従来、溝蓋は、道路の側溝用として道路と平行に設けられたり、あるいは、道路の横断溝用として道路を横切るように設けられた溝にそれぞれ敷設されており、これら溝蓋であっても、長スパン用と称される幅広の溝蓋である場合もあり、この溝蓋上を車両が通行すると、素材が金属製のため、雨天等では滑る場合があり、交通事故となる恐れがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこでこの発明は、これらの各欠点を除去するために、幅広の溝蓋において滑りを低減するよう発明されたものであり、長スパン(幅広)用オープンタイプ溝蓋の補助部材を、横部材ピッチ間で斜め(対角線状)になるように構成し、あるいは、溝蓋の主部材間において、左・右交互に傾斜するように構成した補助部材を追加した溝蓋より構成されるものである。

以上のような課題を解決するために、この発明は、幅広の溝蓋において、車両のタイヤの進行方向に対して、補助部材を平行方向にならないように配置したものであり、補助部材を斜めに配置する斜方向補助部材を設けた滑り低減溝蓋を開発するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面とともに本発明の一実施例を図1〜3に従って説明すると、一定の間隔毎に設けた大主部材(1)と、該大主部材間に、該大主部材と平行に、上面に滑り低減突起(X)を列設した補助部材(2)、あるいはプレーンな(滑り低減突起を有さないもの)補助部材(2)をそれぞれ配し、これら大主部材(1)と補助部材(2)に、直交する横部材(3)を一定の間隔毎に配して構成される幅広の鋼製溝蓋において、上面に滑り低減突起(X)を列設し、あるいはプレーンな(滑り低減突起を有さないもの)補助部材(2)を設け、大主部材(1)・補助部材(2)と横部材(3)とで形成される各列の各格子内で左、右の対角線状に交互に反復・曲折する斜方向補助部材(4)を、隣接の列の各格子と対称的に設けたことを特徴とする滑り低減溝蓋から構成されるものであり、(5)は、帯板である。

次に、この発明の他の実施例を図7〜9に従って説明すると、鋼製の溝蓋であって、帯状の主部材(1a)を一定間隔置きに複数本設け、これら主部材(1a)と直交する,複数本の鋼製の棒材を捩じった横部材(3a)との枠内に、上面に滑り低減突起(X)を有する斜方向補助部材(4a)を、主部材(1a)と横部材(3a)とで形成される各列の各格子内で左、右の対角線状に交互に反復・曲折する斜方向補助部材(4a)を、隣接の列の各格子と対称的に設けたことを特徴とする滑り低減溝蓋から構成されるものであり、(5a)は、帯板であり、また、斜方向補助部材(4a)の上面には突起(X)を設けたものでなくてもよい。
