which the outer peripheral surface of the rotary valve slides.
According to this invention, the sleeve is formed in the rotary valve receiving portion of the housing . With this sleeve, it is possible to regulate the direct sliding of the rotary valve and the housing .
[0008]
The invention described in claim 3 is summarized in that, in the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the shaft is an iron-based metal and the housing is an aluminum-based metal.
[0009]
According to the present invention, iron-based metal to the shaft, by using the aluminum-based metal to the housing, to maintain the durability of the shaft, it is possible to reduce the weight of the housing.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 4 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sleeve is made of an iron-based metal.
According to this invention, since the same iron-based metal as the shaft is used for the sleeve, the thermal expansion coefficients of the sleeve and the shaft are equivalent. For this reason, the increase in the clearance by the temperature rise at the sliding surface with the housing using the aluminum-based metal can be substantially prevented.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 5 is the gist of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sleeve is cast or press-fitted into a portion of the housing corresponding to the rotary valve. To do.
[0012]
According to this invention, the sleeve is formed by casting or press fitting. For example, if the sleeve is a metal, it can be formed by casting or press fitting, and if it is a resin, it can be formed by press fitting.

In addition, the said embodiment of this invention can also be changed and implemented in another form as follows.
○ The metal used for the sleeve can be made if it has a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of the ferrous metal used for the shaft. For example, gray cast iron (11-12 × 10 −6 / ° C.), ductile cast iron (11-12 × 10 −6 / ° C.), double resist D-3 (8-9 × 10 −6 / ° C.), and the like. Even if it comprises using these, the effect similar to the time of using iron is acquired.
[0045]
○ The sleeve need not be made of metal. If the thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of the iron-based metal used for the shaft, it can be obtained. That is, resin or ceramics may be used instead of metal. For example, among ceramics, alumina can be used because it is 6 to 8 × 10 −6 / ° C., and zirconia is 9 to 11 × 10 −6 / ° C. Further, among various engineer plastics, those having a thermal expansion coefficient of around 10-13 × 10 −6 / ° C. may be used. Even in such a configuration, the same effect can be obtained.

[0049]
Next, technical ideas other than the invention described in the claims that can be grasped from the respective embodiments will be described below together with their effects.
(A) The thermal expansion coefficient closer to the shaft made of iron-based metal than the housing made of aluminum-based metal in any one of claims 3 to 5 is in the range of about 7-15 × 10 −6 / ° C. is there. The thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum is about 19 to 23 × 10 −6 / ° C., and the thermal expansion coefficient of iron is about 10 to 12 × 10 −6 / ° C. Therefore, the thermal expansion coefficient of the material used for the sleeve is about 7 It can set in the range of -15x10 < -6 > / degreeC.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the swash plate compressor according to the present invention prevents gas leakage due to an increase in the clearance between the housing and the rotary valve caused by a temperature rise due to high-speed rotation of the shaft, thereby improving the sealing performance. It is possible to prevent the compressor from degrading due to the decrease.
